Compared with other nanofiber fabrication processes, electrospinning is versatile and superior in production and construction of ordered or more complex nanofibrous assemblies. Besides traditional two-dimensional (2D) nanofibrous structures, electrospinning is powerful in fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) fibrous macrostructures, especially for tissue engineering applications. This article summarizes and reviews recent advances in various promising and cutting-edge electrospinning techniques, including multilayering electrospinning, post-processing after electrospinning, liquid-assisted collection, template-assisted collection, porogen-added electrospinning, and self-assembly. And their formation mechanisms, features, and the challenges of electrospinning have also been discussed. Furthermore, these 3D nanofibrous macrostructures have been demonstrated to have potential applications in tissue engineering, energy harvesting and storage, and filtration. 相似文献

Porous polymers with well-defined porosities and high specific surface areas in the form of monoliths, films, and beads are being used in a wide range of applications (reaction supports, separation membranes, tissue engineering scaffolds, controlled release matrices, responsive and smart materials) and are being used as templates for porous ceramics and porous carbons. The surge in the research and development of porous polymer systems is a rather recent phenomenon. PolyHIPEs are porous emulsion-templated polymers synthesized within high internal phase emulsions (HIPEs). HIPEs are highly viscous, paste-like emulsions in which the major, “internal” phase, usually defined as constituting more than 74% of the volume, is dispersed within the continuous, minor, “external” phase. This review focuses upon the recent advances in polyHIPEs involving innovations in polymer chemistry, macromolecular structure, multiphase architecture, surface functionalization, and nanoparticle stabilization. The effects of these innovations upon the natures of the resulting polyHIPE-based materials (including bicontinuous polymers, nanocomposites, hybrids, porous ceramics, and porous carbons) and upon the applications involving polyHIPEs are discussed. The advances in polyHIPEs described in this review are now being used to generate new families of porous materials with novel porous architectures and unique properties. 相似文献

针对传统的遗传算法在求解过程中出现收敛速度慢、早熟现象等问题,引入单亲遗传算法;以网架线路年综合费用最小为优化目标建立配电网网架规划的数学模型,运用改进的单亲遗传算法消除了常规遗传算法中对网络可行性破坏严重的双亲交叉算子,同时针对单亲遗传算法在染色体选择、基因操作、收敛准则等方面的不足,采用最优保留策略和两两竞争相结合的染色体选择方法,以及最优个体的最少保留代数为收敛准则,提高了算法的局部搜索效率和全局优化能力,求得模型优化解;仿真算例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

Bacteriocins bacST202Ch and bacST216Ch, produced by Lactobacillus plantarum strains isolated from Beloura and Chouriço, respectively, inhibited the growth of a number of Gram-positive and Gram-negative meat spoilage bacteria. According to trycine–SDS–PAGE, bacST202Ch and bacST216Ch are approximately 3.5 and 10.0 kDa in size, respectively. Maximal activity of bacST202Ch (25,600 AU/ml) was recorded after 27 h of and bacST216Ch (102,400 AU/ml) after 22 h of growth. The mode of activity, as determined against Enterococcus faecium HKLHS, is bactericidal. Both peptides adsorb to the surface of the producer cells, but at very low concentrations. Both peptides remained active after 120 min at 100 oC and after 2 h of incubation at pH 2.0–12.0. Treatment for 120 min at 121 oC did not affect bacST216Ch activity. Activity of bacST202Ch and bacST216Ch was not affected by 1% Triton X-100, Tween 80, Tween 20, SDS, NaCl, urea and EDTA. Bacteriocin ST216Ch was deactivated in the presence of 1% Triton X-114. The nucleotide sequence of a 1044 bp DNA fragment amplified from L. plantarum ST202Ch is identical to the structural gene encoding pediocin PA-1, suggesting that the two bacteriocins are identical. Based on the broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, strains ST202Ch and ST216Ch may be used as starter cultures in the fermentation of meat products. 相似文献

In this study, random Poly (?-caprolactone) (PCL):Poly glycolic acid (PGA) nanofibrous scaffold with various PCL:PGA compositions were fabricated by electrospinning method. The nanofibrous scaffolds were characterized by SEM, contact angle measurement, ATR-FTIR, and tensile measurements. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of PGA in spinning blend solution, the average diameter of nanofibers, hydrophilicity, and mechanical properties of the nanofibrous scaffolds increased. An in vitro degradation study of PCL:PGA nanofibers were conducted in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.2. The experiments confirm that increasing of PGA provides faster degradation rate in blended nanofibers. To assay the biocompatibility and cell behavior on the nanofibrous scaffolds, cell attachment and spreading of cardiac progenitor cells seeded on the scaffolds were studied. The results indicate that among electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds, the most appropriate candidate for myocardial tissue engineering scaffolds is PCL:PGA (65:35). 相似文献
