The rheological behavior of aluminum alloy and its influencing factors in physical simulation of continuous roll casting process were studied by using a Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulation tester with a set of special clamp system. The relationships between the flow stress and the strain rate in the deformation process of simulating roll casting experiment were obtained. The results show that four different characteristic stages exist in the temperature range of the whole rheological process. The first occurs when the temperature is higher than 600℃, which belongs to the creep deformation stage; the second occurs when the temperature lies in the range of 500 - 600℃, and it can be regarded as the high temperature and low stress level deformation stage; the third occurs when the temperature decreases to the range of 300 - 500℃, it is considered to be the middle stress level deformation stage; the last occurs when the temperature is less than 300℃ and the strain rate is less than 1.00 s^-1 , it belongs to middle stress level deformation stage. But when the strain rate is larger than 1.00 s^-1, it belongs to the high stress level deformation stage. And the relative constitutive models suitable for the four different stages of continuous roll casting process were established through multivariate linear regression analysis of the experimental data. 相似文献

Based on the theory of simple hardening materials with elastoplastic behavior, the general constitutive relationships of the
deformation theory of plasticity are mathematically strictly constructed for arbitrary continuous, piece-wise continuously
differentiable deformation trajectories, any strains and symmetry types of the material properties. Two conditions under which
this is possible are considered. The approaches to a strict specialization of general constitutive relationships of the deformation
theory of plasticity have been developed by imposing restrictions on the material strains, deformation processes and properties.
In this case, the restrictions on the properties of materials formalize the data obtained in the experimental investigations.
A series of both new and known constitutive relationships have been constructed that are arranged into a hierarchy according
to the level of complexity of the response to deformation. The area of applicability of the derived physical equations has
been defined. Special attention has been given to the modeling of finite and infinitesimal strains of isotropic materials.

为安全有效的应用超高强混凝土,通过加载测荷载一应变关系的方法,对钢管超高强混凝土的力学性能进行了研究。研究结果证明,超高强混凝土经钢管约束后,塑性得到很大的改善,改善的幅度随套箍指标中的增加而增加,为彻底改善超高强混凝土的塑性,套箍指标中应≥0.48。推导出钢管高强超高强混凝土强度的计算公式和预测其本构关系的数学模型,结果证明强度计算值和本构关系预测结果与实测值吻合良好。 相似文献

Between composite materials, shape memory alloy (SMA) composites are having a more and more relevant role. Typically, SMA wires are embedded in a metallic or a polymeric matrix to obtain materials with native multi-functionality and adaptive properties. This work approaches the computational study of the mechanical response of a composite in which SMA wires, previously deformed, are activated by electrical current heating, and accordingly try to recover the original shape inducing a shape change or a prestress in the structure. In particular, since the SMA behaviour is strongly affected by the thermo-mechanical coupling, in the first part of this work we present a 3D phenomenological model able to take into account this aspect. The model time-discrete counterpart is used to develop a 3D solid finite element able to describe the thermo-electro-mechanical coupled problem due to shape memory alloy response and to Joule effect. 在总结现有钢管混凝土本构关系分析的基础上,将钢管混凝土简化为同一尺度的横观各向同性体来研究,并在弹性条件下利用应变能相等原理得到了宏观弹性系数,同时根据试验结果假设进入弹塑性阶段后各模量为二次抛物线变化,建立了钢管混凝土这种组合结构新的等效本构关系.并结合具体算例研究了弹性条件下材料强度变化和含钢率对各模量的影响,同时与前人的研究结果进行了比较,结果表明,该本构关系具有理论依据明确,参数易确定,能很好地反映组合构件材料物理性能的优点,为钢管混凝土结构进一步进行数值分析奠定了基础. 相似文献

在阐明岩土塑性变形的基本特殊性,特别是应力应变关系与应力路径相关性,产生机理的基础上,明确指出了导致这些特性的内在的共同的根源是,岩土塑性变形中存在两个相对独立的变形,即体积应变和剪切应变,两者之间存在着强烈的非线性的相互作用.这种耦合作用造成岩土的力学响应不仅具有多样性和复杂性,而且也具有内在的统一性. 相似文献
