Structural and electronic properties of CuInSe2

Structural investigation on monocrystalline CuInSe₂ samples has been made. From the single crystal results, the space group of CuInSe₂ was confirmed to be Iˉ42d and the crystal solidification direction was investigated. Compositional uniformity of the ingots was established by EPMA and it was found that the indium concentration was greater than that for copper. Systematic annealing experiments were carried out in vacuum at different temperatures (as low as 160° C) and for different times. Large variation in resistivity was observed after the annealing treatment. P-type samples were found to convert to n-type after the heat-treatments.     

Study of impurity induced modifications in amorphous N-type (GeSe3·5)100−x Bi x using high pressure technique

The technique of high pressure is utilized to study the carrier transport behaviour in doped and undoped bulk amorphous (GeSe_3·5)_100−x Bi _x (x=0, 2, 4, 10) down to liquid nitrogen temperature to observe impurity induced modifications in amorphous semiconductors. It is observed that pressure induced effects in lightly doped (2 at % Bi) and heavily doped (x=4, 10) semiconductors are markedly different. Results are discussed in view of the incorporation behaviour of the bismuth impurity.     

N.m.r. line shape-relaxation correlation analysis of bitumen and oil sands

The first results of the analysis of bitumen and oil sands using the recently developed n.m.r. spingrouping technique are presented. The n.m.r. relaxation experiments were carried out on bitumen, and on natural and dried oil sands samples. The results indicate that the spin-grouping can resolve and quantify several components of the samples studied. The bitumen and bitumen fraction of the oil sands are resolved according to their spin-spin relaxation times into three major groups: solid-like (rigid), solid-like (mobile) and semi-liquid. The water in the oil sands exists in two different environments. Tentatively one environment is assigned to be the bridges between the sand grains, while the other is assigned to be the clay surface. One can conclude that with spin grouping of complex mixtures the decomposition (in which components are resolved according to their dynamic state) is possible. The accuracy of such resolution is of the order of a few per cent.

几种地下水易污性评价方法在徐州张集地区的应用

选择GOD法、DRASTIC法S、INTACS法及SI法4种易污性评价方法用于徐州张集地区的地下水易污性评价,应用GIS/ARCINFO输出张集地区的地下水易污性指标图。不同易污性评价方法对张集地区裂隙岩溶地下水的易污性评价得到了不同的结论,经分析,SI法更适用于张集地区的实际情况。具体应用时,要根据评价地区的实际条件,并和评价地区污染监测情况结合,选择合适的易污性评价方法评价地下水的易污性。     

石油工程项目管理机制

为了妥善处理石油工程项目中的委托-代理关系,研究了委托-代理模型和石油工程项目管理中的激励约束机制,分析了激励机制、监督机制和选择机制在石油工程项目运行管理中的重要性.只有用有效的契约去激励技术服务公司,才能使服务公司在追求自身效益最大化的同时也为实现石油公司的最大效益而尽最大努力;只有对技术服务公司的作业实施监督,才能形成对技术服务公司的有效约束;采用激励性承包方式、实施综合性评标和组建工程项目动态联盟能够防止逆向选择.分析表明,在最优激励安排下,激励强度与项目面临的不确定性、承包商的边际成本及其风险规避系数负相关,与承包商的边际生产率正相关,还与其他可观测变量相关.在最优监督水平下,作业公司的边际生产率越高,边际成本越低,越容易监督,监督带来的边际收益越高.对于那些监督比较困难的项目,可以通过加强惩罚力度的方式弥补难以有效监督的不足.激励性承包方式可以减小逆向选择造成的危害,组建动态联盟可以进一步加强激励作用,降低道德风险,解决逆向选择问题.参8

"Interactive use of lexical information in speech perception": Correction to Connine and Clifton.

Reports an error in "Interactive use of lexical information in speech perception" by Cynthia M. Connine and Charles Clifton (Journal of Experimental Psychology: Human Perception and Performance, 1987[May], Vol 13[2], 291-299). In the aforementioned article, Figures 1 and 2 were inadvertently transposed. The figure on p. 294 is actually Figure 2, and the figure on p. 296 is actually Figure 1. The captions are correct as they stand. (The following abstract of the original article appeared in record 1987-23984-001.) Two experiments are reported that demonstrate contextual effects on identification of speech voicing continua. Experiment 1 demonstrated the infuence of lexical knowledge on identification of ambiguous tokens from word–nonword and nonword–word continua. Reaction times for word and nonword responses showed a word advantage only for ambiguous stimulus tokens (at the category boundary); no word advantage was found for clear stimuli (at the continua endpoints). Experiment 2 demonstrated an effect of a postperceptual variable, monetary payoff, on nonword–nonword continua. Identification responses were influenced by monetary payoff, but reaction times for bias-consistent and bias-inconsistent responses did not differ at the category boundary. Silver impregnation applied to striated muscle: The sarcoplasmic reticulum

The classical black reaction developed by Camillo Golgi is shown to impregnate the tubules and fenestrations of the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) in striated muscle. This is a double impregnation of chromate and silver, which usually fills extracellular spaces. The method is difficult insofar as long incubation times are required, and location of the successfully “stained” SR in plastic-embedded tissue blocks is unpredictable. The light microscope is absolutely necessary to find the good regions which can then be cut from the blocks in 1-μm-thick sections and examined in the electron microscope. Stereo pairs give the best results since these resolve overlap problems common to thick sections. A variety of artifacts are illustrated which can help avoid erroneous interpretations. The Golgi-“stained” SR shows this elusive network with unsurpassed contrast and should benefit the morphological studies of muscle-membrane enthusiasts.
