On the Yustova threshold plates

A response to criticism of threshold plates for the study of color vision developed at the Mendeleev All-Russia Research Institute of Metrology and published in 1994 is presented. The critics base their conclusions on colorimetric testing and the examination of the plates. In response to the article by M. V. Danilova and J. D. SJT-B助剂/表面活性剂/聚合物三元复合体系的黏度和界面张力研究

助剂SJT-B是10%的磷硅酸盐胶体溶液,含有Na^＋和K^＋、SiO3^2-和PO4^3-等离子,在活化状态下一部分SiO3^2-和PO4^3-生成具5个负电荷的聚磷硅酸根链状阴离子,后者可结合Ca^2＋、Mg^2＋而形成纳米磷硅酸盐胶态粒子,避免结垢并防止金属腐蚀。以助剂SJT-B代替NaOH,用大庆油田回注污水配制SJT-B/烷基苯磺酸盐/聚合物三元复合溶液,取SJT-B浓度为1.0-8.0 g/kg,石油磺酸盐浓度为0.5-4.0 g/kg,聚合物浓度为1.2 g/kg,按排列组合法得到25个实验配方。对照NaOH/石油磺酸盐/聚合物溶液组成为12/3.0/1.2 g/kg,初配黏度（45℃,7.34s^-1）27.3 mPa·s,界面张力（45℃）3.20×10^-3mN/m。初配各实验配方溶液黏度31.2-44.8 mPa·s,45℃老化30天后黏度降低率2.71%-36.97%;初始界面张力最低值1.13×10^-3mN/m,最高值4.34×10^-2mN/m,在界面活性图上,10^-3mN/m超低界面张力区出现在高SJT-B和烷基苯磺酸盐区,老化后该区扩大。筛选出的SJT-B/石油磺酸盐/聚合物体系组成为4.0/3.0/1.2 g/kg,其初始黏度为37.1 mPa·s,老化后黏度降低3.77%,初始界面张力1.79×10^-2mN/m。图2表3参8。     

地表水和地下水相互作用及集成模型研究

本文在总结国内外地表水和地下水相互作用研究的热点问题的基础上，归纳了定量计算的基本方法，评述了国内外主要的集成模型并对其进行了分类；认为集成模型应该解决时空尺度整合、参数的不确定性等关键问题，指出综合水循环各组成部分的复杂系统模型是模型发展的必然趋势。

介绍了XC型车号自动识别系统的工作原理及在轨道衡的应用,解决了长期以来轨道衡路用车车号和自重依靠人工抄录易出错及劳动强度大的问题。     

Assessing the performance of intumescent coatings using bench‐scaled cone calorimeter and finite difference simulations

A method was developed to assess the heat insulation performance of intumescent coatings. The method consists of temperature measurements using the bench‐scaled experimental set‐up of a cone calorimeter and finite difference simulation to calculate the effective thermal conductivity dependent on time/temperature. This simulation procedure was also adapted to the small scale test furnace, in which the standard time–temperature curve is applied to a larger sample and thus which provides results relevant for approval. Investigations on temperature and calculated effective thermal conduction were performed on intumescent coatings in both experimental set‐ups using various coating thicknesses. The results correspond to each other as well as showing the limits of transferability between both fire tests. It is shown that bench‐scaled cone calorimeter tests are a valuable tool for assessing and predicting the performance of intumescent coatings in larger tests relevant for approval. The correlation fails for processes at surface temperatures above 750°C, which are not reached in the cone calorimeter, but are attained in the small scale furnace set‐up. 高等院校贷款的规模控制

我国高等教育事业发展受到资金短缺制约,高等院校金融贷款成为资金来源多渠道化之一。本文就高校取得金融机构资金支持的可行性,高等院校利用信贷资金规模控制提出笔者个人看法,认为高等教育的发展使得高校利用金融机构贷款具有现实可能性;信贷资金规模控制需要合适的财务指标体系来控制。     

Inhibition of nitrification in the packed bed reactors by selected organic compounds

The effect of methanol, acetone, formalin and glucose on the nitrification process in the packed bed reactors has been investigated. For the utilized compounds the inhibition constant K_i was determined according to Dixon's method. The determined values were as follows: methanol K_i = 116.0 mg l^?1; acetone K_i = 804.2 mg l^?1; formalin K_i = 61.5 mg l^?1. The value of K_i for glucose has not been determined because glucose in applied concentration up to 11,325 mg l^?1 had no effect on the nitrification course.     

氧化镧中放射性的去除——Ⅳ.P_(507)-HNO_3体系萃取法去除氧化镧中放射性的扩大试验

本文给出了在P_(507)-HNO_3体系中去除氧化镧中放射性的工艺流程及用混合澄清槽作为萃取设备,在上海跃龙化工厂完成的扩大试验结果。试验表明:α放射性、铁和钙的去污系数都大于1000,镧的回收率大于96％,产品中α放射性小于1计数/h,Fe_2O_3<5ppm,CaO<50ppm,达到了荧光级氧化镧的要求。该流程操作简便、设备简单、稳定性好,可以应用于工业生产。

HHD型核子秤电离室已成功地使用于HCS型核子秤.对它的各种物理性能指标进行了检测,各项性能指标都达到了设计要求。     

Oxidation behavior of silicide coating on Ti3SiC2-based ceramic

A silicide coating was prepared on Ti₃SiC₂-based ceramic by pack cementation to improve the oxidation resistance of Ti₃SiC₂, which is a technologically important material for high temperature applications. The microstructure, phase composition and oxidation resistance of the coated sample were investigated. The results demonstrated that the silicide coating was mainly composed of TiSi₂ and SiC. A single layer of a mixture of SiO₂ and TiO₂ was formed on the surface of the coated sample during isothermal oxidation at 1100 °C and 1200 °C for 20h. Compared to Ti₃SiC₂, the parabolic rate constant of silicide coated Ti₃SiC₂ decreased by 2~3 orders of magnitude. Furthermore, the coated sample showed much better cyclic oxidation resistance than Ti₃SiC₂ during the cyclic oxidation at 1100 °C for 400 times. However, during the preparation of the coating, a number of fine cracks formed in the outer layer of the coating. When these cracks penetrated the whole coating during the cyclic oxidation, the oxidation rate was accelerated, which degraded the oxidation resistance. Electronic Publication
