排样问题的研究现状与趋势

优化排样应用范围非常广泛，吸引了众多学者从不同的应用、不同的角度、采用不同的方法对其进行了研究．文中概述了排样问题的研究现状和趋势．     

Multidimensional Cube Packing

We consider the d-dimensional cube packing problem (d-CPP): given a list L of d-dimensional cubes and (an unlimited quantity of) d-dimensional unit-capacity cubes, called bins, find a packing of L into the minimum number of bins. We present two approximation algorithms for d-CPP, for fixed d. The first algorithm has an asymptotic performance bound that can be made arbitrarily close to 2 – (1/2)^d . The second algorithm is an improvement of the first and has an asymptotic performance bound that can be made arbitrarily close to 2 – (2/3)^d . To our knowledge, these results improve the bounds known so far for d = 2 and d = 3, and are the first results with bounds that are not exponential in the dimension.

本文根据我国目前部分企业为了提升商品的附加值，而对产品进行过分包装的现状，从商品包装附加值产生的社会心理进行分析，结合实例得卅好的包装设计可以产生附加值，并深入探讨了实现包装设计附加值的因素和科学方法，进一步得出走消费者心理主导路线来实现包装附加值的观点。     

综放巷内充填沿空留巷工业试验

针对常村煤矿S2-6综放工作面采用传统技术沿空留巷的难点，进行了巷内充填沿空留巷工业试验．试验分三步进行：第一步，对原巷采用锚梁网索联合支护实施加固，撤掉梯形架棚；第二步，在已加固巷道下一工作面侧煤壁，实施扩帮锚网支护；第三步，在原巷位置实施巷内充填，并加固充填体．结合高水速凝充填材料的性能，通过建立合理的综放沿空留巷的围岩结构力学模型和充填工艺设计，井下工业试验达到了预期效果，留巷断面稳定后超过10m^2．证明了在巷内基本支护为梯形金属支架的巷道中进行综放沿空留巷的可行性，并作了经济效益评价．在此基础上提出了综放巷内充填沿空留巷新技术．

求解三角形Packing问题的占角算法

三角形Packing问题是NP难的,其完整算法的时间复杂度是指数型的.建立了求解三角形Packing问题的数学模型;沿着拟人的途径,通过把待解决的问题与人类的社会经验作对比,得到了求解三角形Packing问题的若干拟人策略,并以此策略为基础发展出一种高效的近似求解算法.实验结果表明,沿此途径得出的求解三角形Packing问题的算法,针对三角形数目较多的情况,具有较好的完整性和较低的时间复杂度.     

一种包装质量视觉检测软件的通用模型

在现代工业自动化生产中，有许多包装质量检测任务，一般这些工作是靠人工检测完成的．但是人工检测通常无法达到满意的检测效果，而机器视觉则非常适合于包装质量检测。本文描述了一种包装质量视觉检测系统中检测软件的通用模型。     

国外最新“钱夹式”包装及其设备

通过介绍“钱夹式”包装所需的两个主要设备，探究“钱夹式”包装生产的前景。运用德国BOSCH公司的泡罩包装设备TLT-2800S对药品进行包装后，再运用德国Haarro Honiger公司的WalletLine将泡罩包装后的药板包装成“钱夹式”。     

Packing equal circles into a circle with circular prohibited areas

The paper considers the problem of packing a maximal number of identical circles of a given radius into a multiconnected domain. The domain is a circle with prohibited areas to be finite unions of circles of given radii. We construct a mathematical model of the problem and investigate its characteristics. The starting points are constructed in a random way or on the ground of the hexagonal lattice. To find the local maxima, a modification of the Zoutendijk method of feasible directions and a strategy of active inequalities are applied. We compare our results with the benchmark instances of packing circles into circular and annular containers. A number of numerical examples are given.
