油罐冒罐事故的原因分析及预防

通过事故实例分析，阐述油罐冒罐事故的原因，并针对原因提出要加强操作人员的责任心教育，完善各项规章制度，不断提高操作人员素质，严格遵守岗位操作规程，及时消除设备缺陷、完善罐区硬件设施和罐区实行现代科学管理等项措施。     

1000m^3低温氧气球罐设计

1 000 m3低温氧气球罐是目前国内首次自行设计、制造并组焊的最大的氧气球罐.从球罐材料的选择和部分结构的确定等方面论述了该低温球罐的设计工作.     

THE TENSILE STRENGTH OF WATER IN DEPRESSION TANK

This paper presents the data of tensile strength of water in depression tank whichwere measured by small venturi during cavitation investigation of a series of real project models.These measurements show that in depression tank water has slight tensile strength in case of highvacuum.But it influences the incipient cavitation number.In tests we also studied the influenceof tensile strength on scale effect of cavitation models.     

液化石油气储罐火灾模拟试验——池火灾环境下

液化石油气储罐在火灾作用下，其内部的温度和压力会迅速上升，从而可能引起储罐爆炸，进而酿成危害性更大的二次灾害。为此，对液化石油气储罐在池火灾环境下的热响应情况进行了大量的模拟试验研究。研究发现，储罐在池火灾作用下存在着明显的热分层，热分层加速了储罐内部压力升高的速度；储罐内部温度分布和压力响应受到储罐类型、充装水平等因素的影响，压力随时间的变化关系可以用三次多项式加以拟合。     

Modeling the continuous melt transesterification of bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate in a continuous stirred tank reactor

A model of continuous melt transesterification of bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate in a continuous stirred tank reactor is developed using phase equilibria assumption and the method of molecular weight moments. The model equations can be simplified into a polynomial system that has 17 equations and 17 unknowns. Solution of the polynomial system gives out almost every aspects of the continuous transesterification process. Molecular weight and polydispersity index, end group ratio of hydroxyl to phenyl carbonate, contents of molecular species, and lost diphenyl carbonate fractions are studied in different operation parameters.     

Oxygen transport rate on Rhodococcus erythropolis cultures: Effect on growth and BDS capability

The influence of oxygen transport rate on Rhodococcus erythropolis cultures has been studied in a stirred tank bioreactor under different transport and uptake conditions. Oxygen uptake rate has been measured by applying a modified dynamic method and a kinetic model is proposed, obtaining the kinetic parameter values: specific maintenance and yield coefficients. The volumetric mass transfer coefficients under inert conditions, k_La, and during the bioprocess, K_La, have been determined. The values obtained are different and a biological enhancement factor E, has been considered. These parameters have been predicted by the theoretical model and good agreement with experimental data under the conditions studied has been found. The oxygen limitation has been expressed by a modified dimensionless Damköhler number, Da, the relationship between transport and biological reaction rates. This number decreases with increasing stirrer speed; that is, when mass transport resistance decreases. The efficiency of oxygen utilization can be determined by a film effectiveness factor, η. The effectiveness factor was found to be a strong function of Damköhler number and decrease with increasing Da. Furthermore, oxygen concentration into culture depends on the mass transfer and consumption rates. The theoretical model proposed is able to reasonably predict the evolution of dissolved oxygen concentration with time of cultivation.     

立式罐冷却管喷水孔堵塞的原因及解决办法

在油库检查中发现,立式罐冷却喷水环管的喷水孔经常堵塞,堵塞的主要原因是水中含有杂质,喷水环管上没有装放空阀,喷水环管内壁有毛刺和喷水孔易锈蚀。根据堵塞原因找出对应的解决办法,并进一步说明了采用膜式喷头的好处。     

浅谈热水采暖系统运行调整方法

介绍了热水采暖系统运行及调整的注意事项，分析了立支管阀门、集气罐的作用，提出了使热水采暖系统的调节和集排气操作达到理想程度的有效措施，以实现良好的供暖效果。     

污水射流曝气工艺技术在聚驱中的应用

为了减少油田污水外排，应用油田采出的污水配制和稀释聚合物溶液，需要对污水进行曝气处理，通过小型试验和现场应用，对应用射流曝气技术处理油田污水的工艺和效果进行了可行性研究和试验，研究表明应用射流曝气技术处理油田污水，可以达到曝氧站的处理效果，经过射流曝气工艺处理的污水所配制和稀释的聚合物溶液粘度能够满足聚合物驱油的注入要求，并且可以大幅度降低地面工程建设投资，取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
