石油钻井泥浆土质量若干问题探讨

探讨了石油钻井泥浆土质量的相关因素 ,指出石油钻井泥浆土质量与原矿物化性能、钠化时Na2 CO3加量、挤压次数、增效剂等密切相关。     

Flammability of EVA/IFR (APP/PER/ZB system) and EVA/IFR/synergist (CaCO3, NG,and EG) composites

Poly(ethylene‐co‐vinyl acetate)/intumescent flame retardant (ammonium polyphosphate/pentaerythritol/zinc borate system) composites‐EVA/IFR (APP/PER/ZB system) and EVA/IFR/Synergist [CaCO₃, natural graphite, or expanded graphite (EG)] composites have been prepared by melting compounding method. The flammability, the combustion process, the quantity of the residual chars, the morphology of the residual chars, and the thermal stability of the chars have been investigated by cone calorimeter, scanning electron microscopy and thermo gravimetric analysis. The results indicate that heat release rate (HRR), total heat released, and total smoke release (TSR) of EVA/IFR (IFR 30 phr) composite decrease to about 67.1, 78.2, and 64% of that of pure EVA, respectively. HRR, THR, and TSR of EVA/IFR/EG (IFR 9 phr, EG 1phr) composite decrease to about 62.1, 76.2, and 44% of that of pure EVA, respectively. The quantity, the thermal stability of residual chars and the char structure are discussed to find the reasons of the phenomenon above. It has been found that the flame retardant of EVA vulcanizates is improved and the fire jeopardizing is dramatically reduced due to the addition of IFR and synergist, which can give some advice to design formulations for practical applications as cable. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Crystallographic Determination of Three Ni-α-Hydroxyoxime-Carboxylic Acid Synergist Complexes

X-ray crystal structures of three dicarboxylato-bis-α-hydroxyoximenickel(II) complexes have been obtained. These contain a short chained (C8) analogue of LIX®63 hydroxyoxime, along with either benzoate, isobutyrate or propionate. All have pseudo-octahedral structures with monodentate carboxylate anions located cis to one another and neutral, chelating α-hydroxyoxime ligands. Intra-molecular hydrogen bonding between each anionic acid's carboxylate group and an adjacent oxime hydroxyl group is evident. Inter-molecular hydrogen bonding is also observed. These provide the first definitive structural elucidation of the types of nickel complexes that could be formed during synergistic extraction by LIX®63 and carboxylic acids.     

协效剂在ABS/APP/PETA体系中的阻燃协效性

为了提高苯乙烯一丁二烯一丙烯睛(ABS）/聚磷酸铵(APP)/聚对苯二甲酞乙二胺(PETA)膨胀阻燃体系的阻燃性能,将硼酸锌(ZB）、红磷(RP）添加到ABS/ APP/ PETA膨胀阻燃体系中。采用极限氧指数法、垂直燃烧法、热失重、扫描电镜探讨了不同含量协效剂ZB,RP对不同比例ABS/APP/PETA阻燃体系的协效阻燃效应。结果表明,加人协效剂使ABS/APP/PETA体系的阻燃性能得到显著提高;将2.5份(质量份,下同)ZB和4份RP加人到ABS/APP/PETA( 70/22. 5/7. 5)体系,体系的极限氧指数由未加协效剂的30%提高到41%,UL-94测试也达到V-0级;ZB提高了ABS/APP/PETA体系热稳定性和成炭率,RP能极大地促进成炭;加人ZB和RP ,阻燃体系燃烧表面能够形成更多膨胀、致密的炭层。     

提高某氧化铜金矿金属回收率的研究

某铜金矿石原矿铜品位0.72%,铜氧化率31.94%,含金3.45 g/t,矿石中含泥量较大,属于难选矿石。针对矿石性质特点,研究了各种氧化铜矿捕收剂以及金银增效剂对浮选的影响,取得了铜品位23.21%,回收率89.91%,铜精矿含金108.04 g/t、含银750.68 g/t,金银回收率分别为87.37%,92.99%的好指标。     

增效炔醚的合成研究

报道了以邻苯二酚，2－丁炔醇为主要原料合成超高效增效剂增效炔醚的方法，反应总收率≥63.5%。     

叶面肥助效剂YZ—905的研究

叶面肥复配YZ－905助效剂后，叶面肥的稳定性、润滑性及渗透性等得到提高。试验结果表明，在叶面肥中添加10％YZ－905助效剂后，可使水稻、花生、豆类增产约10％。     

探讨烷基糖苷在农药草甘膦中的应用研究

以红薯淀粉、正丁醇、十二醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸和柠檬酸为复合催化剂,采用转糖苷化法反应合成烷基糖苷(APG)表面活性剂,并将制得的烷基糖苷表面活性剂按一定的比例添加到农药草甘膦中.实验结果表明:APG可作为一种农药增效剂,具有易降解、不污染农作物和土地.吸收快的特点,适宜作农药乳化剂,可调节土壤温度,对除草剂、杀虫剂和杀...     

高膨胀性钠基膨润土的制备试验研究

本文以湖北鄂州钙基膨润土为研究对象,对该地区膨润土进行品质分析,并对其制备高膨胀性钠基膨润土进行了试验研究。结果表明：鄂州膨润土在最佳钠化条件下,在改性成品中加入增效剂后,膨润土的膨胀性能明显提高,为鄂州生产高膨胀性膨润土提供了依据。
