An Inequality for the Sample Coefficient of Variation and an Application to Variables Sampling

The problem of time trends is frequently present in chemical processes. Experimental designs which can be used in these situations have been developed by several workers. The designs of D. R. Cox are restricted to a few levels and can be used with both qualitative or quantitative variables. The randomly oriented designs of G. E. P. Box are useful when all of the variables are quantitative. Both of these types of designs presuppose the fitting of a first-order model to the data. Combinations of these designs can be made which allow the study of both qualitative and quantitative variables in the same experiment. Designs which permit the fitting of a polynomial response are available for one variable problem. Problems involving two variables can be handled by the proper combination of randomly oriented firstorder designs. Satisfactory designs for situations involving more than two independent variables and a polynomial response of second order or higher are not presently available. Further work in this area will be of interest to experimenters in the physical sciences.

油气管道清管作业安全技术

清管作业广泛应用于油气工业当中,尤其是油气管道的建设和运行过程中,用以实现清扫、隔离、检测、维护等目的,在使用清管器进行清管作业时须按照一定的操作程序来执行,否则将影响清管效果、管道的输送甚至引发事故。结合油气管道生产实际进行了事故案例分析,并详细论述了清管作业安全操作程序、异常情况及处理方法、清管作业的注意事项。     

肝水解肽的制备及其病毒灭活/去除工艺的验证

目的制备肝水解肽,并对其病毒灭活/去除工艺进行验证。方法以鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)和鸡传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV)为指示病毒,在100℃,pH6.0～7.0煮沸20min灭活病毒,用截留相对分子质量为10000的中空纤维柱,在进压0.15Mpa、回流压0.05Mpa和进压0.20Mpa、回流压0.10Mpa各循环超滤3次去除病毒,用无特定病原(SPF)的鸡胚和鸡成纤维细胞进行病毒灭活/去除的效果验证。结果加热煮沸后,指示病毒未检出,滴度降低NDV≥7.4logEID50/0.2ml、IBDV≥5.45logCCID50/0.1ml;超滤后IBDV未检出,滴度降低≥5.43logCCID50/0.1ml。盲传复壮均未检出病毒。制备的肝水解肽多肽含量均在20mg/ml以上。结论制备的肝水解肽工艺中两种灭活/去除病毒方法均有效,经灭活/去除病毒后的产品质量稳定。     

核电站ASG管嘴焊缝超声检测工艺改进

由于ASG管嘴焊缝结构的复杂性,为优化其无损检测方法,改进超声波检测工艺,按照RCC-M规范要求,设计了全尺寸0°和90°ASG管嘴焊缝对比试块。通过理论分析和采用多角度探头的试验验证,确定35°和45°探头的组合可以覆盖整个焊缝的厚度范围,能有效检测出试块上的人工缺陷,且满足RCC-M标准要求。在超声波检测试验基础上,制定出了具有针对性的检测工艺。     

An automatic synthesis system for start-up operating procedures of boiler plants

As boiler plants which supply steam and heat into chemical plants become larger in scale and more complicated, accidents caused by the wrong understanding and erroneous operations are increasing. In this paper, we present a computer-aided system that should prevent such mistakes and synthesize operating procedures for start-up of steam boiler plants: 1) This system generates a goal tree by generalizing and classifying the operational situations hierarchically, and uses the relationship between an operation and a function to search for primitive operations in the lowest level of the goal tree. 2) It simulates changes in operational situations caused by the action of primitive operations with heuristic knowledge of transition relationships between operational situations. 3) It determines the priority of low-level operational situations and primitive operations by referring to the database on hazardous situations and properties. We have applied the developed system to a large-scale boiler plant to demonstrate its effectiveness.     

新型工程项目电子文件管理标准制度的构建

论述了中国石化工程建设有限公司（SEI）的电子文件管理标准制度的构建和对电子文档管理系统的意义。目前，电子文件已经成为文件的主要载体并承担着重大作用，如何实现电子文件管理的标准化建设，实现从文档产生、批准、发布、升版、作废的整个生命周期内的过程管理，已经成为倍受重视和关注的问题。SEI顺应时代的发展，通过探索和实践，改变了传统的文档管理模式，充分借鉴了国外工程公司的经验与模式，逐步形成了一套适合自己的项目电子文件管理标准制度，并应用到公司项目电子文件管理系统中去。
