基于单片机的LED车灯及仪表控制设计与实现

文章分析了LED车灯及仪表控制系统网络的设计要求,在明确汽车灯光种类及各种控制要求的基础上,对利用单片机多机通信方式实现LED车灯及仪表控制系统网络化控制进行了研究,设计了硬件电路图及主、从机程序。车灯的外观设计力求模拟真车,技术控制利用单片机的多机通信原理,在模拟仿真的基础上用6块万能板制作出基于单片机多级通信的LED矩阵车灯及仪表控制系统网络,将万能板安装在车模上仿真真车的灯光运行,此成果可作为汽车类各专业课程的教具。     

无证书的层次认证密钥协商协议

提出了一种无证书的层次认证密钥协商协议,协议的安全性基于计算性Diffie-Hellman困难假设,并在eCK（extended Canetti–Krawczyk）模型下证明了该协议的安全性。该协议中,根PKG为多层的域PKG验证身份并生成部分私钥,域PKG为用户验证身份并生成部分私钥,私钥则由用户选定的秘密值和部分私钥共同生成。与已有协议相比,协议不含双线性映射配对运算,且具有较高的效率。

Challenges in the post-licensing stage of U.S. hydropower development: Current status and some potential solutions

The issuance of a Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) license is an important milestone in the development process of new U.S. hydropower projects. The complexity and uncertain timeline of the licensing process have been often cited as a key deterrent to new hydropower installations in the United States. However, very little attention has been paid to post-licensing timelines and attrition rates. This article explores the challenges faced by developers in bringing their FERC-licensed hydropower projects to the construction stage. Post-licensing activities to be completed before starting construction include obtaining additional permitting from other federal or state agencies, completing the technical design, securing financing, and in most cases, negotiating a power purchase agreement. For the set of projects that obtained a FERC license between 2007 and 2018, we assembled a dataset—combining information from FERC dockets and responses from a questionnaire to developers—to calculate attrition rates and development timelines and to examine the reasons for delays and cancellations.     

Do some evaluators report consistently higher or lower PCL-R scores than others? Findings from a statewide sample of sexually violent predator evaluations.

This study examined whether some evaluators tend to report consistently higher or lower scores than other evaluators for offenders on the Psychopathy Checklist-Revised (PCL-R; R. D. Hare, 1991, 2003). Data for the study were PCL-R total scores for 321 sex offenders, evaluated by 1 or more of 20 different state-contracted evaluators, during a process of screening for civil commitment as sexually violent predators. More than 30% of the variability in PCL-R scores was attributable to differences among evaluators, with mean PCL-R scores given by 2 of the most prolific evaluators differing by almost 10 points. In a subsample of 22 offenders evaluated with the PCL-R on 2 or more occasions, evaluator agreement (intraclass correlation A,1 = .47) was low. Together, these findings raise concerns about the field reliability of the PCL-R and suggest the need for research examining field reliability of other measures used in forensic assessment. Current activities in food irradiation as a sanitary and phytosanitary treatment in the Asia and the Pacific Region and a comparison with advanced countries

Irradiation is an effective and safe method of food preservation, as it reduces spoilage, improves food hygiene, and extends shelf life. In October 2013, experts from Asia and Pacific Region gathered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to share information on the application of food irradiation. The participants of the meeting discussed and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of food irradiation with a view to sustainably continue the activity in the participating countries. The latest information in the Asia/Pacific Region regarding regulations, irradiation facilities and quantities irradiated is provided in this paper. The current status of food irradiation is reviewed and compared with the United States of America (USA) and European Union (EU). Activities on of food irradiation at commercial scale have increased significantly in these countries during last few years. Attention is also focused on the phytosanitary treatment of fruits and vegetables. Possible reasons for slow adoption of food irradiation and points to enhance the technology are also outlined.

分析并介绍了SAE J1939协议和CAN总线,提出了基于J1939协议的煤矿机械发动机转速计时仪表的硬软件设计方案。通过对实验数据的分析,表明设计的此型仪表能够满足设计要求,解决了煤矿机械用仪表原系统的复杂性和维护性差的难题。     

Logical scheme improvement for maintaining replicated data in distributed environment

Abstract

Data can be replicated to improve availability and performance in a distributed environment. To ensure the consistency of the replicated data, many schemes have been proposed. Most of these schemes are designed based on the quorum set approach. However, some of them are dominated. Such schemes can be further improved. By using theoretical analysis, we devise a paradigm for refining quorum schemes for managing replicated data. We present two dominating alternatives to a recently proposed high performance scheme.
