We have established a program to screen large numbers of wild-type fungi isolated from soil for potential producers of antioxidants and synergists for tocopherol (Toe). An antioxidant and potent Toc synergist was isolated from mycelial mats ofPenicillium paraherquei. It was one of the deoxyherqueinone-type phenalenones and has been identified as atrovenetin. Under autoxidation conditions, the induction periods of this compound (0.025%) tested by the active oxygen method were 571 and 171 hr in lard with and without Toc (0.04%), respectively. It was also capable of stabilizing vegetable oils such as soybean, rapeseed and palm oils.  相似文献

Various blends of (E,Z)-2,13-octadecadien-1-ol acetate (E,Z2,13-18: OAc), (Z)-13-octadecen-1-ol acetate (ZOAc) (two previously identified pheromone components of the currant borer,Synanthedon tipuliformis females), (E,Z)-, (Z,Z)-3,13-octadecadien-1-ol acetates (E,Z- andZ,Z3,13–18:OAc), andZ,Z-3,13-octadecadien-1-ol (Z,Z3,13–18:OH) were evaluated in field traps in three geographic regions. MaleS. tipuliformis were attracted toE,Z2,13–18:OAc in Tasmania, New Zealand, and Hungary. Captures were not influenced by the addition ofZ13–18: OAc, tested in Tasmania and Hungary. In Hungary and New Zealand, the addition ofE,Z3,13–18: OAc toE,Z2,13–18:OAc in a ratio of 100:3 was strongly synergistic; however, in Tasmania captures were reduced. The addition ofZ,Z3,13–18: OAc toE,Z2,13–18:OAc in a ratio of 101 resulted in strong inhibition of trap captures in Hungary. WhenZ,Z3,13–18: OAc was added in different ratios to a 100:3 binary mixture ofE,Z2,13–18:OAc/E,Z3,13–18:OAc in Hungary, it strongly reduced captures at, or above a ratio of 10033 but no decrease was recorded at a ratio of 10031. In New Zealand and Tasmania it reduced captures at a ratio of 10031. Observations of behavioral responses of maleS. tipuliformis in Hungary to synthetic baits in the field showed thatE,Z2,13–18:OAcby itself evoked close-range approaches to the source from only 20% of males, whereas the addition ofE,Z3,13–18:OAc in a ratio of 1003 raised that value to 65 %. Landing on the source was significant only at sources with a 10030.1310 blend ofE,Z2,13–18:OAc/E,Z3,13–18: OAc/Z,Z3,13–18: OAc/Z,Z3,13–18: OH/Z13–18: OAc. A 1003 binary mixture ofE,Z2,13–18:OAc/E,Z3,13–18:OAc in a dose range of 10–1000 g can be recommended for more effective field monitoring ofS. tipuliformis populations in Hungary and in New Zealand. In Tasmania, at present,E,Z2,13–18: OAc by itself is the most potent sex attractant of the species.  相似文献

Capillary gas chromatography with columns of different polarity and two-dimensional fractionation of effluents were used with novel subtrac-tive-combination bioassays to rigorously isolate host- and insect-produced pheromone synergists of the bark beetlePityogenes chalcographus (Coleop-tera: Scolytidae). Methyl (E,Z)-2,4-decadienoate (E,Z-MD) and the previously identified chalcogran were found to be synergistically attractive to both sexes.E,Z-MD was produced sex-specifically in males, and only when they had fed on host-plant tissue. A Norway spruce monoterpene fraction (including -pinene, -pinene, and camphene) increased the attractive response to the pheromone components. Dose-response curves forE,Z-MD and chalcogran in the laboratory bioassay indicated the two components are highly synergistic. The isolation methods are important for further progress in identifying certain semiochemical synergists found in trace amounts in complex chemical mixtures, such as when insects must feed in host plants in order to produce pheromone.  相似文献

LIX 63 contains an aliphatic α-hydroxyoxime as its active component, with two isomeric forms (anti and syn) being present in a 3:2 ratio in “as supplied” reagent. In the present work, > 90% pure syn hydroxyoxime was isolated from LIX 63. Examination of metal extraction properties in systems containing Versatic 10 with anti and/or syn hydroxyoxime established unequivocally that the syn isomer plays no beneficial role in metal extraction in this synergistic solvent extraction system, thereby excluding the possibility of monodentate coordination of hydroxyoxime. Economic consequences arising from this outcome and the opportunity to maximize reagent utilisation are briefly discussed.  相似文献

通过添加特种抗开裂阻燃协同剂,提高了低烟无卤阻燃电缆料的抗开裂性能。抗开裂阻燃协同剂的添加提高材料的力学性能。氧指数测试表明:阻燃电缆料燃烧后可形成炭层,提高了材料的阻燃稳定性,防止滴落现象。力学性能测试表明:阻燃剂与树脂的相容性增强,并且不影响原有的力学性能。低烟无卤阻燃电缆护套料具有较好的抗开裂性能。  相似文献

防霉剂品种多样,各有各的优缺点。文章分别测定5种防霉剂在pH为6、7、8、8.5下单独作用的杀菌效果,结果表明OIT和多菌灵在各种pH作用环境下效果最好,将这5种防霉剂进行复配,以判断复配后的防霉剂在pH较高的环境下是否具有增效作用,结果表明OIT和多菌灵的复配增效最明显,为无铬白湿皮的防霉剂的合理复配应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献
