五轴开放式数控系统用户界面的研究

介绍了一种以基于DSP的五轴运动控制卡作为运动驱动与算法控制部件的数控系统用户界面。该界面运用VisualC 6．0语言，采用模块化结构方法设计而成。详细论述了功能模块的划分以及典型功能模块的实现。     

Incipient motion of sediment in presence of submerged flexible vegetation

The presence of submerged vegetation on river beds can change the water flow structure and alter the state of sediment motion. In this study,the incipient motion of sediment in the presence of submerged flexible vegetation in open channels was investigated in a laboratory experiment.The vegetation was simulated with flexible rubber cylinders arranged in parallel arrays. The effect of the vegetation density, water depth, and sediment grain size on the incipient motion was investigated. The experimental results indicate that the incipient motion velocity of sediment increases as the vegetation density decreases and the water depth and sediment grain size increase. With flexible plants, the incipient motion velocity of sediment is lower than it is without vegetation, and is larger than it is with rigid vegetation. A general incipient motion velocity equation was derived, which can be applied to both flexible and rigid vegetation conditions.     

开源IaaS云服务软件平台的分析与比较

作为一种新兴的计算模式,云计算已经由最初的理论探索,逐渐进入了理论、技术与实际应用共同发展的阶段。开源云平台项目的研究与发展在其中起到了重要作用。迄今为止,使用开源IaaS云平台搭建自己的公共云或私有云,已经成为很多学术机构和商业企业信息管理、信息服务和技术研究中经济而有效的解决方案。为了评价和选择合适的IaaS云平台,根据NIST云模型,从体系结构、资源抽象和控制技术、云服务管理、安全策略、社区规模及活跃度和基本情况等多个方面 抽象出详细指标,对4个具有代表性的开源IaaS云平台软件进行了研究、分析和比较。     

Citizens’ Adoption Behavior of Mobile Government (mGov): A Cross-Cultural Study

This study aims to address the paradigms of consumers’ adoption behavior for mobile government, posits the factors which pursue citizens’ intention to adopt mobile government services, and reveals the impact of cultural dimensions in perceiving driving factors of mobile government adoption. The mobile government adoption model was developed and tested among users of three different countries, namely Bangladesh, Canada, and Germany. The finding suggests the rationale that cross-cultural differences impact consumers’ perception of mobile government adoption behavior.     

Archival Appraisal and the Digital Record: Applying Past Tradition for Future Practice

The digital revolution has changed the daily work of archivists. As a result, archivists have refined their analog practices and initiated new ones to accommodate the unique information creation and access needs of users. While limitless storage and technological obsolescence may be surmountable challenges, appraisal continues to be a necessary component of this preservation enterprise. Macro-appraisal—a top-down functional assessment of an organization’s high-level decision making that defines the enduring value of specific bodies of documentary evidence of these creative or administrative processes—is used to facilitate the management of diverse bodies of born-digital records in archives and special collections.     

利用Eucalyptus和开源操作系统构建和实现私有云

使用私有云可以带来很大的便利和大大提高资源的使用率以及降低维护费用,如何快捷、低成本构建私有云成为最关键的问题,有许多针对构建私有云思路和设计,有的过于复杂、有的过于投入昂贵、有的维护繁琐.本文论述使用开源操作系统Ubuntu（服务器版）构建和实现一个Eucalyptus结构私有云,并通过该云提供IaaS服务.以这种构建方式能够快速实现私有云,具有成本低廉、维护简单、管理方便的特点.     

水利系统实施政府采购的成效及对完善政府采购法的建议

政府采购制度具有多重公共意义,在现代社会中发挥着重要的经济引导和政府职能实现的作用。近年,中央政府不断加大水利建设投资,水利系统政府采购的规模不断增长,范围不断扩大,初步建立了一套行之有效的政府采购制度体系。但由于政府采购法的规定较为原则,尚需完善具体制度建设。结合水利政府采购实践,建议政府采购法律在绿色采购、采购国货原则和加强反商业贿赂等方面进一步规范健全,并强调其公共性,增强其政策价值引导作用和对社会经济整体的宏观调控作用。

角点网格模型是实现不同区块不同尺度三峡库区滑坡体模拟的关键。从介绍角点网格模型的特点入手,介绍如何利用Open Inventor实现以角点网格模型表达的三维地层的可视化显示。重点介绍了如何利用角点网格模型来表达多尺度地质灾害体的三维地层构造格架。同时研究了用三维地层体数据中各角点网格体的属性信息进行可视化表达的方法,实现了基于角点网格模型的多尺度三维地层的空间信息和属性信息多重可视化。

煤矿监控图像中脸肤色和模板检测

煤矿监控图像的对比度低、灰度不均匀,使监控图像的处理和识别难度增大.在巷道环境下采集多角度的矿工监控图像,根据脸部肤色区域像素的统计特征,用上下限阈值的方法在HSV颜色空间分割出各种角度的矿工脸部,用半径为2的圆形结构元素进行数学形态学的开启和闭合操作,去除被误分为脸部区域的背景像素;根据脸部灰度分布特征构造了平均脸模板,用相似度函数作为脸部模板匹配的判别函数,检测矿工脸部位置.结果表明,用肤色分割和平均脸部模板匹配方法,可以快速检测出矿工脸部的精确位置.
