水轮机调速器与电网负荷频率控制

在现代电力系统中，水轮机调速器已成为水轮机控制系统的控制核心。文中叙述了水轮机调速器与电网负荷频率控制之间的关系，分析了调速器在电网一次调频、二次调频中的作用、静态特性和动态特性;通过建模、仿真及现场试验，提出了机组并联于大电网工况下的调速器PID参数整定范围和应有的机组功率控制模式。     

复杂山区静校正方法研究及效果

对于山区地震勘探，开展静校正研究是资料处理的主要问题之一。静校正精度与剖面质量密切相关，准确的静校正取决于合理的方法和正确的应用。本文在分析了复杂山区特点以及静校正难点的基础上，指出要解决好山区静校正，仅限于普通的方法是远远不够的，必须从四个关键点人手，即风化层延迟时的求取、基准面的确定、校正速度的研究以及表层模型的建立等。本文对上述问题的研究做了介绍，展示了合成延迟时法十等效速度模型反演十变速浮动基准面（地震参考面）静校正等综合技术在太行山区（山西沁源、大寨）、伊J；1丘陵山区等复杂地表区应用的例子。显著的处理效果表明，严重的山区静校正问题得到了较好的解决，满足了地下构造的叠加成像，提高了勘探精度及其整体效果。     

流溪河灌区工程渠首枢纽计算机监控系统开发与研建

流溪河渠首枢纽计算机监控系统在自行开发的现场总线工业局域网及专用智能终端、冗余管理和故障诊断专家系统的硬件环境下，在分别由监控系统（含设备层与上位机在线监控系统）和管理系统（由离线管理与服务器上的查询服务系统组成）软件的支持下，实现了对枢纽工程3座水闸47孔闸门的运行和管理，具有自动监测、自动量水、自动控制及系统重构等功能．现已以每天24h不间断地运行了2年，顺利地完成了枢纽工程的调洪、调水等日常调度与运行工作．     

用托板法治理岩溶塌陷区的基础沉降

建筑在岩溶区近４０年的大型建，由于岩溶发育，逐步形成土洞，进而发生地基塌陷，并造成墙体开裂，使用托板法进行地基处理，至今已逾２年，未再发生新的沉降塌陷。     

精确定位物方焦面位置的简便方法

提出一种利用细激光束和全息光栅精确定位光学系统物方焦平面位置的方法，可用于光学傅里叶交换、光学信息处理系统的调整。其优点是所用光学元件少，操作简便。     

A method for quantifying cell size from differential interference contrast images: validation and application to osmotically stressed chondrocytes

An automatic image analysis method was developed to determine the shape and size of spheroidal cells from a time series of differential interference contrast (DIC) images. The program incorporates an edge detection algorithm and dynamic programming for edge linking. To assess the accuracy and working range of the method, results from DIC images of different focal planes and resolutions were compared to confocal images in which the cell membrane was fluorescently labelled. The results indicate that a 1‐µm focal drift from the in‐focus plane can lead to an overestimation of cell volume up to 14.1%, mostly due to shadowing effects of DIC microscopy. DIC images allow for accurate measurements when the focal plane lies in a zone slightly above the centre of a spherical cell. In this range the method performs with 1.9% overall volume error without taking into account the error introduced by the representation of the cell as a sphere. As a test case, the method was applied to quantify volume changes due to acute changes of osmotic stress.     

水库调水调沙回顾与展望--兼论小浪底水库运用方式研究

作者简要回顾了三门峡、恒山水库调度方式和小浪底工程设计、“八五”攻关和专题研究之运用方式以及碛口、三门峡、小浪底水库联合调度方式等。提出小浪底水库调度应坚持“多年调节泥沙 ,相机排沙”运用方式 ;调控库容应大一些 ,同时要有灵活性 ;充分利用天然大水过程排沙 ,必要时也可相机造峰 ;注重水库联合调水调沙运用及有关技术问题研究     

参窝水库洪水尾巴蓄泄调度

本文应用防洪与兴利矛盾互相转化规律,结合参窝水库调度实际,阐述了洪水尾巴调度的方法。文章指出参考天气预报成果进行洪水尾巴调度可以取得很好的经济效益,同时可以保证防洪安全。     

Analysis of polarization plane rotation characteristic in 2D photonic crystal waveguide with chiral medium by condensed node spatial network

Using the photonic band gap in photonic crystals, the fundamental waveguide structures for the light wavelength range have been developed. Based on the fine structure of these many functional devices have been proposed by analytical or numerical simulation methods and the experiments of trial manufacture. In this paper, the treatment of chiral dielectric in the Condensed Node Spatial Network for the vector potential is explained, and we show the polarization plane rotation property in air‐hole and pillar type photonic crystal waveguide structures with the chiral medium substrate. Then, we show the fundamental advantage of the air‐hole type photonic crystal waveguide structure in application to a mode converter. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于多库优化调度的人工异重流原型试验研究

自2004年开始,黄委在小浪底水库进行大规模的人工塑造异重流排沙的原型试验,取得了宝贵的原始资料。2006年6月调水调沙运行后期,黄委防汛调度部门面对复杂的条件,利用多库联合调度和水流衔接技术,优化万家寨、三门峡、小浪底3座水库的调度运行,最终在小浪底成功塑造了人工异重流并排沙出库。此次异重流的排沙比为历次人工异重流的最大值,实际观测到的异重流过程有其独特的特点,证明了调度的科学性。
