基于B点磁探针膛内电枢电弧长度与速度分布测量的计算机控制系统的研究

基于B点磁探针的测量原理，建立了电磁轨道炮膛内三维等离子体电枢电弧长度和电弧运动速度测量的数学模型，通过对该模型的分析给出了用于测量膛内电枢电弧长度和运动速度分布的相应推论。开发了用于测量膛内等离子体电枢电弧长度和速度的多通道计算机控制诊断系统，并进行了相应的试验研究。     

L520型智能中子仪测定农田土壤含水量的标定研究

通过对L520型智能中子仪测定农田土壤含水量的标定研究，在试验区草甸土类型的土壤中，在0～100cm的土层中得到了一条标定土壤含水量的回归直线，用此法测定土壤含水量较重量法快捷方便且误差小。     

小剂量辐照小鼠胸腺细胞膜流动性的变化

报道了以茈为荧光探针,探讨小剂量~(60)Co γ射线照射后小鼠胸腺细胞膜流动性的变化。结果表明,剂量在0.25-1.00Gy范围,胸腺细胞膜流动性降低与剂量之间呈明显线性关系。从0.50Gy起,辐照组荧光强度比值I_1/I_2与I_3/I_2与对照组的比较存有显著差异(P<0.05)。提示淋巴细胞膜流动性的变化可作为小剂量辐照早期效应的敏感指标。     

Structural properties of 0.65Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.35PbTiO3 relaxor ferroelectric thin films on SrRuO3 conducting oxides

Coating of 0.65Pb(Mg_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃–0.35PbTiO₃ (PMN–PT) relaxor ferroelectrics by a sol–gel method is followed by growth of epitaxial SrRuO₃ (SRO) metallic oxide electrodes on SrTiO₃ (STO) single-crystal substrate by pulsed laser deposition. High-quality PMN–PT films on SRO with preferred growth orientation were successfully fabricated by controlling the operation parameters. Structural properties of relaxor ferroelectric PMN–PT thin films on SRO/STO substrates have been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). In-plane and out-of-plane alignments of the heterostructure are confirmed and the structural twinning of the materials are also revealed.     

扫描探针制备技术的研究现状及发展

探讨了近几年来探针制备技术的发展和趋势,分别就探针检测性能的改进、探针结构、探针检测功能拓展及多通道信息采集组合探针等几方面,对相关制备技术的方法、特点以及相应检测条件、适用环境展开讨论,这些方面反映探针制备技术正朝着尖锐化、多样化、功能化和组合方向发展。     

水稻白叶枯病菌受寄主诱导基因的鉴定

用一个具链霉素（Ｓｍ）抗性并含无启动子ＣＡＴ基因的广宿主启动子探针质粒ＰＩＪ３１００，用鸟枪法在ＣＡＴ基因上游的ＢａｍＨ１克隆位，或插入水稻白叶枯病菌（Ｘａｎｔｈｏｍｏｎａｓｏｒｙｚａｅｐｖ．ｏｒｙｚａｅ），用ＢａｍＨ１完全酶切的染色体ＤＮＡ片段，将重组质粒转化大肠杆菌ＥＤ８７６７在含链霉素的ＬＢ单板上筛选转化子。得到容量为６０００个转化子的克隆群体，其中２％的克隆含有水稻白叶枯病菌启动子活性片段，在平板上表现氯霉素（Ｃｍ）抗性。在帮助质粒ＰＲＫ２０１３的帮助下，通过三亲支配，将含有水稻白叶枯病菌启动子片段的重组质粒转移进野生型的水稻白叶枯病菌中去，在含链霉素的ＰＳＡ平板上筛选１６００个接合子，其中一个在平板上表现氯霉素抗性及含有组成表达的水稻白叶枯病菌启动子。随机选取２００个平板上对氯霉素敏感的接合子，接种用氯霉素处理的水稻感病品种金南风，得到１５个比对照明显致病的克隆。用其中一个含受水稻特异诱导启动子的重组质粒为探针，在水稻白叶枯病菌野生菌基因文库中筛选到２７个阳性克隆。     

IR spectroscopic study of Pt/Kl zeolites using adsorption of CO as a molecular probe

FTIR spectra of CO adsorbed on Pt/KL catalysts show that the relative band intensities and the total dispersion markedly depend on the catalyst preparation method (ion exchange, incipient wetness impregnation or co-impregnation with KCl). The CO stretching frequency of the dominant band for linear CO is shifted to higher wavenumbers, parallel with the proton concentration in the reduced catalyst, which is derived independently from the intensity of the IR bands of the OH groups. The results are in accordance with the model that electron-deficient platinum particles are platinum-proton adducts.On leave from: N.D. 同时含有稀土元素La Ce Pr Nd的材料的电子探针定量分析方法

研制了稀土六硼化物单晶LaB_6、CeB_6、PrB_6和NdB_6电子探针分析标样。根据X-射线峰位表和实测的特征X-射线谱,考察分析了La、Ce、Pr和Nd元素谱线之间的干扰情况,发现分析谱线PrLα_1受到L_αLβ_1线严重的干扰。以混合稀土金属为试样,采用扣除谱线重叠强度的背底非对称测量等方法对L_n、Ce、Pr和Nd进行了电子探针定量分析,其结果与荧光X-射线光谱分析结果符合较好。     

Interaction between bubbles and fibre optic probes in a bubble column

Spherical bulb fibre optic probes, developed and applied for bubble characterization in a bubble column and a slurry bubble column at high temperature, were investigated. The principle of operation of these new optical fibre probes is based on the difference in refractive indices between the gas and the liquid phases. The interaction between the gas bubbles and the fibre optic probes in a bubble column was studied using photographic techniques. The first objective of these experiments was to study the response of the sensors upon contact with gas bubbles of various sizes. The second objective of this study was to establish, under controlled situations, the optical probe bubble detection performance and ability for local quantitative measurements of the bubble rise velocity and the gas hold-up.
