充气膜承冰壳结构形态设计及其建造实践

充气膜承冰壳结构是通过对充气 膜喷溅液体材料，待其凝结成型后撤除充气 膜形成的冰壳结构，该技术始于20世纪40年 代的充气膜承薄壳混凝土结构。文章通过比 对混凝土薄壳和冰壳的差异性，梳理充气膜 承薄壳结构的发展主线，对其形态设计方法 进行总结。结合“2017哈尔滨国际冰雪建造 节”相关建造实践，从施工方案的拟定与实 践、施工材料的选择与工艺以及施工工法的 对比与分析三方面对充气膜承冰壳结构形态 设计与建造实践进行总结与备忘，并对其后 期维护相关条件与技术进行讨论。     

基于FLEX技术的硬件设备仿真方法研究

为了适应社会的发展，提高工作生产效率，现代企业对虚拟实训的要求与日俱增。应用Flex技术对虚拟实务系统的设计开发，实现了培训课程的快速开发、改进了实验系统的界面及其交互方式。给学习者带来了良好的学习体验并提升了学习效果。     

建筑实践中的材料选择

文章的重点是讨论在具体的建筑实践中材料与建筑的本质性关联,亦即与设计的意图和特征、与建筑的发生密切相关的内容。在多数实践中,设计围绕核心意图展开,在意图的指引下选择对应的材料,形成特定的特征而达到预设的目标;而另外一些实践,则是因既定材料而引发设计,甚至发展出具有持续性的工作和研究方向,如"砌筑"和"组配";材料与空间、结构、形式的同一性也成为近年来特定类型建筑实践中的某种既定追求。     

对市政公用工程CECS标准编制工作及若干问题的思考

该文首先诠释了CECS标准(推荐性标准)的基本内涵,结合作者的工作实际,论述了近年来市政公用工程的工作实践和主要成果,对CECS标准编制工作提出了若干思考,并指出了存在的问题和相关建议,以期推动我国工程建设标准化工作在祖国现代化建设中发挥更大的作用.     

Tyrannies of thrift: Governmentality and older,low-income people’s energy efficiency narratives in the Illawarra,Australia

Social scientists are arguing that energy policies should pay more attention to everyday life to address energy efficiency. Scholars are now positing that energy policy needs to move beyond essentialised understandings of people positioned as the problem and seek to involve household members as part of the solution. Joining this conversation, we explore the energy narratives of low-income people aged 60 years and over, living in private sector housing. Participants shared their energy efficiency stories during focus groups conducted in the Illawarra, Australia. The paper explores how Foucault's concept of governmentality may help inform energy efficiency programs by paying close attention to the way in which individual energy choices made under certain circumstances create who an individual becomes. Learning from participants, our governmentality analysis revealed the tyrannies of thrifty domestic energy conduct. We illustrate our argument drawing on the examples of practices relating to clothing and lighting. We outline how governmentality analysis can be used by researchers, policy makers and practitioners to assist people to safely negotiate energy efficiency in their domestic lives.     

金华市婺城区发展茶业循环经济的路径分析

本文阐述循环经济的理念在茶业生产中的应用。资源节约利用,产业持续发展和环境保护是区别传统茶业生产与循环农业模式的主要因素。金华市婺城区良好的气候条件、良种茶园的建设成果、茶叶生产加工机械化的普及改良和茶业标准化、组织化建设为发展茶业循环经济创造了有利的条件,但传统茶业生产根源的广泛性和循环经济意识的缺乏、及相应的支撑体系不完善也制约了茶业循环经济的发展。加大宣传,提高循环经济意识,加强循环茶业技术支撑和成熟模式的示范推广,完善保障体系,是推动茶业循环经济发展的重要途径。     

Tunnel vision? Brunel's Thames Tunnel and project narratives

Looking at historical projects has much to offer our understanding of project management, for both research and practice. However, there are important challenges in how alternative narratives about such projects are reconstructed and related to each other. To explore these challenges, this paper uses the example of the Thames Tunnel project, completed under the direction of Marc Brunel in 1843, and reputed to be the first tunnel to be built under a major river. In telling the story of the project, we focus on five alternative discourses: technico-rational; practice; networks of people, things, and ideas; politics; and society. The common response to such variety is either to attempt to construct an overarching meta-narrative, or to explore the differences as a way of highlighting the localized and contingent nature of knowledge about projects, or adopt some intermediate position somewhere on the spectrum between these two extremes. Instead we seek a different route grounded in a sociology of knowledge that acknowledges simultaneous, provisional, and contested processes of division and stabilization in the ways that epistemic communities constitute knowledge through their own narratives and practices. These have implications for the stories that are told about project management and, crucially, the activities and interests that both shape and are shaped by such narratives.     

Team mental models in action: a practice-based perspective

The concept of team mental models (TMMs) has much to offer the study of design teams. However, I argue that care needs to be taken in how the concept is applied because existing studies of TMMs tend to draw upon problematic assumptions from conventional cognitive psychology. These encourage a focus on cognition as a mainly individual, passive, and disembodied affair involving the rule-bound internal manipulation of symbols that is ill-suited to understanding the thoroughly social, dynamic, and emergent character of knowing in design teams. After outlining the main weaknesses of the cognitive tradition, I suggest a practice-based approach as a more secure position from which to study the role of TMMs in action. This reframing of the TMM concept has important implications not only for the existing cognitive-orientated literature on team dynamics but also for practice-based approaches which, to their detriment, have tended to avoid any reference to the role of cognitive frameworks in interpreting and guiding social action.

国家考古遗址公园作为大遗址保 护的有效手段和方式,已走过了十年的探索 与发展历程。本文通过不同种类公园的差 异比较,解析国家考古遗址公园的功能定 位;通过梳理103处国家考古遗址公园（含 立项）,分析其价值代表性、遗产完整性和 国家示范性等3个基本特点;其后,对国家考 古遗址公园规划与建设实践中存在的建设时 序、遗址复建、景观塑造、居民搬迁,以及 价值阐释与展示中的阐释与展示关系、遗址 博物馆展示等6方面问题展开讨论;最后, 提出国家考古遗址公园目前发展趋势中的几 个问题应引起足够重视,分别是重手段,轻 研究;重建设,轻体验;重迎合,轻引导。     

浅议集团检测单元技术创新管理与实践

检测部门是集团公司重要的辅助单元,履行着集团公司“产品质量守护神”、“集团海关”和“生产的眼睛”的神圣职责,在外购原料把关和产品出产检验等方面发挥着重要的作用。创新在检测进步的过程中发挥了越来越重的作用,基于这-.现状,本文从创新的目的和方向、创新的思维、激励机制、创新手段创新团队五个方面,结合检测中心近年来技术进步管理工作,就如何强化检测的技术创新管理提出了几点浅见。
