Digital thermometer circuit for silicon diode sensors

Silicon diode thermometers are now available commercially which conform closely to a specified, albeit non-linear characteristic. An inexpensive circuit has been developed which allows temperatures to be measured with a resolution of 0.01 K between 1.5 and 25 K, and 0.1 K between 25 and 375 K, and with an accuracy that in most applications will be limited by the calibration accuracy of the diode used. The design is based on a standard integrating analog to digital converter. A microprocessor is not required; precise linearization is achieved by means of a look-up table held in an EPROM. The circuit includes a simple digital interface for transferring data to a computer.     

基于MSP430单片机温湿度控制器的实现

设计并实现了一种基于MSP430F123单片机温湿度控制系统,主要包括了控制器的硬件和软件设计。系统利用单线数字温度传感器DS18B20和湿敏电阻进行温湿度测量,在分析了温度及湿度的测量原理、噪声影响和计算方法基础上进行补偿,设计系统软件,通过温湿度测量来控制测量区域的加热器和加湿器的工作,最终确保仪器箱在合适的外界环境下稳定工作。本系统设计的温湿度控制器已小批量生产,用在各种仪器控制箱中。经测试表明,该系统简单,操作方便,成本低。测量范围:-40~85℃,RH20%~95%。     

基于DS18B20的数字式温度计设计

设计了以单片机STC89C52RC作为主控制器的数字式温度计.采用单线总线数字式温度传感器DS18B20采集环境温度,采用4位LED数码管显示.系统主要由主控制器、测温电路和显示电路组成,结合EDA软件仿真技术和在线编程技术实现温度的实时采集和显示,并通过硬件电路的验证.整个系统电路简单,测温准确,性能稳定.     

An Oil-Bath-Based 293 K to 473 K Blackbody Source

A high temperature oil-bath-based-black-body source has been designed and constructed in the Radiometric Physics Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD. The goal of this work was to design a large aperture blackbody source with highly uniform radiance across the aperture, good temporal stability, and good reproducibility. This blackbody source operates in the 293 K to 473 K range with blackbody temperature combined standard uncertainties of 7.2 mK to 30.9 mK. The calculated emissivity of this source is 0.9997 with a standard uncertainty of 0.0003. With a 50 mm limiting aperture at the cavity entrance, the emissivity increases to 0.99996.

Low temperature indium resistance thermometer

A mechanically stable working thermometer made of glass-insulated indium microwire is described. $\text{R}{}_{\mathrm{<mtext>300\; K</mtext>}}\text{≈ 500 Ω}$ The sensitivity is 22% K^?1 at T = 10 K. The measurement range is 3.4 to 300 K. The thermometer is 2.6 mm in diameter and 12 mm long.
