搅拌针形状对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝截面形貌的影响

采用镶嵌异种材料作为标识材料的方法,用不同搅拌针形状的搅拌头,进行了搅拌摩擦焊试验.结果表明,搅拌针形状影响焊缝塑化金属流动的行为,导致焊缝截面形貌发生变化.搅拌针表面的反螺纹使搅拌针周围塑化金属向下流动,迫使搅拌针端部周边金属向上运动,焊核中心处于焊缝横截面下部;正螺纹使搅拌针周围塑化金属向上流动,迫使轴肩下方及周边金属向下运动,焊核中心处于焊缝横截面上部.改变搅拌针形状及长度,可以改变搅拌针下方及附近区域塑化金属的流动形态,从而改变焊缝底部的成形及包铝层进入焊缝的深度.     

黄土地区隧道锁脚锚管作用机理分析研究

锁脚锚管在隧道施工中被广泛应用,而目前施工中锁脚锚管的长度、下插锚角度等几乎全部依靠工程经验来确定。通过有限元软件模拟了黄土隧道锁脚锚管在不同长度和角度下承担的最大内力和最大变形量,对比分析了锁脚锚管的长度、锚管下插角度与位移的关系。研究结果表明,锚管长度越长,变形越小,但最为经济的锚管长度为3 m左右;当所加锚管下插角在±30°时有利于支护内力的发挥。在研究结论基础上提出了隧道施工中应该采用的锁脚锚管合理长度及下插角度。     

Design of internal pins in injection mold CAD via the automatic recognition of undercut features

A methodology to deal with the automatic design of internal pins in injection mold CAD via the automatic recognition of undercut features is developed. The approach to automatically identifying the undercut features is first proposed. For the given parting directions, all the inner and outer undercut features are identified based on the topological relationship of geometrical entities. The outer edge loop, which represents the largest cross-section boundary along the given parting directions, is extracted and patched up. The surfaces of molding are then identified based on the classifications of their geometrical entities. To identify the deep inner undercuts in the molding, the projection of the main core, internal pins and their bounding boxes along the parting direction and the pin withdrawal direction are generated. Upon determination of whether the bounding boxes of any two internal pins and the main core projection have intersection area, the deep inner undercuts are located. The complete methodology is finally implemented and verified through case studies and the efficiency of the methodology in handling complex molded parts is thus illustrated.     

逻辑未知PLD的安全性漏洞检测方法

针对逻辑未知PLD的孤立状态检测,对黑箱检测法进行研究。通过分析PLD的I/O结构,阐述检测过程中引脚属性判别的原理,对比分析3类判别算法的性能。针对状态驱动问题,阐明现有驱动算法的实现思想,分析现有驱动算法的空间复杂度,并且针对状态搜索和转移路径长度,定性地分析时间复杂度,提出下一步研究的重点。     

曲轴连杆颈正交车铣加工工艺的研究

对曲轴连杆颈正交车铣加工路径的数学模型作出了分析,根据数学模型对车铣加工曲轴连杆颈时的进、出刀点位置,刀具及刀具与曲轴之间的偏心量等工艺参数进行了一定的研究和分析并给出了选择原则。实践证明该方法有效可行。     

销钉机筒橡胶挤出机内胶料三维剪切效果模拟

利用CFD(计算流体力学)软件FLUENT,以单螺杆销钉机筒橡胶挤出机内熔融段和计量段的非牛顿流体为对象,对其三维剪切效果进行模拟.通过对比有销钉和无销钉情况下螺槽横截面上和不同半径圆柱截面上的剪切效果,发现销钉能加强对挤出机内的胶料的剪切作用,有利于减少螺楞根部的停滞区,并且每排销钉个数越多,对胶料的剪切作用越大;通过对整个流体区域内流场的体积加权平均剪切率对比发现,销钉能有效提高其平均剪切率14%~28%,并大幅减小剪切的不均匀性.     

Determination of interfacial temperatures under extreme pressure conditions

Interfacial temperatures attained in a pin and v-block apparatus under extreme pressure (EP) conditions were measured using pins made from either copper or an aluminum alloy from the asymptotes in the curve of removal rate versus applied load since these have been shown to correspond to the temperatures at which the interfacial material melts. The interfacial temperature rise was proportional to the applied load, where the proportionality constant = A where is the interfacial friction coefficient and A a geometrical constant which has been previously measured for steel pins and v-blocks lubricated by chlorinated hydrocarbons dissolved in a poly -olefin as 2.3 ± 0.3 K/N. Values of A measured when using the aluminum alloy (2.4 ± 0.1) and for copper (2.1 ± 0.2) were in good agreement with this measurement and indicated that interfacial temperatures in excess of 1000 K can be attained during EP lubrication. Finally, the rate of material removal in the pin and v-block apparatus can be related to the metallurgical properties of the pins.     

可回收锚杆在短壁开采巷道中的实践应用

在短壁高效综合机械化开采巷道掘进过程中,考虑到回采工艺对巷帮支护的特殊要求,大胆改革创新,首次选用可回收锚杆对巷帮进行支护,经济效益和社会效益相当可观。可回收锚杆在东山煤矿的成功应用值得地质条件相类似的矿井借鉴,对可回收锚杆在煤矿中推广应用具有重要意义。     

一面两孔定位的误差分析

机械制造中,工件在夹具中定位时,定位误差对工件的加工精度影响很大,其中工件以组合表面定位形式较多,其定位误差应进行综合分析。本文以常见的一面两孔组合定位为例,说明其定位误差的计算方法。     

Development of Computer Code SAFFRON for Evaluating Breached Pin Performance in FBR's

In order to evaluate the breached pin behavior in FBR, the breached pin performance analysis code SAFFRON was developed. Based on the results of run-beyond-cladding-breach test in EBR-II as a collaborative program between PNC and U.S. DOE, the following behaviors were taken into cosideration; fuel sodium reaction product (FSRP) formation, resultant fuel expansion, breach extension of cladding and release of delayed neutron precursors into the coolant. Using 3-dimensional elastic analyses by finite element method, breached pin diameter increase is adequately predicted with the reduced Young's modulus of the breached fuel. The delayed neutron signal response in on-line diagnosis was evaluated in relation to the growth of FSRP and breached area enlargement.
