高台县友联灌区三清干渠地处严寒地区,且渠道沿线地质条件较差,影响渠道衬砌改建质量的关键技术问题是防冻胀设计。由于三清干渠附近缺乏垫层料,采用垫层置换防冻胀投资高,且垫层质量难以控制。设计人员根据有关规范要求.结合渠线地质条件.采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温板进行防冻胀试验,较好地解决了冻胀问题。 相似文献

利用差示扫描量热仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、广角X射线衍射仪研究了一种新型的以聚乙二醇为软段的聚氨酯相变储能材料。结果表明,当软段含量低于90%(质量分数,下同)时,即使温度高于聚乙二醇的熔点,此类材料仍不会熔化成液体,而表现出一种固-固相变行为。该聚氨酯储能材料相变焓较大,相变温度适中,且随着软段含量的减少,材料相变焓和相变温度呈递减趋势。其相变过程实质是聚氨酯软段聚乙二醇由结晶固态转变为无定形固态的过程。 相似文献

The influence volume approach (IVA) is often utilized for modeling the mass transfer process dictating bubble growth dynamics in physical foaming. However, the assumed concentration profile in the IVA method is only valid when the changes in dissolved gas concentration are small (less than 5%). In addition, the validity of the IVA method is difficult to justify in chemical foaming applications because of the difficulties involved in defining the dissolved gas concentration profile.In the present work, we define two distinct stages of bubble growth for physical foaming. These two stages are termed as free and limited expansion and are controlled by the bubble nucleation rate. Bubble nucleation is assumed to occur only in the free expansion stage. In this stage, the bubble pressure drops substantially from an initially high pressure in the supersaturated state while the dissolved gas concentration changes very little. The second stage of our two-stage mass transfer model is termed the limited expansion stage and accounts for bubble growth in the late stages of foam evolution, when the pressure changes become small. However, in the limited stage of bubble growth the dissolved gas concentration drops significantly, as the available dissolved gas is depleted. To summarize our two-stage mass transfer model of foam expansion, the pressure difference between the bubble phase and the liquid phase is the primary mechanism for driving mass transfer in the early (free) stages of foam growth and the concentration difference is the driver for bubble growth in the late (limited) stages of growth. The first stage can be regarded as the nucleation stage and it is relatively short; while the second stage can be regarded as the bubble growth stage and is much longer. Most of the bubble volume expansion takes place in the second stage.The concentration gradient at the bubble edge, which is often ignored in other models, is analyzed in detail in this paper. A series of polyesters was prepared to evaluate hydrolytic stability as a function of cyclohexyl dibasic acid content. The
three cyclohexyl dibasic acids: 1,2; 1,3; and 1,4 were formulated into polyesters with two glycols. The proportion of cis
and trans isomers was evaluated via 1H NMR. The hydrolytic stability of short chain polyesters was evaluated in an acetone/water mixture which solubilized the
polyesters to mimic oligoester behavior within a thermosetting polyester coating environment. The rate of hydrolysis was monitored
by acid titration and corroborated by GPC. Surprisingly, 1,2-cylohexyl diacid-based polyesters were robust, and 1,3-cyclohexyl
diacid-based polyesters were the most susceptible to hydrolysis. Evidently, a 1,2-anchimeric effect for cyclohexyl dibasic
acid polyesters was not an important consideration, while the 1,3-cyclohexyl ester interaction was. Consequently, an anomeric
effect was proposed.

葡北3-12注气井位于吐哈盆地葡北构造带中断葡北1号构造.井深为3610m。针对该区块地层承压能力低,易漏失,油气水窜严重,常规固井方法无法满足固井要求的问题,该井采用三段三凝制、常规水泥浆和泡沫水泥浆体系固井,并采用重钻井液顶替技术.降低施工压力。该技术能保证固井候凝过程中井底压力平衡,施工安全。现场应用表明,采用常规水泥浆和泡沫水泥浆固井技术.提高了低压易漏井、长封固井段的固井质量,解决了水泥返高不足的问题;并通过一次常规固井工艺实现了全井封固,简化了施工工艺,节约了成本,经济效益和社会效益十分显著。该井封固优质段累计达2600m,优质率达85%,固井结果良好。 相似文献

Mechanical properties and thermal stability of epoxy foams filled with white and black rice husk ash were studied. Epoxy foams were prepared from a commercial system and filled with different amounts of both the ashes (0, 6.8, 12.8, 18.0, and 22.7 wt %). The incorporation of both the ashes modified the final morphology of the foam, decreasing the average cell size and increasing the number of cells per volume unit. For all filler percentages used, the specific modulus and strength results showed that the white ash is more effective as reinforcing agent than the black ash. The initial degradation temperature was not affected by the content and type of ash used as the filler. The integral procedure decomposition temperature, weight loss, and char residue results were related to the ash type and atmosphere used in the thermogravimetric analysis. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel block polymers of polyurethane (PU) and chitosan have been prepared in two steps. The first step is the preparation of PU prepolymer, obtained from polytetramethylene oxide glycol (PTMO, Mn = 1000), isophrone diisocyanate (IPDI), and 2,2′-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), followed by ionizing PU prepolymer with triethylamine (TEA). The second step involves PU chain-extended by water-soluble chitosan of low molecular weight (Mn = 5000) by self-emulsion polymerization method. The sizes of the latex particles, morphology, and copolymer architecture have been characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), general tensile test, infrared spectroscopy (IR), surface contact angle measurement, and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). In the early eighties, the author and co-workers created and further developed the natural coordinates to describe the motion
of 2-D and 3-D multibody systems. Natural coordinates do not need angles or angular parameters to define orientation, leading
to constant inertia matrices and to the simplest form of the constraint equations. Natural coordinates are composed by the
Cartesian coordinates of some points and the Cartesian components of some unit vectors distributed on the different bodies
of the system. The points and vectors can be located in the joints, being shared by contiguous bodies, decreasing or even
eliminating the need to set joint constraints and reducing the total number of variables. However, other authors prefer not
to share variables in order to get even simpler equations and to keep a bigger decoupling of equations, which is preferable
in some cases.
In this paper the history of natural coordinates is reviewed, as well as the main contributions coming from other research
groups. In the second part of the paper some application areas in which natural coordinates can be particularly advantageous
are examined.
