陕西南部路基病害分布特征及主要控制因素探讨

在统计分析的基础上,归纳总结了陕西南部各类路基病害的分布特征,并从自然因素和人为因素两个方面分析了各类路基病害发生的主要控制因素。

Non-linear current–voltage characteristics related to native defects in SrTiO3 and ZnO bicrystals

SrTiO₃ and ZnO bicrystals with various types of boundaries were fabricated in order to examine their current–voltage characteristics across single grain boundaries. Their grain boundary structures were also investigated by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. In Nb-doped SrTiO₃, electron transport behaviors depend on the type of boundaries. Random type boundaries exhibit highly non-linear current–voltage characteristics, while low angle boundaries show a slight non-linearity. On the contrary, undoped ZnO does not exhibit non-linear current–voltage characteristics in any type of boundaries including random ones. It is suggested that the differences observed in current–voltage properties between the two systems are mainly due to the difference in the accumulation behavior of acceptor-like native defects at grain boundaries. A clear non-linearity is obtained by means of Co-doping even for the highly coherent Σ1 boundary in a ZnO bicrystal. This is considered to result from the production of acceptor-like native defects by Co-doping.

利用MAFIA软件模拟耦合腔慢波结构的冷测特性

利用MAFIA软件对休斯结构的耦合腔慢波结构的色散特性和耦合阻抗进行了模拟,同实验数据相比,其计算精度是令人满意的,从而为耦合腔行波管的生产和研发提供了一个便捷而有力的工具.     

ON AVERAGED DIFFUSION EQUATIONS

Methods of obtaining averaged diffusion equations are considered in case of non-uniform profile of the velocity in a channel. With the flow of Couette as an example, the comparison of exact and approximate solutions (obtained by means of perturbation method) has been carried out. The peculiarities of function of residence time distribution of liquid in the flows with non-uniform velocity field are noted. It is shown that the distribution function moments values including the zero and first moments values would depend on the degree of the velocity profile irregularity, on efficiency of radial mixing in a system as well as on the averaging method. The averaged diffusion equations which have been found by means of perturbation method are the most general of proposed ones at present in the appropriate literature. The Taylor's model and Goldstein's hyperbolic equations are included in said averaged equations as particular cases. The table of the numerical values of first three moments of RTD-function necessary for determining of the model parameters is given. The problems of application of the obtained averaged equation for calculating real chemical apparatuses, e.g. reactors, are discussed.
