聚氨酯弹性体制造纺织胶辊探讨

制备了适于纺织胶辊使用的聚氨酯弹性体，并得到最佳合成工艺。该弹性体的耐腐蚀性、耐磨损性、耐臭氧老化性等明显优于丁腈－２６。上机纺纱试验表明，其成砂条干ＣＶ值等指标与丁腈胶辊无明显差异，且简化了使用工艺，可替代丁腈－２６制造纺织胶辊。     

气烧明焰辊道窑烧嘴的三维数值模拟

采用FLUENT软件对气烧明焰辊道窑烧嘴进行三维数值模拟,模拟了其在辊道窑烧成带内的燃烧工况,研究了烧成带内烟气不同流速对窑内温度与烧嘴燃烧速度的影响,为辊道窑的运行提供了有益的参考。     

基于机器视觉的转辙机缺口检测方法研究

针对现有转辙机缺口检测方法所存在的问题,本文介绍了一种基于机器视觉技术的转辙机缺口检测基本方法及其原理和步骤。文章详细论述了LSD算法的工作原理,同时本文作者对该算法做出了改进。最后将改进的LSD算法应用在转辙机缺口检测当中,结果表明该检测算法具有良好的稳定性和快速性,并且能够很好的解决转辙机缺口检测的问题。     

Nitrogen incorporated diamond-like carbon films by microwave surface wave plasma CVD

Nitrogen incorporated diamond like carbon films have been deposited by microwave surface wave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MW-SWP-CVD), using methane (CH₄) as the source of carbon and with different nitrogen flow rates (N₂ / CH₄ flow ratios between 0 and 3). The influence of the nitrogen incorporation on the optical, structural properties and surface morphology of the carbon films were investigated using different spectroscopic techniques. The nitrogen has been incorporated into DLC:N films which was confirmed by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurement. Moreover, the nitrogen incorporation was accompanied by a variation in the optical gap, which was attributed to the removal or creation of band tail states.

对辊式造粒机生产粒状 ( 5 .5 m m)复混肥的原理及特点 :过程无温升 ,不需干燥 ,故采用原料广泛 ;该机可用含硝态氮的氮肥生产喜硝态氮的的作物专用肥 ;还可生产颗粒磷肥及颗粒碳铵。该机的主要消耗为对辊外壳 ,一对对辊外壳价值 80 0 0元 ,可生产 30 0 0 t肥料 ,每吨肥料的设备机物料损耗约 3元     

Diamond-like carbon thin films by microwave surface-wave plasma CVD aimed for the application of photovoltaic solar cells

The nitrogen doped diamond-like carbon (DLC) thin films were deposited on quartz and silicon substrates by a newly developed microwave surface-wave plasma chemical vapor deposition, aiming the application of the films for photovoltaic solar cells. For film deposition, we used argon as carrier gas, nitrogen as dopant and hydrocarbon source gases, such as camphor (C₁₀H₁₆O) dissolved with ethyl alcohol (C₂H₅OH), methane (CH₄), ethylene (C₂H₄) and acetylene (C₂H₂). The optical and electrical properties of the films were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Nanopics 2100/NPX200 surface profiler, UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy, atomic force microscope, electrical conductivity and solar simulator measurements. The optical band gap of the films has been lowered from 3.1 to 2.4 eV by nitrogen doping, and from 2.65 to 1.9 eV by experimenting with different hydrocarbon source gases. The nitrogen doped (flow rate: 5 sccm; atomic fraction: 5.16%) film shows semiconducting properties in dark (i.e. 8.1 × 10^{− 4} Ω^{− 1} cm^{− 1}) and under the light illumination (i.e. 9.9 × 10^{− 4} Ω^{− 1} cm^{− 1}). The surface morphology of the both undoped and nitrogen doped films are found to be very smooth (RMS roughness ≤ 0.5 nm). The preliminary investigation on photovoltaic properties of DLC (nitrogen doped)/p-Si structure show that open-circuit voltage of 223 mV and short-circuit current density of 8.3 × 10^{− 3} mA/cm². The power conversion efficiency and fill factor of this structure were found to be 3.6 × 10^{− 4}% and 17.9%, respectively. The use of DLC in photovoltaic solar cells is still in its infancy due to the complicated microstructure of carbon bondings, high defect density, low photoconductivity and difficulties in controlling conduction type. Our research work is in progress to realize cheap, reasonably high efficiency and environmental friendly DLC-based photovoltaic solar cells in the future.     

回转窑托轮安装方案调整实践

山东东华水泥有限公司5000t/d熟料生产线三档支承回转窑为φ4.8m×74m,在其托轮安装到位并进行二次灌浆后,进行窑筒体吊装对接前检查发现,托轮与轮带的制造尺寸与设计图纸不符。对此,经过分析研究确定,采用适当调整回转窑的中心线高度(将回转窑中心线高度下降5mm)和托轮中心距的方法,来实现回转窑三档处中心点在一条直线上。生产实践表明,回转窑在此方案安装投产以来,没有出现掉砖和托轮轴承发热现象,回转窑运转良好,达到了使用要求。     

辊压机水泥联台粉磨系统生产设计应注意的问题

山水集团新建粉磨站均采用辊压机和水泥磨组成的联合粉磨工艺，全部采用了国产化设备，且所建生产线均在短期内顺利实现了达标达产。文章概要介绍了该类粉磨生产线的主机配置及工艺流程；重点分析了为确保该类生产线的快速建成、高效益运行．在设计和生产管理中应该注意的相关问题和细节。     

Numerical study of the transfer of shock-wave loading to a screened flat wall through a layer of a powdered medium and a subsequent air gap

The two-velocity, two-temperature model with two stresses in a mixture of a gas and solid particles contacting each other is used to numerically study the dynamic effect of an air shock wave incoming onto a solid wall with a screening layer of a porous powdered medium at some distance from the wall. The process is described for the case of one-dimensional planar motion of the gaseous and disperse phases under the assumption of a viscoelastic behavior of the powder skeleton. The effect of stepwise shock waves onto the porous powdered screen is considered. An economical synthesis of the major sex attractant of the oak leaf roller—cis-10-tetradecenyl acetate

The major sex attractant of the oak leaf roller (Archips semiferanus Walker),cis-10-tetradecenyl acetate (I), was synthesized in 55–62% overall yield by a highly economical route from inexpensive azelaic acid (II).Authorized as Paper No. 4779 in the Journal Series of the Pennsylvania Agricultural Experiment Station.
