针对汽车轮毂机加工过程中定位困难、生产工序衔接不顺畅等问题,基于工业机器人设计了一种汽车轮毂加工和气密性检测工作站。根据轮毂生产工艺流程,构建适应生产节拍的工作站空间布局。通过SolidWorks软件创建工业机器人专用夹具,在仿真软件中创建相应组件,添加输入输出信号,并对信号属性进行连接,实现了这一工作站的仿真和优化。仿真结果表明,这一工作站能够优化汽车轮毂加工工序,提高生产效率。通过路径规划和碰撞监测,这一工作站还可以得到准确的工业机器人作业速度、电机功率、能耗等数据,进而提高生产过程的稳定性。 相似文献

On-Site Inspection (OSI) is a key component of the verification regime for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). Measurements of radionuclide isotopes created by an underground nuclear explosion are a valuable signature of a Treaty violation. Argon-37 is produced by neutron interaction with calcium in soil, 40Ca(n,α)37Ar. For OSI, the 35-day half-life of 37Ar provides both high specific activity and sufficient time for completion of an inspection before decay limits sensitivity. This paper describes a localization system for a swimming robot to survey underwater narrow environments. In that environment, external sensors cannot be set up to localize the robot position, as there are many structures and the robot moves three-dimensionally. Therefore, the position needs to be calculated only by internal sensors. In this work, a new localization method based on map-matching is proposed, referring to cross-sectional shape data cut from a three-dimensional computer-aided design (CAD) data as an environmental map and structural shapes measured by a range sensor. As a range sensor, an ultrasonic sensor which is two-dimensional scanning-type was developed. The reflected signals of the ultrasonic sensor have some noise. Only structural shape data are extracted from the reflected signals. The image correlation is used as the matching method. Experiments to evaluate the performance of the proposed system were implemented at a mock-up environment. As a result, it was confirmed that the position was detected with an accuracy of 100 mm. The error is mainly caused by measurement error of the ultrasonic sensor that is used to calculate structural shapes. We concluded to improve the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor to reduce localization error. 相似文献

For efficient management of various structures in a large highway network, systematic handling of data is essential since its volume has swollen over the years and it takes different forms such as diagrams and photos. The Maintenance Information Management System established by Hanshin Expressway Public Corporation (HEPC) is a computerized database and a processing and reference system of all bridge structure elements. As it is a comprehensive application, HEPC is also developing its own version of a bridge management system, which helps to plan annual budget allotments and work prioritization using the life cycle cost minimization rule.
