印度推进洪水管理的案例分析与启示

中印两国同为具有悠久文化历史、人口众多的发展中国家,长期以农业经济为主,人与水争地的问题突出,在治水中面临许多相似的问题。近年来,为了满足经济发展与安全保障的需求,印度推进其治水方略向洪水管理转变,并取得了积极的进展。本文结合2008年3月对印度实地考察的经历,分析了印度推进洪水管理的两个案例,第一例为关于Mahanadi河流域洪水管理规划的研讨,第二例为Bihar州洪水管理信息系统项目后续计划与技术路线的论证。这对于我国继续推进向洪水管理的转变有一定的启示。     

在印度的实践 生态知识城设计

Metro Valley生态知识城,是一个由建筑师和项目开发人在共同的理想的支持下跨越文化的合作项目。不同于通常一堆分离的房子被道路组织在一起的园区规划方式,开放建筑设计了一个漂浮的地毯式巨型建筑,它像一个城市一样,或者说是两个垂直叠加在一起的平行的城市,上面是出入有检查的免税城,下面是对所有人开放的自由城。平行的两个城市夹在双层自然中,即地面上最大限度保留下来的自然地貌和屋顶上人工创造出的自然。"开放建筑"将这个生态知识城构想成很多城市的叠加,如水平城市、绿色城市、智能城市和基础城市,它们共同构成复合的一个整体。Metro Valley生态知识城植根于文化,它的目标是未来。在摆脱无谓的形式游戏的同时,它希望承担起对社会和环境的充分负责。     

印度某2×660MW超临界燃煤电厂汽轮机主机选型

结合印度电力监管委员会(central electricity authority,CEA)的2010版电站设计导则,依托印度某2×660MW超临界电站工程,对国内三大动力厂(上海汽轮机有限公司、东方汽轮机厂及哈尔滨汽轮机厂)的汽轮机主要技术特点进行分析总结,通过对机组优选的凝汽器背压进行技术经济比较,最后得出对于印度工程,600MW级机组均为基本负荷机组,机组设计背压定义为9.5kPa时经济性优于10.13kPa。研究结论供后续印方业主设计咨询项目参考和借鉴。

With particular reference to Serie Architects' Tote, Mumbai, and Yan Zhenqing Museum in Linyi, China, he shifts the question of identity to what is common within the context of architectural production: what might imbue architecture with social and cultural validity? How might it be possible to attempt to create ‘common artefacts’ through the most typical elements – the ‘dominant types’.     

印度能源海外投资政策对我国的启示

印度和我国同属新兴经济体大国,在能源发展问题上面临诸多机遇和挑战。印度正在实行能源进口多元化战略,进口种类从单一石油扩展到石油、天然气、煤炭、铀等各个品种,进口来源从西亚拓宽至非洲、澳洲等地。印度在能源领域有许多政策值得我们借鉴,海外能源直接投资和贸易中提出的"先于能源、超越能源"理念便是其中之一。     

Bioclimatism and vernacular architecture of north-east India

Vernacular architecture based on bioclimatism concepts was developed and used through the centuries by many civilizations across the world. Different civilizations have produced their own architectural styles based on the local conditions. This study is carried out on the vernacular buildings of north-east India across all the bioclimatic zones. A survey of 42 houses, more than 70 years old was carried out at representative locations across all bioclimatic zones. The study has yielded findings relating bioclimatism, socio-economic status and cultural setup to the vernacular architecture of the region. Also, different solar passive features are available in most of these houses, related to temperature control and promoting natural ventilation. These houses are constructed using locally available materials like wood, cane, bamboo, stone, mud, jute, lime and represent unique examples towards sustainable building design.     

印度“东气西输”工程管线施工自动焊焊接工艺

介绍了印度“东气西输”天然气管道工程焊接技术规范,针对管径1219mm、壁厚17．2mm的X70级管线,推行了NOREAST内焊机根焊＋PAW2000型外焊机填充盖面和CRC内焊机根焊4-CRCP260焊机热焊＋CRCP600双焊炬填充盖面两种自动焊组合方案。实际施工应用表明,两种焊接组合焊接接头检验结果均满足相关规范要求,但各有其不同特点及适用性。
