The aluminum diffusion in aluminide coatings deposited on nickel by the CVD method was investigated. The microstructure, chemical and phase compositions of coatings were examined by SEM, EDS and XRD techniques. The triple zone structure was revealed. The β-NiAl phase was on the surface of the coatings, whereas γ-(Ni) and γ′-Ni3Al formed deeper parts of the coatings. Diffusion coefficients were calculated from the concentration profiles in coatings deposited for various times (15 min, 1 h, 4 h and 8 h) at 1000 °C and 1050 °C. The procedure was based on the classic finite difference method (FDM). Diffusion coefficients in three phases were calculated simultaneously and the influence of diffusivity in one phase on the diffusivity in the neighboring phase was taken into account. The results of the calculation agree with the literature data obtained for each of the analyzed phases separately.  相似文献

通过热丝化学气相沉积(HFCVD)法制备了具有球状晶结构、棱锥形晶结构和棱柱形晶结构等3种不同表面特征的化学气相沉积(CVD)金刚石涂层工具,以提高其研磨效率。通过正交实验法研究了金刚石涂层晶粒形态、载荷、工作台转速、研磨时间等4个工艺参数对蓝宝石材料去除率和表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明:金刚石涂层的晶粒形态对材料去除率和表面粗糙度影响较大;球状晶结构金刚石涂层切向力较小,棱柱形晶结构金刚石涂层切向力较大;选择棱柱形晶CVD金刚石涂层工具研磨蓝宝石,在研磨加工参数为载荷0.15 MPa、转速100 r/min、研磨时间3 min时,其材料去除率为0.397μm/min,表面粗糙度为0.354μm。结果表明:提出的CVD金刚石涂层工具可用于进一步加工、研磨蓝宝石切片,去除其表面划痕,从而改善工件表面质量。  相似文献

Machining of Nimonic C-263 has always been a challenging task owing to its hot strength, low thermal conductivity, tendency to work harden and affinity towards tool materials. Although coated tools have been used to overcome some of these challenges, selection of coated tool with appropriate deposition technique is of immense significance. The current study attempts to comparatively evaluate various performance measures in machining of Nimonic C-263 such as surface roughness, cutting force, cutting temperature, chip characteristics, and tool wear with particular emphasis on different modes of tool failure for commercially available inserts with multi-component coating deposited using chemical vapour deposition (CVD) and physical vapour deposition (PVD) techniques. Influence of cutting speed (Vc) and machining duration (t) has also been investigated using both coated tools. The study demonstrated remarkable decrease in surface roughness (74.3%), cutting force (6.3%), temperature (13.4%) and chip reduction coefficient (22%) with PVD coated tool consisting of alternate layers of TiN and TiAlN over its CVD coated counterpart with TiCN/Al2O3 coating in bilayer configuration. Severe plastic deformation and chipping of cutting edge and nose, abrasive nose and flank wear along with formation of built-up-layer (BUL) were identified as possible mechanisms of tool failure. PVD coated tool successfully restricted different modes of tool wear for the entire range of cutting speed. Superior performance can be attributed to the hardness and wear resistance properties, thermal stability due to presence of TiAlN phase and excellent toughness owing to PVD technique and multilayer architecture.  相似文献

利用化学气相沉积(CVD)技术制备了HfO2涂层和Ir/HfO2复合涂层,采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)对涂层的性能进行分析。结果表明:在沉积Ir时,沉积室升温速率≤10 ℃/min时,制备出的Ir/HfO2复合涂层经真空高温热处理后可获得表面质量良好的Ir层,且Ir层纯度达到99.77%;真空热处理有益于提高Ir/HfO2复合涂层之间的结合程度,且热处理温度越高,结合效果越好;表面制备有HfO2涂层的Ir棒在1980 ℃氧化10 h的条件下,HfO2涂层对Ir的保护效果显著,可将Ir的氧化深度由毫米级降至数十微米。  相似文献

为研究涂层沉积方式对金属陶瓷和硬质合金性能的影响,采用粉末冶金技术制备了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷和YT15硬质合金,在基体表面先后采用CVD和PVD制备涂层。采用SEM、EDS等手段对涂层的微观组织和元素含量进行分析,并对涂层试样进行划痕、摩擦因数、切削性能检测。结果表明,通过复合CVD+PVD工艺,CVD涂层和PVD涂层结合良好。不论是金属陶瓷还是硬质合金,CVD涂层的膜基结合力和摩擦因数均为最大,PVD涂层最小,复合CVD+PVD涂层介于两者之间。对于金属陶瓷和硬质合金而言,复合CVD+PVD涂层的切削性能最好,CVD涂层最差,PVD涂层介于两者之间。切削过程中的磨损机理主要是氧化磨损和磨粒磨损。  相似文献

