测定膨润土水分的试验与研究

膨润土中水分含量是其物理性能的重要指标之一,其测定方法的准确性和合理性又将直接影响竖炉生产。在大量实验的基础上,提出了称取膨润土试样200±1g,进行145℃烘烤2h处理的测定方法。结果表明,该方法不仅能更好地检验膨润土的水分,而且能提高检测速度,缩短检验时间约2h,为及时指导竖炉生产提供可靠的工艺参数。

介绍了系统的功能、相关技术指标、硬件结构、抗干扰措施、控制原理以及控制器的设计，并指出了研发过程中应注意的问题。尤其值得关注的是：结合系统的环境温度和传热介质状况，在输出变量“的计算式中设定了kTS因子，并对其作用进行了验证。实验结果表明：在环境温度偏低时，kTS因子对系统的稳定运行有着至关重要的作用。经多次试验．系统运行稳定，稳态精度高，控制品质高。     

Accurate Determination of Moisture Content of Organic Soils Using the Oven Drying Method

The accuracy of moisture content values determined for organic soil using the oven drying method is dependent on the oven drying temperature. Some charring of the organic fraction occurs at the standard oven drying temperature of 110 ± 5°C; pore water remains in the soil when temperatures below 100°C are used. A new technique to determine the specific oven drying temperature that yields the correct value of the moisture content for organic soils is presented. Routine moisture content tests should be conducted at the standard oven drying temperature; moisture content values determined on the basis of the recommended oven drying temperature of 60°C include a larger error. A moisture content parameter is introduced to facilitate direct comparison of moisture content values calculated on the basis of different oven drying temperatures.

新型整体浇注炉门的应用实践

采用复合无机材料制备的新型浇注料具有良好的热稳定性,整体浇注炉门替代传统砌筑炉门的应用实践表明,新型炉门比传统炉门的外表面温度降低45～50℃,炉头温度略有升高。同时,在提高焦炉产量、热工效率、安装维修和改善作业环境等方面具有明显优势。     

基于半导体制冷的医用恒温箱的设计研究

医用恒温箱主要用于药品、试剂的储存,血液的冷藏保温等,它需要一个低温的恒温环境。本文以血液存储为背景,基于半导体制冷原理设计加工出一个医用恒温箱。首先用三维软件Solidworks 设计出箱体的三维模型,以此为依据加工出实体,然后采用继电器开关控制进行温度的恒温控制,进行实验验证,结果表明所设计的半导体制冷恒温箱,能够满足血液存储的恒温要求。     

卡式炉-卡尔费休水分仪联用测定工业用精对苯二甲酸(PTA)中水含量

建立了卡式炉-卡尔费休水分仪联用测定的工业用精对苯二甲酸中水含量的方法。样品在卡式炉中230℃下加热20 min,样品中的水分被全部蒸发,并随干燥的载气进入滴定池中与卡尔费休试剂进行定量反应。相比SH/T 1612.4标准,本方法不需要使用吡啶溶剂,操作过程方便简洁,方法准确可靠,可应用于实际样品的检测。     

镀锌加热炉烟气余热二级利用技术

能耗高、热效率低是现有镀锌加热炉普遍存在的问题,原因主要是该炉型以辐射传热为主,烟气余热利用不充分,排烟温度高。本文介绍一种经过实践证明可节能30%的烟气余热二级利用技术,其关键是将原来各自独立的箱体进行合理连通,让烟气经过二次回收利用后再排出炉体,以提高热效率。此项技术对镀锌行业的节能减排具有重要的参考价值。     

Adhesion in fried battered nuggets: Performance of different hydrocolloids as predusts using three cooking procedures

Batter systems have to turn into a crisp crust after frying and they have to adhere to food substrate surfaces which are sometimes very smooth. As a result, treating the substrate with a predust is highly recommended. Predust agents act by absorbing the moisture on the substrate surface, creating a rough outer surface on the substrate and ensuring optimal binding between substrate and batter. Normally, the same wheat flour used in the formulation of the batter is used for dusting. In this study, three different hydrocolloids were used as predusting materials for battered fish nuggets and their performances in three different cooking procedures were evaluated. Oxidised starch, xanthan gum and HPMC were compared with wheat flour (control), using deep frying, conventional oven and microwave oven. Image analysis, an innovative method in this area, was used to quantify adhesion. The performance of the hydrocolloids used as predusting agents depended on the cooking procedure.
