Altering the course of marriage: The effect of PREP communication skills acquisition on couples' risk of becoming maritally distressed.

This longitudinal study predicted marital outcome from communication skills gained from participation in the Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP; H. J. Markman, S. L. Blumberg & S. M. Stanley, 1989; Stanley et al., 2001) by 39 women and 38 men. Results were in the expected direction for men but not for women. Men's pre- to posttest decrease in negative communication and increase in positive communication predicted decreased risk of marital distress onset in men. Women's pre- to posttest increase in positive communication, which was related to self-reported avoidance of problem solving, predicted an increased risk of male and female distress onset. Couples with men relatively high on premarital risk factors demonstrated a greater benefit from men's positive communication skills acquisition. 封装树脂与PKG分层的关系探讨

PKG内部分层是电子封装中很普遍的一种现象,也是必须要解决的一种主要缺陷,它会严重影响电子封装的可靠性。造成和影响PKG分层的原因很多,对封装树脂与PKG分层的关系进行了探讨。经研究表明,降低封装树脂的应力、改善封装树脂的吸湿性和提高封装树脂的粘接力是改善PKG内部分层现象的有效方法。     

降雨径流系列的一致性分析

降雨径流关系是否发生变化，即不同时期降雨径流关系有无显著差异是一个生产中迫切需要解决的问题。本文以山西省榆社县云簇水库降雨径流系列为例，进行了降雨径流特性的分析，内容包括降雨径流双累积曲线的特性分析、年径流系数的变化过程分析、秩和检验、回归方程的差异分析等。得出云簇水库在１９７９年以前与以后，虽年径流深、年径流系数有差异，但降雨径流关系并无明显差异的结论。     

断层侧向封闭性与垂向封闭性关系分析

本在深入研究断层侧向、垂向封闭机理及影响因素的基础上，对两之间的相互关系进行了分析，认为两之间相互联系，但要受一定地质条件的制约。当砂泥对接形成侧向封闭时，断层在垂向上也是封闭的；当断裂填充物构成侧向封闭，断层在垂向上也应是封闭的；当泥岩涂形成侧向封闭时，断层在垂向上能否形成封闭，关键取决于断裂填充物的封闭性，如果断裂填充物封闭，断层在垂向上也封闭，反之则开启。     

人工神经网络输入层节点筛选规则的确定

针对目前应用人工神经网络构建定量构效关系模型中输入层节点筛选存在的问题，提出了采用人工神经网络对网络输入层节点进行筛选，归纳出筛选规则，利用此规则可简便、快速地对多氯酚生物毒性预测人工神经网络模型的输入层节点进行筛选，输入层节点由最初的24个筛选到最后的3个。对筛选过程中不同输入层节点构建的网络模型质量和预测能力进行比较，得出含有较少输入层节点的人工神经网络模型的预测能力较高，运算速度较快，该规则的建立有利于进一步开展有机化学品生物毒理学的研究，并且该方法可以推广到人工神经网络应用的其他领域。

Identifying the critical success factors for relationship management in PPP projects

The longer the contract period, the higher the chance that major changes will arise. Thus a greater reliance on the established relationships is needed to maintain the contractual bond in PPP project. Relationship management (RM) can therefore be expected to be even more valuable in the PPP context. This paper aims to investigate current perceptions and experiences of RM in PPP projects and more importantly, to identify the CSFs for RM in PPP projects. By means of an empirical questionnaire survey geared towards PPP practitioners with direct hands-on experience, the opinions were solicited, analyzed and compared in relation to potential PPP RM success factors. The survey findings indicate that industry practitioners currently lack a general understanding of concepts and applications of RM, given that it is relatively new in PPP. However, they do think that RM is very important to improve the present performance of PPPs. Future PPP business opportunities can also be increased by effective RM. The top four CSFs for RM are found to be commitment of senior executives, defining the objectives, integration of the different divisions and a multidisciplinary team. However, the relative importance presently assigned for each of the above factors is insufficient, and commitment from senior management is perceived as the most difficult factor to improve.
