Functional properties, amino acid compositions, in vitro protein digestibility, electrophoretic and thermal characteristics of conophor defatted flour (CDF), conophor protein concentrate (CPC), isoelectric protein isolate (CII) and neutral protein isolate (CNI) were evaluated. The isolates (CII and CNI) showed significantly lower (P < 0.05) water and oil absorption capacities, emulsifying and gelling capacities, but higher emulsion stability and foaming capacity. In vitro protein digestibility, enthalpy and denaturation temperature varied between 52.28% and 73.4%, 1.62–4.04 J g?1 protein and 79.7–89.3 °C, respectively. The native proteins were comprised of subunits with molecular weights ranging between 15.3 and 129.3 kDa. The major amino acids in all the samples were aspartic acid, glutamic acid and arginine, whereas the percentages of essential amino acids in CDF, CPC, CII and CNI were 39.35%, 40.46%, 44.54% and 46.04%, respectively. The porous structure evolution of thermosetting phenolic resin controlled by polymerization induced viscoelastic phase separation from solution was investigated in this work. The ultimate morphology and the evolution of a porous texture for the resol resin/solvent system were characterized by digital camera and optical microscopy. In-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and a rheological method were used to trace the curing reaction of the resol resin/solvent system. The impacts of solvent content and curing temperature on the foaming behavior were quantitatively and systematically investigated. Based on the relationship between the morphology evolution and curing dynamics, the foaming mechanism of the polymerization induced viscoelastic phase separation was elucidated. The present work provides new insight into the foaming mechanism of thermosetting materials and may be helpful for morphological control in the preparation of lightweight porous phenolic material. © 2016 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

In this article, the foaming behavior of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) and its composites with spherical or fibrous poly(butylenes terephthalate) (PBT) using supercritical CO2 as a blowing agent were investigated. Their foaming performances were also compared in relation to the crystal morphology and rheological behavior of PP. Results demonstrate that crystal structures significantly impacted the cell structures of foams. At relatively low temperature, microcells appeared at the centers of PP spherulites where the melting started. Particularly, bi‐modal cell structure formed in the foamed PP with increasing temperature. However, in the foamed PP composites with spherical or fibrous PBT, this structure almost disappeared due to the smaller PP spherulites. In foaming PP/PBT composites, the heterogeneous nucleation of spherical or fibrous PBT was effective at reducing cell size as well as improving cell density and cell uniformity. 为考察发泡剂表面扩张性质与泡沫性能的关系,利用界面流变仪测量发泡剂的表面扩张性质和泡沫扫描仪测量发泡剂的泡沫性能.实验结果表明:不同发泡剂的表面扩张模量、黏性和弹性随质量分数增加出现极大值,非离子表面活性剂的表面扩张黏性明显高于其他发泡剂,其余4种发泡剂的表面扩张黏性相差不明显,不同发泡剂的表面扩张模量的关系与表面扩张黏性基本一致;随质量分数增加,不同发泡剂的起泡体积趋于平稳,泡沫稳定性出现极大值,而后缓慢降低,其中非离子表面活性剂和椰油酰胺丙基羟磺酸甜菜碱的起泡体积和泡沫稳定性最好,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的较差;发泡剂的泡沫稳定性与表面扩张弹性具有较好的对应关系,与表面扩张模量或表面扩张黏性也有一定的对应关系,但不是一一对应. 相似文献

利用低廉的木质素部分取代苯酚制备木质素基酚醛树脂(PF)泡沫,采用正交试验对木质素基PF发泡工艺进行了研究,研究了表面活性剂(吐温–80)用量、发泡剂(正戊烷)用量、发泡温度三个因素对木质素基PF泡沫性能的影响,从而优化发泡工艺。实验结果表明,对木质素基PF泡沫的极限氧指数(LOI)和导热系数影响最大的是发泡温度,而对于压缩强度影响最大的是表面活性剂用量。木质素基PF泡沫的最佳发泡工艺为:表面活性剂(吐温–80)用量为8%、发泡剂(正戊烷)用量为12%,发泡温度为90℃,所得泡沫具有较好的热稳定性,其LOI为39%,压缩强度为0.32 MPa,导热系数为0.025 W/(m·K)。 相似文献

以超临界CO_2为发泡剂,采用釜压法在不同发泡工艺条件下制备了聚苯乙烯(PS)发泡试样,通过扫描电子显微镜对PS发泡试样的泡孔形貌进行了表征,探讨了不同发泡工艺对PS发泡试样发泡性能的影响。结果表明,随发泡温度的升高,PS发泡试样泡孔尺寸增大,泡孔密度下降,而泡沫密度呈现先降低后升高的趋势,发泡倍率与此相反;增大保压时间和保压压力,可提高试样的发泡效果。当发泡温度为136℃,保压压力为20 MPa,保压时间为4 h时,PS发泡试样的发泡效果最好,其泡沫密度为0.043 g/cm~3,发泡倍率为24.4,泡孔尺寸为59.8μm,泡孔密度为6.20×107个/cm~3。 相似文献
