一种用于薄壁圆环类零件的钻模

针对薄壁圆环类零件钻孔时不易找正中心、加工效率低、加工精度很难得到保证的难题,设计一种用于薄壁圆环类零件的钻模。给出钻模的整体设计,列出钻模结构图,指出钻模的使用方法及注意事项,论述其产生的经济效益。结果表明:该方法简单、实用,避免了零件在加工过程中的变形,很好地保证了零件的加工精度,提高了加工效率,降低了加工成本。     

CZ9206自动车床改进

CZ9206自动车床工作时，由于推料头的自动调心功能差，容易造成推料头、V形支承和轴承等工装损坏；此外，当机床正常工作而料道中没有套圈时，也会出现以上损坏。针对上述情况，对推料头的结构进行了改进，增加了自动调心功能；对机床的电气控制系统进行了部分改进，增加了当料道中无套圈时机床的自我保护功能。以上改进措施效果良好，避免了工装的损坏，保证了生产的顺利进行，减少了废品，提高了经济效益。     

半质环的一个交换性结果

本文证明了半质环的一个交换性结果，推广了文献［３］～［２１］中的相关结果。     

具有多等位环的高压屏蔽新结构MER-LDMOS耐压分析

提出一种多等位环(multiple equipotential rings,MER)的高压屏蔽新结构MER-LDMOS,并解释了该结构的屏蔽机理,通过2D器件模拟验证了屏蔽机理的正确性.讨论了p-top剂量、等位环长度、等位环间距以及氧化层厚度对MER-LDMOS击穿电压的影响.结果表明MER-LDMOS突破常规LDMOS高压屏蔽的能力,击穿电压较常规LDMOS提高一倍以上;同时,该结构具有工艺简单、工艺容差大、反向泄漏电流小等优点,为高压集成电路中高压屏蔽的问题提供了一种新的解决方案.     

Analysis of nonlinear time-delay systems using modules over non-commutative rings

The theory of non-commutative rings is introduced to provide a basis for the study of nonlinear control systems with time delays. The left Ore ring of non-commutative polynomials defined over the field of meromorphic function is suggested as the framework for such a study. This approach is then generalized to a broader class of nonlinear systems with delays that are called generalized Roesser systems. Finally, the theory is applied to analyze nonlinear time-delay systems. A weak observability is defined and characterized, generalizing the well-known linear result. Properties of closed submodules are then developed to obtain a result on the accessibility of such systems.

Periodic-polynomial interpretation for structural properties of linear periodic discrete-time systems

The structural properties of linear periodic discrete-time systems are analyzed in the periodic polynomial representation. It is shown that the classical polynomial approach for linear time-invariant systems can be extended to periodic systems. New definitions and properties are given in terms of skew polynomial rings and periodic difference algebra. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the characterization of reachability, controllability, observability and reconstructibility are given in this framework.     

QF的刻划

研究了关于右零化子满足升链和降链条件的环,即Artinian环和Noether环.设R是左P-内射环且非零补左理想在R中不小,若R满足条件(*),则R是右Artinian环.证明了R是QF环当且仅当R是满足条件(*)的左2-内射环且非零补左理想在R中不小.     

一致环确定的两种特殊类及其上根

给出了一致环类能够形成特殊类的两个充分条件．即所有的F一致环形成一个特殊类,其中F环类是弱特殊类;非S-半单的半素一致环类是特殊类,其中S是一种根性,该根性对应的根包含Baer根．如Levitizi根,Koethe根,Brown-McCoy根等．最后对一致环所确定的上根进行了刻画．
