Palogue油田复合油藏动态响应及特征描述

以简单的复合油藏模型理论和方法为基础,以Palogue油田的实际测试井为例,介绍了复合油藏模型的试井动态识别与模型拟合,及与地质静态资料相结合的油藏综合描述过程.该描述方法将会对实际试井解释和油藏综合描述工作有所借鉴和帮助.     

TFRC friendliness and the case of ECN

The TFRC protocol has been proposed as a TCP‐friendly protocol to transport streaming media over the Internet. However, its deployment is still questionable because it has not been compared to other important protocols, analysed in the presence of important mechanisms, such as the explicit congestion notification (ECN), and studied under more realistic network conditions. In this paper, we address these three aspects, including other congestion control protocols not considered before in the same investigation, such as TCP Tahoe, Reno, Newreno, Vegas, Sack, GAIMD, and the Binomial algorithms, the effect of using ECN in the friendliness of the protocols, and the fairness of the protocols under static and dynamic network conditions. We found that TFRC can be safely deployed in the Internet if competing with TCP Tahoe, New Reno and SACK since fairness is achieved under all scenarios considered. We also found that ECN actually helps in achieving better fairness. However, fairness problems arise when TFRC competes with TCP Reno, GAIMD, SQRT or IIAD in static or dynamic conditions, or both. Effects of Light, Oxygen, and pH on the Absorbance of 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl

ABSTRACT: The absorbance of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) at 517 nm in methanol and acetone decreased by 20 and 35% for 120 min at 25 °C under light, respectively; in the dark it did not change significantly for 150 min. Decomposition of DPPH under 21% oxygen after 90 min under light was significantly higher than that under 1% oxygen. Absorbance of DPPH in pH 4 buffer solution in methanol, and in pH 10 buffer solution in acetone, decreased by 55 and 80%, respectively, under light for 120 min. The evaluation of antioxidant activity by the changes of DPPH absorbance should be carefully interpreted since the absorbance of DPPH at 517 nm is decreased by light, oxygen, pH, and type of solvent in addition to the antioxidant.     

Effect of antioxidant contained in poly(ethylene glycol) on cell fusion

The effect of antioxidants contained in poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) on cell fusion was studied using L929 cells in the monolayer state. Hydroquinone monomethyl ether (HQME), 2-mercaptobenzimidazole (MB), butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA) and 2,6-di-(t-butyl)-4-methylphenol (BHT) were chosen from the antioxidants that have currently been used to protect commercially available PEG from oxidation. Cell culture was conducted in 40% w/w aqueous solution of PEG with a molecular weight of 3000 in the presence of different concentrations of antioxidants. BHA clearly enhanced membrane fusion of L929 cells with increasing concentration in PEG solution, whereas HQME, MB and BHT had no significant effect on cell fusion. The enhancement of cell fusion by BHA might be ascribed to balanced hydrophobicity and high water solubility in comparison with the other three antioxidants.     

计算机控制的SEESR实验系统的研制

SEESR(Simultaneous Electrochemical ESR)是研究电极过程中的自由基中间体行为的理想和方便的手段。在以前研制的ESR仪数据系统的基础上,我们应用IBM-PC/XT微机与JES-FE1XG型(JEOL产)ESR谱仪及HDV-7型恒电位仪研制了一套由计算机控制的SEESR实验装置。该系统可以完成包括循环伏安法、电流阶跃、电位阶跃及电位反转等多种电化学方法的SEESR实验。系统还具有包括数据平滑、曲线拟合等功能的多种数据处理软件,使用方便。我们应用模型化合物对该系统进行了实际测量,所得结果与文献报道一致。
