When working in distributed teams, it is very important to be aware of the activities of all members, since it provides hints about when they might be available for collaboration. We propose a novel visualization technique that combines several representations to show the daily patterns of team members׳ activities. It uses a 24 h circular display to facilitate international collaboration across time zones. Current calendar information can be compared to the typical patterns and reveal likely availability. Calculations of the ElectroMagnetic (EM) response produced by a large horizontal loop placed over layered medium are rather complex because its integral expression contains the product of two Bessel functions and has a divergent term. In this paper, an improved fast Hankel and Gaver-Stehfest transforms are introduced to solve the strong-oscillation and slow-decay properties of the integrand, where one Bessel function in the product is substituted by a carefully chosen polynomial of high accuracy and the other used as the digital filter coefficients in the convolution integral. In this study, for active control of flow, the effect of the Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) plasma actuator consisting of intermittent electrodes in the lengthwise direction of circular cylinder is investigated. The experiments were conducted in the wind tunnel at the Reynolds numbers between 6000 and 12,500. In three different cases, the lengths of the actuators and gaps between them are chosen as 20 mm, 25 mm, and 50 mm, respectively. The applied voltage is in the range of 4.5−7.5 kVpp and the constantly applied frequency is 3.5 kHz for producing the plasma. By using the equally placed DBD plasma actuators for the circular cylinder, 2-dimensional flow structure in the wake region is converted into 3-dimensional flow structure that leads to reduce in the mean and fluctuating forces acting on the cylinder. The wake region is narrower than the plain cylinder at the middle point of the electrode spanwise position and the width of the wake region increases at the end point of the electrode spanwise position. 相似文献

Our interest is to characterize the spline-like integer-shift-invariant bases capable of reproducing exponential polynomial curves. We prove that any compact-support function that reproduces a subspace of the exponential polynomials can be expressed as the convolution of an exponential B-spline with a compact-support distribution. As a direct consequence of this factorization theorem, we show that the minimal-support basis functions of that subspace are linear combinations of derivatives of exponential B-splines. These minimal-support basis functions form a natural multiscale hierarchy, which we utilize to design fast multiresolution algorithms and subdivision schemes for the representation of closed geometric curves. This makes them attractive from a computational point of view. Finally, we illustrate our scheme by constructing minimal-support bases that reproduce ellipses and higher-order harmonic curves. 相似文献

To investigate two‐sided functions of tea polyphenols (TP) in antinutrition and energy balance modulation, TP were extracted from Chinese green tea and used to complex porcine pancreas α‐amylase (PPA). Changes of PPA in activity and secondary conformations were analysed. Porcine pancreas α‐amylase was found sensitive to TP treatment. Tea polyphenols exhibited IC50 at 0.41 mg mL?1 against PPA and maximum inhibitory rate (98.17%) at 3.0 mg mL?1. Tea polyphenols inhibition was concluded as noncompetitive pattern based on its unchanged Km value (0.98 mg mL?1) for soluble starch substrate. Tea polyphenols inhibition arose from pH 1.5 to 10.14, covering gastric and intestinal environments inside body. Circular dichroism spectra analysis revealed regular changes of PPA in secondary conformations (increased proportions of α‐helix and β‐sheet) prior to its inactivation at low TP concentrations. Tea polyphenols‐inhibited PPA had distinct double‐negative peaks at 204 nm and 208 nm. Porcine pancreas α‐amylase was inactivated by TP in ways of complexation and modification of secondary conformations. 相似文献

This paper presents an extension of the reduced order finite element model to the case of circular elastohydrodynamic lubricated (EHL) contacts under isothermal Newtonian considerations. The line contact model was developed and validated in a previous work (Advances in Engineering Software, 2013; 56:51−62). The model is based on a finite element discretization of the EHL equations: Reynolds, linear elasticity and load balance with a reduced order model for the linear elasticity part. All equations are solved simultaneously in a fully-coupled framework using a damped-Newton procedure allowing fast convergence rates for the global solution. This model combines fast convergence rates, reduced memory requirements and negligible model reduction errors compared to the full model which makes it an attractive tool for EHL contact performance prediction. 相似文献

本文阐述循环经济的理念在茶业生产中的应用。资源节约利用,产业持续发展和环境保护是区别传统茶业生产与循环农业模式的主要因素。金华市婺城区良好的气候条件、良种茶园的建设成果、茶叶生产加工机械化的普及改良和茶业标准化、组织化建设为发展茶业循环经济创造了有利的条件,但传统茶业生产根源的广泛性和循环经济意识的缺乏、及相应的支撑体系不完善也制约了茶业循环经济的发展。加大宣传,提高循环经济意识,加强循环茶业技术支撑和成熟模式的示范推广,完善保障体系,是推动茶业循环经济发展的重要途径。 相似文献
