Given a tournament with an acyclic tournament as a feedback arc set we give necessary and sufficient conditions for this feedback arc set to have minimum size.     

Effect of Rare Earth Element Cerium on Mechanical Properties and Morphology of TiN Coating Prepared by Arc Ion Plating

TiN coatings were deposited on polished substrates of W18Cr4V high speed steel by means of vacuum arc ion plating. The effect of cerium on adhesion between TiN coating and substrate was studied. The microstructures and composition of TiN coatings were also investigated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. It was found that cerium is an effective modifying agent and the addition of suitable amount of cerium to TiN coatings can produce relatively excellent properties such as micro-hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance and porosity. The experimental results show that the added cerium in TiN coatings makesa contribution to form the preferred direction along with a (111 ) or (222) close packed face, which may be one of the reasons that improves some properties mentioned above.     

一个矢量形式的双圆弧插值算法

本文在分析数控插补最常用的双圆弧插值算法特点的基础上，将以局部坐标系中的三角运算为核心的传统双圆弧插值算法，改造成为以整体坐标系中的线性运算为核心的矢量形式的双圆弧插值算法，从而减少了计算的复杂性和程序的复杂性，提高了效率和可靠性。

A study of arc stability of basic electrode in view of uniform design method

In order to develop a basic electrode with low fume and good usability, a uew slag system has been designed after analyzing several basic electrode slag systems. Then in view of uniform design method, arranging the experiment points by it, the influenced laws of the uew system coating compouents on the arc stability had been searched. In the formula, niue coating compouents were taken as independent variables and they were divided into six levels in all twenty-four experiments. The arc stability was taken as function and taken down the data when welding and then put them into the computer to be processed statistically. The analysis results give the mathematical model and trend diagrams between independent variables and the function. They indicate that the effects of many coating compouents on the arc stability are in the mutual form. The mutual effects between CaCO3 and BaF2, BaF2 and BaCO3 , increases the arc stability separately. While the mutual effects between CaF2 and iron powder, the square item of iron powder itself decreases the arc stability separately.     

Value management and common accounting performance measures for corporations

Management is aware that the value of firms is the ultimate measure of company performance. However, management has been using common accounting measures as an operating guide because the linkage between operational planning and value is vague and complex and, therefore, difficult to apply. Managers need to have clear targets and performance measures to track progress. This paper examines if a set of common accounting performance measures are linked tightly to the overall value of the firm. An abductive learning network (ALN) approach, an artificial intelligence technique, is used in this research because an ALN approach is non-parametric and can capture a subtle dynamic relationship between input and output variables, which is not obvious in linear statistical analysis. Empirical results show that an ALN model is very effective in synthesizing the value of the firm using six common accounting variables. The results also provide four strategic variables that can be used for devising strategic and operating plans to maximize the value of firms.     

用碳化养护电弧熔炉钢渣制备集料和混凝土

将电弧熔炉(electric arc furnace,EAF)钢渣和石灰混和制成球状集料,置于密闭容器当中,并通入100%的CO2气体进行碳化,在0.506 6MPa保持2h.通过质量法测定添加质量分数为11.94%石灰的EAF钢渣(下同)集料CO2的吸收率为5%,通过红外光谱(infrared,IR)分析测定CO2的吸收率为13.88%.用碳化的钢渣集料制备混凝土再进行碳化养护,同时利用碎石和河砂为集料制备碳化混凝土作为参比样.用质量法测定2种混凝土的碳化率分别为21.14%和10.57%;用IR法的为13.81%和16.97%.碳化后电弧熔炉钢渣集料内生长着大量簇生的犬牙状碳酸钙晶体.     

柴达木盆地北缘断裂构造与油气聚集

柴达木盆地北缘地区油气藏严格地沿断裂展布,自北西向南东沿断裂带依次分布冷湖三号-七号油气聚集带、南八仙油气聚集带和马海油气聚集带.柴北缘地区断裂的形成与阿尔金山和祁连山在中新生代的剧烈挤压和走滑活动有关.断裂以逆断层为主,还有少量的同沉积正断层、平移断层等.断裂走向以NW向和NWW向为主,平面上呈弧形弯曲、平行、斜列、交叉展布的"S型"或"反S型"等组合类型,剖面组合样式主要有伸展构造、基底卷入型、盖层滑脱型等类型.其中,以基底卷入型和盖层滑脱型形成的构造油气藏最为发育.断裂不仅控制了生烃凹陷的展布及构造圈闭的形成,在一定程度上也控制了有利储集相带的展布.断裂活动形成的大量裂缝,改善了储层的物性条件.柴北缘地区普遍存在以断裂为油气运移通道形成的下生上储式油气藏.     

特高压快速接地开关的研制

特高压输电线路上,潜供电弧对线路产生的影响不容忽视,潜供电弧的顺利熄灭是实现单相自动重合闸的必要条件.稳态下潜供电流和恢复电压幅值是潜供电弧熄灭的两个决定性因素.快速接地开关作为重要的电器设备,越来越多的应用于电力系统中.快速接地开关除了在系统发生故障时接地外,还能快速关合潜供电流和降低恢复电压.本文根据750kV系统潜供电弧的特点和熄弧要求,研制了一种快速接地开关,着重对触头系统进行了研究,计算了触头压力、触头电动力及断口开距的大小,给出了快速接地开关整体设计思路和结构图.     

MHD simulation of high-current subsonic vacuum arc under different distributed axial magnetic fields

Based on two-temperature magnetic hydrodynamic (MHD) model, the influence of saddle-shaped distributed axial magnetic field (AMF, linearly increases along radial position) and bell-shaped distributed AMF (linearly decreases along radial position) on plasma loss and heat flux density to anode in subsonic high-current vacuum arc (HCVA) is simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation results, the saddle-shaped AMF can more effectively inhibit plasma loss from arc column than that of bell-shaped AMF. Comparisons between simulation results and experimental results further verify the correctness of model and simulation.
