Deposition and characterization of alumina films produced by combustion flame pyrolysis

Alumina coatings have been deposited by combustion flame pyrolysis on amorphous silica and stainless steel substrates with the objective to study the effect of solvent composition, Fe³⁺ addition and determine the thermal fatigue lifetime. The effect of solvent composition on crystallinity, transformation temperature and hardness are studied, three different solvent compositions are chosen for preparing the aluminium nitrate solution. Using 100% water, as-deposited films are amorphous and transform to α-alumina only upon annealing, while this equilibrium phase is directly obtained but with a porous microstructure by using 100% methanol. The hardness of the coatings varies with the flammability of the solvents. The effect of Fe³⁺ addition on the crystallization of alumina is studied by combustion pyrolysis of aqueous solutions of Al³⁺ and Fe³⁺ nitrates. Small amount of ferric nitrate reduced the transformation temperature by 100 °C. Thermal cycling of as-deposited amorphous alumina on stainless steel substrate is carried out at different temperatures to determine the thermal fatigue lifetime.     

Studies on spray pyrolyzed molybdenum trioxide thin films

Semiconducting molybdenum trioxide thin films have been prepared by employing simple and inexpensive spray pyrolysis technique. Films are found to be polycrystalline in nature with hexagonal phase. Optical band gap energy (direct) and room temperature electrical resistivity are of the order of 2·9 eV and 10⁸ ohm-cm, respectively. These films exhibit cathodic electrochromism.

用SY87721实现城域网波分复用系统的多业务接入

为了使城域网的DWDM（密集波分复用）系统可以接入多种信号速率和格式，以满足用户的要求，首先介绍了一种波长转换板的设计方法，使用SY87721自适应提取28Mbit／s～2.7Gbit/s之间任意速率信号的时钟，其次介绍了SY87721提取时钟的工作原理、与单片机和CPLD（复杂可编程逻辑器件）的接口方式、对寄存器的配置和读出方式。最后介绍了使用参考时钟测量接入信号频率的方法，这会在系统维护时带来较大的方便。     

Polymerization strategies to overcome limiting monomer conversion in silicone-acrylic miniemulsion polymerization

The limiting conversion phenomenon observed in high solid content silicone-modified acrylic miniemulsion polymerizations was investigated. It was found that the limiting conversion was mainly due to the formation of inactive radicals upon propagation of butyl acrylate radicals with the vinyl end groups of the polydimethylsiloxane. Polymerization strategies that allowed overcoming this problem and achieving high monomer conversion were implemented.

简要介绍了伴随内转换电子发射产生的俄歇电子能量与强度的计算方法、计算程序及工作流程，并以^129Iβ^-衰变为例说明其具体应用。     

Improvement of photon collection in Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells and modules by fluorescent frequency conversion

Fluorescent photon down conversion for the improvement of the blue response of ZnO/CdS/Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ heterojunction solar cells and modules is investigated. Fluorescent dyes of the series Lumogen® F are analyzed by optical transmission and reflection as well as by photoluminescence measurements. A spectral transfer matrix formalism is introduced that allows to predict the suitability of a luminescent dye as a down-converter for a given solar cell from its absorption/emission properties. We find that Lumogen® F Violet 570 and Lumogen® F Yellow 083 as well as a combination of both yields improvements for Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ solar modules. Particularly, we find that the short circuit current density of a Cu(In,Ga)Se₂ mini-module is improved by 1.5 mA cm^− 2 when applying a varnish with a combination of Lumogen® F Violet and Yellow. About 0.5 mA cm^− 2 of this improvement is due to a reduced overall reflectance and an improvement of 1 mA cm^− 2 results from the frequency conversion by the dyes.     

Synthesis of Hexagonal‐Phase NaYF4:Yb,Er and NaYF4:Yb,Tm Nanocrystals with Efficient Up‐Conversion Fluorescence

IR‐to‐visible up‐conversion fluorescent nanocrystals of hexagonal‐phase NaYF₄:20 %Yb,2 %Er and NaYF₄:20 %Yb,2 %Tm have been synthesized by decomposition of multiprecursors of CF₃COONa, (CF₃COO)₃Y, (CF₃COO)₃Yb, and (CF₃COO)₃Er/(CF₃COO)₃Tm in oleylamine at 330 °C. The average particle size is 10.5 ± 0.7 nm (from random measurements of 200 particles from five transmission electron microscopy images) and 11.1 ± 1.3 nm (from dynamic‐light‐scattering measurements). The up‐conversion fluorescence intensity of the hexagonal nanocrystals in this work is much higher than that of other cubic‐phase NaYF₄:Yb,Er nanocrystals, including the ones in this work (by a factor of 7.5). Mechanisms for nucleation and growth of the hexagonal‐phase nanoparticles are proposed. These nanocrystals are easily dispersed in organic solvents, producing a transparent colloidal solution. The hydrophobic surfaces of the particles are made hydrophilic using a bipolar surfactant. These nanoparticles and their dispersions in various media have potential applications in optical nanodevices and bioprobes.     

轻质喷涂料的研制

研究了轻质骨料种类，加入量和添加剂等对轻质喷涂料技术及使用性能的影响。并将研制的轻质喷涂料成功地应用于武钢炼铁厂高炉管内壁的喷涂。

分析了气源转换时原有输配系统的管道、调压设备、计量设备、用气设备与天然气系统相适应的问题，提出了相应的措施。
