应用三测定子法测量直齿轮周节累积误差的实验研究

应有和三测定子法测量直齿轮的ｓ个调节误差，并结合理论分析计算，可得到相应的周节累积误差，并得出如下结论：Ｓ个周节误差和周节累积误差与齿轮轮齿表面的加工精度有关；随着周节数的增大，Ｓ个周节误差与周节累积误差的变化范围也大。三测定子法是方便可行的，且比二测定子法更为有效。

Kinetic Studies on Reactions Between Monomethylhydrazine and Fe^3＋ as Well as N,N-Dimethylhydroxylamine and Fe^3＋ by Measuring Potential of Fe^3＋/Fe^2＋

The kinetic studies on the reactions between monomethyldrazine and Fe^3＋ as well as N,N-dimethyl- hydroxylamine and Fe^3＋ in nitric acid system are performed by measuring open-circuit potential of Fe^3＋/ Fe^2＋. The effect of some factors such as the concentration of MMH or DMHAN, the concentration of nitric acid, ionic strength, temperature and the concentration of Fe^3＋ on the reaction rate is also studied.     

Applications of Skyrme Energy-Density Functional to Fusion Reactions for Synthesis of Superheavy Nuclei

It is of great importance to predict fusion cross sections and to analyze reaction mechanism for massive heavy-ion fusion reactions, especially for fusion reactions leading to superheavy nuclei. In those reactions, the calculation of the capture cross section is of crucial importance. It is known that Wong＇s formula based on one-dimensional barrier penetration can describe the fusion excitation function well for light reaction systems, while it fails to give satisfying results for heavy reaction systems at energies near and below the barrier. For solving this problem, we applied the Skyrme energy-density functional for the first time to study heavy-ion fusion reactions. The barrier for fusion reaction was calculated by the Skyrme energy-density functional together with the semi-classical extended Thomas-Fermi method.

Nature and Growth of Interaction Layers Formed during the Reaction between Solid Ni and Liquid Al

The nature and growth of the interaction layers between solid Nb and liquid Al has been studied by carrying out the tests on Nb(s)-Al(l)and Nb(s)-Al(l)-Ni(s) reaction couples isothermally reacted between 700℃and 900℃for different time intervals.It has been found that the interaction layer between Nb and Al contains two parts:a thin continuous layer of NbAl3 adjacent to the Nb surface and a two-phase zone constituted of NbAl3 particles dispersed in an Al matrix.Although the nature and growth of interaction layers follows the sour-stage mechanism,a typical cruciform pattern does not occur in Nb(s)-Al(l) reaction couples.However,a cruciform pattern was observed in Nb(s)-Al(l)-Ni(s)reaction couples.The movement of NbAl3 particles is important to the production of cruciform pattern in the reaction couples.
