Effect of heating-rate on failure temperature of pre-loaded brass H62

The response and failure of brass H62 specimens subjected to different levels of pre-loaded stresses and heating rates were investigated using a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical material testing system. The metallographs of the tested material were also observed and analyzed. It is found that the increase of either pre-loaded stress or heating-rate decreases the failure temperature. Metallographic analysis shows that high heating-rate may cause stronger local thermal inconsistency （LTI） and remarkably increase the microdefects in the material, which may markedly degrade the macroscopic mechanical properties of the material.     

From hospital to municipal cogeneration systems: an Italian case study

A mixed integer linear programming model combined with a more traditional design by scenarios is proposed to optimize facilities size and operation mode of a municipal energy system involving significant civil centres and a hospital. Moving from the need of a new heat and power station for the local hospital due to the construction of new pavilions, the opportunity of involving other centres in the neighbourhood in a distributed cogeneration system is analysed, increasing system complexity step by step. Smaller cogeneration units tailored to hospital needs are rewarding ventures with relatively low risks but, in a country whose traditional power generation systems heavily rely on fossil fuels and where energy policy and market conditions can make it profitable to sell surplus power, district heating systems foster the installation of larger cogenerators and lead thereby to higher profits and to better performance as for primary energy savings and greenhouse gases emission reduction. A numerical model for induction heating processes coupling electromagnetism and thermomechanics

This paper presents a mathematical and numerical model developed for coupling the various physical phenomena (electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical) taking place in axisymmetrical induction heating processes. All three electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical models are time dependent and take full account of the electromagnetic and thermal non‐linear effect especially with magnetic materials. The electromagnetic problem is discretized and solved in the workpiece, air and inductors. The heat transfer equation and the mechanical equilibrium equations are solved in the workpiece only, both using a finite element method. The mechanical model can take into account thermoelastic–plastic behaviour for the part. The model has been successfully applied to several cases of induction heating. Comparisons between numerical and experimental results show an excellent agreement. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

波形刃铣刀片铣削温度试验分析

进行了铣削温度试验 ,采用改进的人工热电偶法 ,利用动态数据采集系统 ,对波形刃铣刀片的铣削温度进行了采集。利用C语言和MATLAB软件对试验数据进行了分析 ,拟合出温度—时间 (T t)曲线 ,初步得到了受热密度函数 ,为温度场的可视化打下有力的基础

在分析了感应加热小半径弯管形变机理的基础上，提出了压缩弯曲的成型工艺，研制出了小半径中频弯管设备，并进行了大量的工艺实验和实验研究，取得了满意的结果。     

会计信息失真现象的博弈分析

在对现实进行合理假定的基础上建立了会计信息失真现象的有限完美信息动态博弈模型，并利用后退归纳法找到了五个满足不同条件的纳什均衡解。通过对均衡条件的分析，找出了导致会计信息失真的治理结构原因和法律制度因素，并提出了建设性的解决措施。
