NO emission characteristics in counterflow diffusion flame of blended fuel of H2/CO2/Ar

Flame structure and NO emission characteristics in counterflow diffusion flame of blended fuel of H₂/CO₂/Ar have been numerically simulated with detailed chemistry. The combination of H₂, CO₂ and Ar as fuel is selected to clearly display the contribution of hydrocarbon products to flame structure and NO emission characteristics due to the breakdown of CO₂. A radiative heat loss term is involved to correctly describe the flame dynamics especially at low strain rates. The detailed chemistry adopts the reaction mechanism of GRI 2.11, which consists of 49 species and 279 elementary reactions. All mechanisms including thermal, NO₂, N₂O and Fenimore are taken into account to separately evaluate the effects of CO₂ addition on NO emission characteristics. The increase of added CO₂ quantity causes flame temperature to fall since at high strain rates a diluent effect is prevailing and at low strain rates the breakdown of CO₂ produces relatively populous hydrocarbon products and thus the existence of hydrocarbon products inhibits chain branching. It is also found that the contribution of NO production by N₂O and NO₂ mechanisms are negligible and that thermal mechanism is concentrated on only the reaction zone. 减压渣油与FCC油浆共炭化的化学组成变化

考察了齐鲁石化胜利炼油厂催化油浆（FCC）和胜利减压渣油（VR）在490℃，0.8MPa下不同混合比的原料和不同反应时间的中间产物的HS、TS、PS、P及其1h中间产物的HS和TS的^1H-NMR。数据结果反映了体系的反应速度。掺入FCC油浆抑制了VR的反应活性，降低了体系的反应速度，增加了基质的溶解度；1h中间产物的组成结构更接近于原料及反应体系的反应性和基质的溶解度；1h中间产物的芳香度越高，取代基越少，侧链越短，基质对VR中的活性反应组分在炭化早期生成的高度缩合物质的溶解度越大。     

FCC原料掺入裂解焦油的研究及其机理分析

在催化裂化固定流化床小试装置上，对裂化原料中掺入富含芳烃的添加剂－裂解焦油进行了考察，确定了添加剂的最佳掺入量为1％，与不掺添加剂的裂化原料相比，其汽油产率提高，生焦量和干气产率减少，汽油选择性变好。同时通过对添加剂的原料体系的结构研究，对添加剂影响催化裂化过程的机理进行了探讨。     

济钢105m^2带冷机综合密封节能降耗提高冷却效率的实践

由于烧结机扩容同时工艺优化去掉热筛后，使烧结矿的料层提高，热返矿进入带冷机超负荷运行料温持续偏高，并且带来台车漏风漏料扬尘，冷却风量效率低，烧损成品皮带等问题。通过采取综合密封及改进相关冷却方式，解决了以上存在的问题，并达到节能降耗的目的。     

给水泵密封水系统对机组真空的影响

介绍了银川热电厂二期工程投运一年以后,多次出现凝汽器真空缓慢下降的现象。在机组系统严密性试验合格的前提下,经多次观察,发现是给水泵密封水系统漏空气造成的。在采取了一些相应措施后,解决了这个问题。     

烧结成品运输自动控制系统的改进

对烧结成品运输自控系统不稳定性因素进行了分析，提出了采取优化硬件外围工作环境，完善软件保护程序等改进措施。改进后的自控系统稳定性明显提高。     

一种改善Turbo乘积编码OFDM系统性能的新方法

本文提出一种利用对译码器软信息限幅来改善多径衰落信道中Turbo乘积编码OFDM(TPC-OFDM)系统性能的新方法。通过对不同多径衰落信道中QPSK映射和16QAM映射的TPC-OFDM系统性能的数值仿真，结果表明在10^-5误比特率下，这种新方法比传统的迭代译码大约有6～10dB的改进，对严重多径环境下TPC-OFDM系统的错误平底也有明显的改进。
