开关DC—DC变换器并联运行问题的研究

开关直流电源并联运行在许多场合应用。每一路电源输出阻抗的不一致性使每一路输出电流难以均衡，影响了系统的可靠性。本文提出了一种双回路ＤＣ—ＤＣ变换器的控制方案。由于采用电压环（外环）和电流环（内环）两环结构的双回路控制模式，变换器输出电流得到了有效控制，便于多个ＤＣ—ＤＣ变换器输出直接并联，从而实现了模块化，具有一定的实用性     

Electrochemical Aspects of Electroosmotic Dewatering of Clay Suspensions

An attempt is made to elucidate the electrochemical aspects of the electroosmotic dewatering (EOD) of clays as reported in some recent work, especially that on interrupted DC power electroosmotic dewatering published by Rabie, Mujumdar and Weber (2). These authors showed that the dewatering by EOD stops after the DC power has been on for several minutes or hours; on interruption of their power and on short-circuiting of the electrodes, conditions can be created again for some further dewatering by DC power EOD. This discovery, of Rabie et al. is interpreted as a fuel cell effect and it is shown that it affords clues to several other electrochemical strategies for the possible enhancement of the efficiency of the EOD by DC power.

Further, the open circuit potentials observed by Rabie et al. (2) on the interruption of DC power are given an electrochemical interpretation which leads to quantitative estimates in agreement with the experimental values.

本工作应用自行研制开发的中子 伽玛能谱测井的中子 伽玛射线随空间、能量、时间分布的蒙特卡罗模拟软件包计算了裸眼井、井眼里无下井仪器、油饱和砂岩地层、井眼注油条件下沿井轴和井壁的中子 伽玛射线随能量、时间分布及沿井轴和沿井壁的中子 伽玛射线能谱 ,研究了源距对中子 伽玛射线随能量、时间分布以及井轴与井壁中子 伽玛射线能谱的影响。     

汽车用焊接钢管的发展

介绍了汽车用焊接钢和产品品种，国内皮类管的生产现状及市场需求状况；国外汽车用焊管最新发展情况。建议国内汽车用焊管应该是定点供料，定点生产，设备配套，完善工艺，建立从炼钢，轧制到制管的质量管理体制。     

石油企业办社会的“悖理行为”辨疑

企业办社会虽与市场经济的客观要求相悖，但石油企业大量办社会的事实仍揭示了所具备的理性面。认为国家作为不受所有者监督的代理者对石油企业的要求，石油企业的行业特性以及在传统体制下长期运作所成的定热是石油企业办社会的主要原因。     

红外窗口的激光损伤热过程及保护的研究

利用光热偏转技术对红外窗口材料进行了激光损伤实时研究，通过对硅片，加半反保护膜的硅片和加全反保护膜的硅片的损伤过程的研究，发现介质保护膜能大大提高硅窗口的激光损伤阈值，同时发现了全反介质保护膜的激光损伤逐层的破坏过程。     

Growth and characterization of hot-wall epitaxial CdTe on (111) HgCdTe and CdZnTe substrates

Thin CdTe films were deposited by hot-wall epitaxy (HWE) on (111) HgCdTe and CdZnTe substrates at temperatures from about 140 to 335°C. X-ray rocking curves were used to show that crystal quality of the CdTe (111)B films improved as substrate temperature increased from 140 to about 250°C. Rocking curve values for full width at half maximum (FWHM) decreased from 2–4 degrees at 140–150°C to less than 100 arc-s at 250°C, and a FWHM of 59 arc-s was the lowest value observed near 250°C. The FWHM of the HWE CdTe was found to be insensitive to growth rate below about 400Å/min, but increased to four degrees at 1250Å/min. X-ray diffraction confirmed that films grown on the B-face at higher temperatures were epitaxial, but contained a significant volume fraction, 35% to 50%, of rotational in-plane twins. Electron microscopy confirmed a coarse twin density, and photoluminescence spectra showed an absence of excitonic emission in the HWE films. Simultaneous growth on two (111) HgCdTe substrates with different surface polarities between 230°C and 335°C showed that deposition rate on the A-face decreased relative to that on the B-face as temperature increased. Films grown on the B-face exhibited better surface morphologies than those grown on the A-face.     

A comparison of leaf-spring with aircushion trailer suspensions in the transport environment

Packaging engineers need to be able to accurately determine the forces present in the shipping environment in order to protect packaged goods. The purpose of this study was to determine the vertical vibration levels measured in three separate truck-trailer suspension systems; conventional leaf-spring, conventional air-ride and damaged air-ride. The main conclusion reached in this study is that the air-ride suspension when maintained gives lower power density (PD) levels on all road surfaces studied. A damaged air-ride suspension and leaf-spring suspension are very similar in response frequencies, although the damaged air-ride produces higher vibration levels at lower frequencies.

空气中烧成的镍导体及其应用

将空气中烧成的镍导体用于散热制冷片制作工艺中，可降低成本，提高合格率。通过实验得到的最佳值为：镍导体中４号玻璃（ＳｉＯ２＞３０，Ｂ２Ｏ３＞１０，ＰｂＯ＜５５，ＴｉＯ２少许）的含量４．５％，化学镀镍时间５０ｍｉｎ，方阻４７．５ｍΩ／□，附着力８．１Ｎ／ｍｍ２。