Extreme ambient temperature has been associated with increased daily mortality across the world. We describe the ambient temperature-mortality association for four capital cities in East Asia, Seoul, Beijing, Tokyo, and Taipei, and identify a threshold temperature for each city and the percent increase in mortality. We adapted generalized linear modeling with natural cubic splines (GLM + NS) to examine the association between daily mean apparent temperature (AT) and total mortality, as well as mortality due to respiratory (RD) and cardiovascular (CVD) causes in a threshold model. We conducted a time-series analysis adjusting for day of the week and long-term time trend. The study period differed by city. The threshold temperature for all seasons was estimated to be 30.1-33.5 °C, 31.3-32.3 °C, 29.4-30.8 °C, and 25.2°-31.5 °C for Seoul, Beijing, Tokyo, and Taipei, respectively, on the same day. For the mean daily AT increase of 1 °C above the thresholds in Seoul, Tokyo, and Taipei, estimated percentage increases in daily total mortality were 2.7 (95% confidence interval (CI) = 2.2-3.1), 1.7 (95% CI = 1.5-2.0), and 4.3 (95% CI = 2.9-5.7), respectively. Beijing provided no total mortality counts. Estimated percentage increases were 2.7-10.5 for RD mortality, 1.1-9.3 for CVD mortality in 4 cities. This study identified increased mortality due to exposure to elevated AT. The importance of effects of AT and city-specific threshold temperatures suggests that analyses of the impact of climate change should take regional differences into consideration.  相似文献

All-carbon single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were successfully synthesized, nucleated using a fullerene derivative. A systematic investigation into the initial preparation of C60 fullerenes as growth nucleators for the SWCNTs was conducted. Enhancement in the yield of the produced SWCNT has been achieved with exploring different dispersing media for the fullerenes, the period, and environment of the initial thermal treatment of the fullerenes in addition to the use of different fullerene-based structures. The systematic studies significantly advance our understanding of the growth of the all-carbon catalyst-free single-walled carbon nanotubes. Field-effect transistors were fabricated using the catalyst-free SWCNT and then electrically characterized, showing current capacity as high as the well-studied catalyst-assisted nanotubes.  相似文献

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common liver disorder worldwide. Several lines of evidence have indicated a pathogenic role of insulin resistance, and a strong association with type 2 diabetes (T2MD) and metabolic syndrome. Importantly, NAFLD appears to enhance the risk for T2MD, as well as worsen glycemic control and cardiovascular disease in diabetic patients. In turn, T2MD may promote NAFLD progression. The opportunity to take into account NAFLD in T2MD prevention and care has stimulated several clinical studies in which antidiabetic drugs, such as metformin, thiazolidinediones, GLP-1 analogues and DPP-4 inhibitors have been evaluated in NAFLD patients. In this review, we provide an overview of preclinical and clinical evidences on the possible efficacy of antidiabetic drugs in NAFLD treatment. Overall, available data suggest that metformin has beneficial effects on body weight reduction and metabolic parameters, with uncertain effects on liver histology, while pioglitazone may improve liver histology. Few data, mostly preclinical, are available on DPP4 inhibitors and GLP-1 analogues. The heterogeneity of these studies and the small number of patients do not allow for firm conclusions about treatment guidelines, and further randomized, controlled studies are needed.  相似文献

Multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were synthesized by catalytic decomposition of acetylene over Fe, Ni and Fe-Ni bimetallic catalysts supported on alumina under various controlled conditions. The growth density and diameter of CNTs were markedly dependent on the activation time of catalysts in H2 atmosphere, reaction time, reaction temperature, flow rate of acetylene, and catalyst composition. Bimetallic catalysts were apt to produce narrower diameter of CNTs than single metal catalysts. For the growth of CNTs at 600 ‡C under 10/100 seem flow of C2H2/H2 mixture, the narrowest diameter about 20 nm was observed at the reaction time of 1 h for 20Fe : 20Ni : 60Al2O3 catalyst, but at that of 1.5 h for 10Fe : 30Ni : 60Al2O3 catalyst. It was considered that the diameter and density of CNTs decreased with the increase of the growth time mainly due to hydrogen etching. The growth of CNTs followed the tip growth mode.  相似文献
