Interactive simulated patient—an advanced tool for student-activated learning in medicine and healthcare

An advanced learning system for interactive simulation of patient cases (ISP) is described. The system was designed to meet specific pedagogical needs where student activation and problem orientation were two of the key issues. The system includes features such as video based illness history-taking function using free text input, highly interactive physiological examination procedures, extensive laboratory tests and detailed user feedback. The system was constructed mainly in Authorware Professional, starting more than 10 years ago, and it is now available in refined versions in different languages. Twelve pedagogical and three technical features were initially defined for the project. All of these aims were fulfilled. The ISP system has been successfully used in education, and in international collaboration, including three applicability field tests. The system is also a powerful research tool for studying for instance medical decision-making.

化学还原法制备纳米铜粉的研究

本文采用KBH4在液相中化学还原CuSO4,并加入KOH和络合剂EDTA ,制得了纳米级的纯净的铜粉 ,通过调整反应物的浓度 ,可以消除Cu2 O等杂质。制备的纳米铜粉还存在一定程度的团聚 ,需试验加入分散剂来改善。     

胡状集油田胡5-15井区天然混合羧酸盐/黄胞胶驱油先导试验

报道了在室内实验研究中得到的混合天然羧酸盐/烷基磺基甜菜碱/黄胞胶复合驱油段塞结构:预冲洗段塞,10g/LKCl溶液;前置聚合物段塞,1500mg/L黄胞胶溶液;主驱油段塞,1.5×104mg/L混合天然羧酸盐+800mg/L烷基磺基甜菜碱DSB+800mg/L黄胞胶+5×103mg/L复碱(质量比1∶1的Na2CO3+NaHCO3)溶液;后置聚合物段塞,1000mg/L黄胞胶溶液。在岩心流动实验中0.3PV主段塞在水驱基础上提高采收率18.19%。胡状集油田胡5 15井区采出程度18.48%,油藏温度86℃,地层水矿化度1.7×105mg/L,Ca2+浓度4799mg/L,Mg2+浓度830mg/L,有油、水井各5口,综合含水已达96%(92%～99%)。从2000 01 24到2001 03 20,在5口注水井中依次注入预冲洗液2920m3,前置液2920m3,主驱油液49640m3(除一口井外均不加复碱),后置液2920m3,5口油井均见效,一些油井有效期超过20个月,油井产油量增加,含水下降,自然递减降低62.7%,采油速度升高0.46%。图3表2参3。

马克思主义理论课教师世界观的要求就是辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的思想体系和方法论；其价值观的要求就是以大公无私为特征的价值判断标准。马克思主义理论课所具有的知识性和思想性、科学性和实践性相统一的特点，要求马克思主义理论课教师，不仅要有扎实的化知识，而且必须加强其世界观和价值观的修养。许多事实证明，只有这样才能真正提高马克思主义理论课的教学实效。     

Generation and selection of likely interpretations during plan recognition in task-oriented consultation systems

This paper presents a mechanism which infers a user's plans from his/her utterances by directing the inference process towards the more likely interpretations of a speaker's statements among many possible interpretations. Our mechanism uses Bayesian theory of probability to assess the likelihood of an interpretation, and it complements this assessment by taking into consideration two aspects of an interpretation: its coherence and its information content. The coherence of an interpretation is determined by the relationships between the different statements in the discourse. The information content of an interpretation is a measure of how well defined the interpretation is in terms of the actions to be performed on the basis of this interpretation. This measure is used to guide the inference process towards interpretations with higher information content. The information content of an interpretation depends on the specificity and the certainty of the inferences in it, where the certainty of an inference depends on the knowledge on which the inference is based. Our mechanism has been developed for use in task-oriented consultation systems. The particular domain that we have chosen for exploration is that of travel booking.

电磁目标的探测对通信而言有着十分重要的意义。本文描述一种收敛迅速、结果准确、抗强随机噪声的探测二维电磁目标的新方法。首先从体等效原理出发得到一个积分方程组，此方程组可求解散射问题。随后，对此方程组求变分，变形后得到散射场变化与介电参数变化之间关系的矩阵方程，即反演方程。文中列举了几个例子，通过数值实验结果证明本法收敛速度快、反演精度高、适应复杂目标的能力强，能抗强随机噪声干扰
