弱凝胶调驱降维数值模拟方法研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目前用于弱凝胶调驱的化学驱软件大多存在计算速度慢、数值弥散现象严重的问题,为了提高弱凝胶调驱数值模拟的速度和精度,提出了降低维数的模拟方法。利用追踪流线的方法,将弱凝胶调驱的三维渗流问题,转化为沿流线计算饱和度的一维问题,大大降低了求解饱和度方程组中方程的数目,从而提高了计算速度。利用该方法,模拟了玉门老君庙油田一个试验井区的水驱开发历史,优化了弱凝胶调驱的注入浓度、注入速度及注入体积等参数,并预测了弱凝胶调驱的动态,预测该方案可提高采收率7.6%。  相似文献

The peroxisomes of the asporogenic yeast Candida tropicalis contain about 20 major polypeptides (PXPs). We have isolated a number of genes encoding them; 11 POX genes encoded independent PXPs and three POY genes were likely to encode three other PXPs. To locate these genes on the chromosomes, chromosomes of C. tropicalis were separated by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. Eight chromosomal bands were observed over the range of 1.0 Mbp (band 1) to 2.8 Mbp (band VIII); the genome size was estimated to be about 20 Mbp. Southern blot analysis showed that ten genes were on band V, three genes were on band IV, and the other gene was on band VI. Three genes gave hybridization signals of nearly equal intensity on two different chromosomal bands: POX6A and POX8B, on bands V and VII; and POX8A, on bands IV and VI. Ribosomal RNA genes also hybridized to two bands, VI and VII. Most genes assigned to only one band hybridized to two restriction fragments produced by either NotI or SfiI endonuclease. The results suggested that C. tropicalis was diploid and that restriction sites were conserved little between homologues. The three POX genes that were found on two chromosomal bands hybridized to not more than two restriction fragments, implying that the allelic genes were present on different chromosomal bands.  相似文献

The structural properties of mixtures of pectin, oxidized starch and glucose syrup were investigated using small deformation dynamic oscillation. In the absence of added calcium, preparations of low methoxy pectin with glucose syrup formed viscous solutions, which remained crystal-free at subzero temperatures. Samples of oxidized starch and glucose syrup, on the other hand, exhibited solid-like behaviour because of the crystalline nature of the amylose-like helices. Mixtures of the two polysaccharides with the co-solute clearly showed phase inversion from liquid to solid-like behaviour with increasing amounts of starch in the formulation. The transformation was reflected in the textural properties of samples, which varied from thick solutions to firm gels. The viscoelasticity of the system was modified further by the introduction of high methoxy pectin. Preparations of high methoxy pectin and glucose syrup formed rubbery gels whose amorphous nature underwent a glass transition during cooling.  相似文献

以乙醇为溶剂,正硅酸乙酯(TEOS,tetraethoxysilane)在氢氧化铵催化下水解缩聚为纳米尺度的无定型SiO2溶胶颗粒,二甲基二乙氧基硅烷(DDS,dimethyldiethoxysilane)在盐酸催化下水解缩聚为线状聚二甲基硅氧链.用混合溶胶在玻璃基片上旋转镀膜,然后于80℃空气气氛下热处理.实验证明通过DDS将疏水的双甲基链引入镀膜胶体,使膜兼具疏水性和减反射性能.利用激光散射粒度分析仪和电子显微镜研究了溶胶颗粒的粒度变化和聚集情况等溶胶微结构,用物理吸附仪研究了膜的孔结构,考察了热处理前后膜的疏水性和透射谱,得到了溶胶微结构与膜性能之间的关联.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: To protect and transport iron, we investigated the trapping properties of a network formed from β-lactoglobulin. We studied the influence of different parameters—pH, iron, and protein concentrations—on gel properties (optical and mechanical properties, WHC, and microstructure). For all conditions tested, the results show the formation of a cold gel in the presence of iron. The mechanical properties reveal that the elastic behavior and the strength of rupture increase with higher protein concentrations and decrease with higher iron concentrations. The water-holding capacity is high for low iron concentrations. The microstructure shows that, at low iron/protein ratios, a homogeneous filamentous network is obtained whereas, at high iron/protein ratios, more random aggregated particles are present.  相似文献

Polyurethane acrylate anionomer (PUAA)/silica composite gels were prepared by the sol‐gel reaction of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane (MPTS) incorporated to PUAA gels by using a swelling method. The formation and structure of composites were confirmed by FTIR, X‐ray diffraction, and SEM. As a result, we found that silica components in composites are located within the ionic domains of their gels and interacted with PUAA via hydrogen bonding. This drastically enhanced the mechanical properties of the composites. Mechanical properties are also improved by MPTS, because MPTS improves the dispersibility and adhesion of silica components in PUAA/silica composite gels. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Hybrids based on cellulose acetate (CA) and SiO2 were prepared by hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). More rigid films were obtained with an inorganic phase incorporation. The thermal stability of the hybrids was similar to pure CA. Composite membranes were prepared by casting of CA/TEOS mixtures onto a poly(vinylidene fluoride) support. The water permeation decreased with the incorporation of the inorganic phase. Hybrid membranes were able to retain solutes with a molar mass of ?9000 g/mol (?98% retention). Hybrids were submitted to biodegradation tests. The presence of the inorganic phase did not inhibit the growth of Thricoderma harzianum fungi. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
