大学数字化建设中的信息控制规划与专业监理

近年来大学纷纷通过采用数字化技术,建设智能化项目的方式来降低办学成本,提高办学效率。但由于对建设的项目缺乏统一的规划,因此数字大学的建设过程中常常存在建设项目资源重复,过于求新求全致使系统性能价格比低,重视科教应用,轻视后勤管理与安全防范等问题。本文就目前大学数字化建设存在的问题,探讨大学数字化建设应包含的内容、实施步骤,信息工程规划和专业监理对系统实施的意义。

充分认识文化和先进文化的本质特征,领会“三个代表”重要思想中关于“代表中国先进文化前进方向”的深刻内涵,研讨我国先进文化建设面临的新课题,努力实践“三个代表”,积极发展先进文化。     

Nisin expression production from Lactococcus lactis in milk whey medium

BACKGROUND: Nisin is a commercially available bacteriocin produced by Lactococcus lactis ATCC 11454 and used as a natural agent in the biopreservation of food. In the current investigation, milk whey, a byproduct from dairy industries was used as a fermentation substrate for the production of nisin. Lactococcus lactis ATCC 11454 was developed in a rotary shaker (30 °C/36 h/100 rpm) using two different media with milk whey (i) without filtration, pH 6.8, adjusted with NaOH 2 mol L^?1 and without pH adjustment, both autoclaved at 121 °C for 30 min, and (ii) filtrated (1.20 µm and 0.22 µm membrane filter). These cultures were transferred five times using 5 mL aliquots of broth culture for every new volume of the respective media. RESULTS: The results showed that culture media composed of milk whey without filtration supplied L. lactis its adaptation needs better than filtrated milk whey. Nisin titers, in milk whey without filtration (pH adjusted), was 11120.13 mg L^?1 in the second transfer, and up to 1628‐fold higher than the filtrated milk whey, 6.83 mg.L^?1 obtained in the first^t transfer. CONCLUSIONS: Biological processing of milk byproducts (milk whey) can be considered a profitable alternative, generating high‐value bioproducts and contributing to decreasing river disposals by dairy industries. 解决高校贫困生问题对策研究

20世纪90年代中期以来,我国高校贫困生人数和比例迅速增长,贫困生问题日益突出。高校贫困生问题,是目前困扰高校的一个棘手问题,不仅影响着高校的稳定和发展,也对社会带来一定的负面影响,是建设社会主义和谐社会的一个亟待解决当然问题。解决高校贫困生问题是一个社会系统工程,既依赖经济的持续、健康、快速发展,也需要国家政策和制度的支持,同时更需要社会方方面面的努力。     

Effect of temperature on recombinant protein production using the Bm5/Bm5.NPV expression system

A series of experiments have been conducted using a recombinant baculovirus/insect cell expression system (Bm5/Bm5.NPV.CAT) to establish the optimum temperature for both cell growth and virus infection. Bm5 cell growth was found to be limited at temperatures below 22°C and ceased completely at temperatures above 34°C. In the range between 24 and 28°C, final cell densities always reached 96% of the highest achievable viable cell density. The shortest population doubling time was obtained at 28°C. Overall, a consistent increase in metabolism with increasing temperatures was observed. During the infection/viral replication phase, an increase in the temperature from 25 to 31°C resulted in a faster decrease in viable cell density and an earlier production of chloramphenicol acetyltransferase (CAT). Furthermore, protein yield at temperatures above 28°C was significantly reduced. Overall, the best temperature for the infection phase for the Bm5/Bm5.NPV expression system was found to be 25°C when the cells are cultured in serum free media.
