Hot-compression behavior of Al-1Mn-1Mg alloy

The hot-compression of Al-1Mn-1Mg (mass fraction, %) alloy sample was carried out on a Gleeble-1500 thermo-simulator at deformation temperatures from 320 to 400 ℃ and strain rates from 0.1 to 10 s-1 by total strain of 1.4. Two-step flotation recovery of iron concentrate from Donganshan carbonaceous iron ore

The flotation of pure and natural carbonaceous iron ore samples in the oleate flotation system was investigated. Starch can depress hematite effectively in a wide pH range, but cannot depress siderite efficiently in neutral conditions. The flotation recovery of pure hematite, siderite, and quartz in the oleate-starch-CaCl₂ system is significantly different when the slurry pH varies from 4 to 12. A novel two-step flotation process was developed for the separation of iron concentrate from Donganshan carbonaceous iron ore through which the siderite concentrate is first recovered and the high quality hematite concentrates with relative high iron recovery can be obtained in the second step flotation. The siderite concentrate may be utilized directly or undergo further concentration steps to increase iron grade.     

Effects of yttrium on the formation and magnetic properties of bulk metallic glassy （Fe, Co）-B-Si-Nb alloys

The bulk metallic glassy (BMG) rods of [(Fe0.5Co0.5)0.72B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]100-xYx (x=0-6) and [(FexCo1-x)0.72B0.192Si0.04]Nb0.04]96Y4 (x=0.5-0.8) were prepared by copper mold casting. The structure, thermal stability,and magnetic properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Adding lat% to 6at% of yt-trium, the bulk glassy alloy rods of [(Fe0.5Co0.5)0.72B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]100-xYx (x=0-6) with the diameter of 3 mm were not formed, and the sample with 4at% of yttrium showed less crystalline phase than others. When the Fe/Co atomic ratio was between 5:5 and 7:3, the bulk glassy alloy rods of [(Fe1-xCox)B0.192Si0.048Nb0.04]96Y4 (x=0.5-0.8) with the diameter of 2 mm were fabricated. In the (Fe, Co)-B-Si-Nb-Y BMGs, when the Fe content increased, the thermal stability, the supercooled liquid region, and the glass-forming ability (GFA) decreased, but the saturation magnetization (Ms) increased.

金刚石(膜)的拉曼光谱表征技术进展

本文较全面地介绍了金刚石(膜)拉曼光谱中各主要拉曼峰的位置、特点及光致发光现象,重点对1150 cm-1附近拉曼峰产生的原因进行了讨论.通过对前人数据、结论的分析,指出1150 cm-1附近的散射峰和紫外拉曼光谱中T峰出现的机理应是一致的,都源于有序尺寸的减少.根据共振尺寸选择效应,1150 cm-1附近的拉曼峰,可能是紫外拉曼光谱中的T峰在可见光谱中向高波数移动的结果;而不同方法制备的金刚石膜样品其晶粒尺寸差异造成的振动模禁止,是不同研究者对1150 cm-1附近拉曼峰作为纳米晶金刚石的特征峰争论的原因所在.     

湘中地区发育于黑色页岩上的土壤重金属污染特征

对湘中地区的安化、桃江、宁乡系统采集了黑色页岩土壤及其相应的黑色页岩样品,并运用ICP-MS对样品进行微量元素和重金属分析.结果表明:在黑色页岩及其风化形成的土壤样品中,Cr、Cu、U、Mo、Sn、Sb、Tl、Ba等重金属元素都呈明显的富集状态;同时,土壤与母岩的稀土元素在陨石粒径标准化后均表现为相同的右倾型分配模式.运用富集指数法对该区黑色页岩土壤进行评价,发现湘中地区黑色页岩发育的土壤都不同程度地受到了重金属的复合污染,且以桃江的污染最为严重;地质累积指数分析结果进一步表明,黑色页岩土壤中普遍受污染的元素主要有Cr、U、Mo、Sb、Ba等.土壤中重金属元素的污染程度排序为:安化:Sb＞Ba＞Mo＞Co=Cu=U;桃江:Sb＞Pb＞V=Mn=Co=Cu=U=Mo=Ba＞Cr=Cd;宁乡:Mo=U=Sb=Ba＞Th.
