快速凝固Mg94.6Zn4.8Y0.6合金薄带微观结构及显微偏析

采用单辊快速凝固技术制备了Mg94．6 Zn4．8 Y0.6合金快速凝固薄带，并通过扫描电镜的背散射及线扫描研究了快速凝固Mg94．6 Zn4．8 Y0.6合金薄带的显微偏析。结菜表明，由于溶质截流，单辊快速凝固Mg94．6 Zn4．8 Y0.6合金薄带为过饱和单相α—Mg固溶体的蜂窝状组织，Mg、Zn和Y宏观分布比较均匀。但在薄带厚度方向上存在偏析，在晶内也存在显微偏析，偏析形成是由于从辊面到自由面凝固速度的差异及溶质传输和晶格结构造成的，其中Zn元素偏析最大，Y元素次之，Mg元素最小。     

7-氨基-6-氰基-5-(3-硝基苯基)吡喃并嘧啶-2,4-二酮的合成

报道了常温、超声辐射、水中、无催化剂条件下，以3-硝基苯甲醛、丙二腈和巴比妥酸为原料合成标题化合物的方法。考察了超声技术、反应时间及反应温度对反应的影响。最佳反应条件为：室温、超声辐射2h，收率为86．2％。

本文简要介绍了西门子S7系统和在我公司的应用。     

A carboxyalkanethiol monolayer modified electrode for blocking of ascorbic acid oxidation and its application to a biosensor

Upon the application of amperometric biosensor to the biological fluid, ascorbic acid interferes the amperometric determination of analytes, because the oxidative potential of ascorbic acid is lower than that of electro active substances such as H₂O₂ produced by the enzymatic reaction. In this study we propose a method to block ascorbic acid based on the electrostatic interaction with self-assembled monolayer (SAM) and its application of the surface modified electrode to biosensor. In order to form SAM on the gold electrode with carboxyl group, 7-carboxy-heptanethiol (7-CHT) was used. The 7-CHT modified electrode did not show anodic response to ascorbic acid, but oxidized phenanthroline cobalt complex [Co(phen)₃²⁺], which can be used as a mediator of biosensor. Thus, the 7CHT-modified electrode was applied to biosensor mediated with Co(phen)₃²⁺. Fructose dehydrogenase (FDH) was immobilized to the 7-CHT modified electrode. Fructose was determined selectively with the FDH/7-CHT modified electrode at the range of 0.2-2 mM.     

重组B7-H1IgV融合蛋白的表达、纯化及活性鉴定

目的以B7-H1为靶点,研制肿瘤免疫治疗蛋白疫苗。方法将人B7-H1胞外片段IgV区基因插入pQE-30原核表达载体,转化大肠杆菌,经IPTG诱导表达。Ni2+-NTA亲和层析纯化蛋白,Westernblot鉴定。用纯化的rhB7-H1IgV蛋白免疫昆明小鼠,经ELISA、流式细胞术、免疫组化技术和CDC试验测定融合蛋白及其抗血清的生物学活性。结果所构建的pQE-30-TT-B7-H1IgV表达载体,能稳定表达rhB7-H1IgV蛋白,经纯化后免疫昆明小鼠,可获得高滴度抗B7-H1抗血清。经流式细胞术和免疫组化检测显示,其抗血清可与HT-29/B7-H1+及SP2/0肿瘤细胞结合,且在CDC试验中,可依赖补体杀伤HT-29/B7-H1+及SP2/0肿瘤细胞。结论rhB7-H1IgV融合蛋白不仅可引发小鼠体液免疫应答,而且其抗体还能与表达B7-H1的肿瘤细胞相结合,并介导补体依赖的体外杀伤作用。     

3-苯基-7-氨基香豆素的合成及应用

3 ,7 取代香豆素类荧光增白剂的白度高、耐光性能优良、增白后的制品不带蓝光头或红光头 ,制品外观更悦目 ,具有更高的商业价值 ,广泛用在纺织印染业和塑料加工业。这类荧光增白剂生产工艺较复杂 ,国内对此研究不多 ,目前达到工业化规模生产的几乎还是空白 ,国内市场需要的品种都是从国外进口 ,具有潜在的市场前景。而 3 苯基 7 氨基香豆素是合成该类荧光增白剂的重要中间体 ,本文介绍了 4种合成该中间体的工艺路线     

用酰胺缩醛合成1,4,7,10-四氮杂十二烷的研究

用甲苯作溶剂,使三乙烯四胺和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺二甲基缩醛在85℃反应2h,得到中间体双咪唑啉,产率90.4%,在乙腈溶剂中,碳酸钾存在下,双咪唑啉和1,2-二溴乙烷进行扩环反应,得到环状中间体一溴盐,产率78.7%,一溴盐经碱性水解2h,得到1,4,7,10-四氮杂十二烷,产率74.2%。用元素分析、质谱和核磁共振氢谱对目标化合物进行了表征。     

FA composition and regiospecific analysis of Acer saccharum (sugar maple tree) and Acer saccharinum (silver maple tree) seed oils

GC analysis was performed to determine regiospecific distribution and FA composition in seed oils of the Aceraceae species, Acer saccharum and A. saccharinum. The oil content in the seeds was low at 5.0% in A. saccharum and 5.8% in A. saccharinum, and the main FA were linoleic (30.8 and 29.4%), oleic (21.3 and 27.6%), palmitic (10.1 and 10.5%), and cis-vaccenic (9.4 and 7.9%) acids, respectively. In addition, both oils contained long-chain monoenes of the n−9 and n−7 groups, including 11-eicosenoic, 13-docosenoic, 15-tetracosenoic, 13-eicosenoic, and 15-docosenoic acids, whereas γ-linolenic acid accounted for 0.8% of total FA in A. saccharum, and 0.5% in A. saccharinum. Regiospecific analysis, performed using the methodology of dibutyroyl derivatives of MAG, indicated that linoleic, oleic, and linolenic acids were mainly esterified at the internal position of TAG in both seed oils, whereas long-chain monoenes of the n−7 group were almost exclusively esterified on the external positions.     

甲基-酰基-萘在庚烷、辛烷和十二烷中溶解度的测定与关联

The solubilities of 2-methyl-6-acetylnaphthalene (2,6-MAN) and 2-methyl-7-acetylnaphthalene (2,7-MAN) in n-heptane, n-octane, and n-dodecane were measured, respectively, from 273.15 to 319.15 K using an analytical method. On the basis of the thermodynamics theory of solid-liquid equilibrium, a model was derived to relate the solubilities with temperature. Using the least square method, the parameters of the model, the fusion enthalpies △fusH and the Margules equation coefficients A12 and A21 of 2,6-MAN and 2,7-MAN in n-heptane, n-octane, and n-dodecane-were obtained by regressing the experimental data. The average deviation of the model was 1.70%.
