Effect of substrate bias in amorphous carbon films having embedded nanocrystallites

The effect of substrate bias on the structural, morphological, electrical and mechanical properties of amorphous carbon (a―C) films having embedded nanocrystallites deposited by filtered cathodic jet carbon arc technique has been investigated. X-ray diffraction exhibits predominantly an amorphous nature of the film. High resolution transmission electron microscope investigations reveal largely an amorphous structure. However, an ultra-fine nanograined microstructure with the average grain size between 20 and 50 nm was observed throughout the entire film and the majority of the individual grains were single crystallites with the preferred interplanar spacing of about 0.2 nm. All the parameters evaluated were seen to depend strongly on the negative substrate bias and exhibit maxima or minima in the properties of the films deposited at − 150 V substrate bias. These a-C films having embedded nanocrystallites act as hard coating materials.

正偏压对微波等离子体CVD法制备金刚石薄膜的影响

线形同轴耦合式微波等离子体CVD法是在硬质合金微型钻头(微钻)表面沉积金刚石涂层的最佳方法之一.本文首先研究了酸碱两步预处理后微钻表面的形貌和成分,然后研究了微钻工作表面金刚石的沉积情况,最后重点研究了正偏压对微钻不同位置金刚石生长的影响.结果表明,在微钻上施加50 V正偏压时,金刚石薄膜具有最佳的形貌和较好的均匀性.     

SS系列机车制动工况及轮对椭圆化在线监测的研究与实现

提出了一种SS系列机车制动工况及轮对椭圆化在线监测的研究,利用两个位移传感器实时检测制动器传动装置的位移量、车轮轮箍踏面的位移量,通过工控机计算以实现对制动工况中的缓解、制动情况、闸瓦磨损情况、轮箍磨损及轮对椭圆化情况的在线监测;以便于及时处理制动工况中的不良问题,保证行车的安全。通过MATLAB软件仿真了轮对椭圆化检测的变化曲线,验证了研究中对轮对椭圆化情况在线监测的可行性。     

超宽带微波光发射机关键技术

介绍了超宽带微波信号光发射机的工作原理,对使用中存在的外调制器偏置控制点漂移、超宽带微波光发射机非线性失真等问题进行了系统分析,给出了自动偏置控制及预失真补偿等解决方案,通过采用这些关键技术成功设计完成了超宽带微波光发射机.     

光OFDM系统中调制器最优偏置的研究

理论分析了强度调制直接检测双边带光正交频分复用系统(IM/DD DSB-00FDM)中电光调制器与光电探测器共同作用产生的非线性干扰.针对不同调制指数,通过改善电光调制器直流偏置,减轻非线性噪声的影响,实现IM/DD DSB-00FDM传输系统性能最优化.仿真结果表明,在调制指数较小时,较高的偏置电压可以在很大程度上改善系统的传输性能,提高接收机的灵敏度.     

Internal bias field relaxation in poled Mn-doped Pb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3–Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 ceramics

The frequency, electric field cycling and temperature dependences of the polarization–electric field (P–E), strain–electric field (S–E) loops in poled Mn-doped 0.05Pb(Mn_1/3Sb_2/3)O₃–0.50PbZrO₃–0.45PbTiO₃ ceramics have been investigated. The P–E and S–E loops are strongly asymmetric corresponding to the presence of an internal bias field E_i after poling and aging, indicating that the domain walls are strongly pinned by preferentially oriented defect dipoles formed by the acceptor dopant ions (Mn²⁺/Mn³⁺) and O²⁻ vacancies. Whereas, the loops exhibit a tendency of changing from asymmetric shapes to normal symmetric ones with increasing electric field amplitude or decreasing frequency. Repeated electric field cycling as well as high temperature results in a similar effect. Meanwhile, the E_i reduces consequently, providing evidence of domain depinning or internal bias field relaxation. It is suggested that the reorientation of the defect dipoles and depinning of domain walls arising from high temperature or electric field cycling are responsible for this extrinsic internal bias field relaxation process.
