水电工程坝基岩体研究现状与发展的思考

以国内部分重点水电工程为例，对我国水电工程建设中坝基岩体质量分类、主要岩石力学参数的选取、大坝建基面的确定及弱风化岩体利用情况进行总结与分析；指出简化的坝基岩体多因子分类、岩体力学参数的提取与岩体质量分类相配套、按等值线提取岩体物理力学参数并动态确定大坝建基面的方法，应是水电工程坝基工程岩体研究的发展趋势。     

Temperature effects on the mass flow rate in the SBI and similar heat‐release rate test equipment

In various medium‐to‐large‐scale fire test equipments like the ISO room corner test (RC), and more recently, the single burning item test (SBI) the mass flow rate measurement of the combustion gases plays a key role in the determination of the heat‐release rate and smoke‐production rate. With the knowledge of the velocity profile and the temperature of the flow, the mass flow rate is obtained by measuring the velocity on the axis of the duct. This is done by means of a bi‐directional probe based on the pitot principle. However, due to the variation of the mean temperature and the temperature gradient in any cross section of the duct, introduced by ever changing combustion gas temperatures, the velocity nor the density profile are constant in time. Performance of a non‐load‐bearing steel stud gypsum board wall assembly: Experiments and modelling

A gypsum wall assembly was exposed to an intense real‐scale compartment fire. For the wall assembly, temperatures were measured at the exposed face, within the stud cavity, and at the unexposed face during the fire exposure. Total heat flux gauges were used to measure the temporal variation of the energy incident on the walls, and cameras, both visual and infrared, were used to image the unexposed face of the wall assembly during the fire exposure. The behaviour of the wall assembly under the fire load is discussed as are current model results for a simulation of the fire test. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

三元吸收制冷的研究进展

氨—水和溴化锂—水是目前使用最广泛的两种二元吸收工质对，但各有缺陷，为此人们希望采用三元吸收工质克服这两种二元工质对的不足。国外许多学者对三元吸收制冷尤其是氨—水—溴化锂三元吸收制冷作了大量理论和试验研究，国内未见这方面的文献发表，该文从物性和循环两方面对这些研究作简单介绍，并对三元吸收制冷研究简单展望。     

广东电力特种光缆存在的问题及解决方法

分析了广东电力系统特种光缆应用在工程建设、运行维护等方面出现的问题，以及对电网保护等业务的影响，提出了解决办法和方案，特别是从电网安全运行角度去理解ADSS电腐蚀问题，以及近期广电集团的具体措施。

曙光油田超稠油井套管损坏的机理和防治

超稠油特殊的油藏特点决定了其生产周期短、注汽频繁、出砂、汽窜、超覆现象严重，以及套管质量等因素的影响，套管损坏较为严重。对曙光油田超稠油井套管损坏的规律和机理进行了研究，并从钻井和完井工艺的完善、套管钢级和射孔工艺的选择、采油生产参数的确定、注汽管柱隔热效果的提高、防治砂工艺等方面，对套管损坏提出了预防措施和对策。并对套管损坏井制定了修复再利用方案。     

Review of The achievement test desk reference: A guide to learning disability identification, second edition.

Reviews the book, The achievement test desk reference: A guide to learning disability identification, second edition by Dawn P. Flanagan, Samuel O. Ortiz, Vincent C. Alfonso, and Jennifer T. Mascolo (2006). The Second Edition of the Achievement test desk reference comes only four years after its first edition. Its content echoes the first edition, with the chapters now re-organized and updated. However, this edition is also timely; its significant contributions are its theoretical and practical model for defining and assessing learning disabilities (LD) and its update of practical information for interpreting many of the new standardized achievement tests. The goal for this edition was to provide an integrated and systematic framework for achievement testing within the framework of the Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC) theory of human cognitive abilities and the Response to Intervention (RTI) movement. Part 1 of provides an update of the theories, definitions, assessment, interpretation, and identification of LD. Part 2 describes and reviews the psychometric, theoretical, and qualitative features of achievement tests published between 1996 and 2006 and normed on people from the United States. Part 3 provides a comprehensive, step-by-step process for assessing learning disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act (IDEA 2004). This volume guides practitioners to choose the best achievement tests to use. It shows how to get the most efficient and effective evaluations of students' academic skills that could account for their difficulties and possible learning disabilities.
