爆破飞石的外弹道研究

本文利用现代外弹道数学理论，考虑了飞石的反弹作用和空气阻力作用，建立了飞石飞掷的数学物理模型，由此推导出爆破飞石飞掷距离计算公式。     

核素^147Pm在细胞内滞留的电镜放射自显影研究

木文用电镜放射自显影术研究了重核裂片~(147)Pm在体内亚细胞水平滞留动态。发现~(147)Pm的内污染沉积早期在血细胞和血管内皮细胞中,尤以在红细胞的沉积为多。~(147)Pm呈选择性滞留于肝细胞亚微结构中,可较多的掺入枯否细胞、肝细胞核和核仁内,在胞质中的糙面内质网、线粒体、微体和糖元中亦有滞留,且主要沉积于糙面内质网和线粒体,在高尔基复合体与糙面内质网所芽生的转移小泡融合处,亦有~(147)Pm滞留的放射自显影象。而在肾小体足细胞的线粒体和溶酶体中,有浓集的放射自显影径迹呈现。在肾近端小管曲部上皮细胞核中和胞质的线粒体和微体中,亦有较多的~(147)Pm滞留。 随着观察时间的延续,~(147)Pm在骨有机质亚微结构中呈现选择性、持续性的沉积增多。可浓集于破骨细胞和成骨细胞核中。此外在骨组织细胞间质中的胶原纤维部位,亦有较多的~(147)Pm沉积,难以排除。     

V型尾门在河工模型试验中的应用

尾门是河工模型中常见的装置,也是水位控制的关键设备之一.该文作者根据多年的经验,研制了一种新式尾门--V型尾门.该尾门具有调节精度高、稳定性好、操作方便等优点.并在多个模型中应用,取得了良好的控制效果.文章介绍了V型尾门的制作要点,并结合试验数据论述具体应用效果.     

野外观测系统的检验与校正

在地震资料处理中常常发现野外观测系统不准,其后果极为严重。为了避免重复施工,改善处理效果,笔者在IBM3081系统上编制了利用初至波对野外观测系统进行检验和校正的程序。文中介绍了两种校正方法:其一是只作炮检距校正。根据工区的小折射、井口时间、反射记录等资料提供一条或几条比较准确的初至时距曲线,作为标准曲线,然后将从实际共炮点道集中拾取的初至曲线与标准初至时距曲线相比较,确定出实际初至曲线所对应的炮检距,并对各个地震道的空间属性进行修改。对某三维工区的处理结果表明,该方法的效果良好。其二是先用迭代方法加误差约束条件计算炮点和检波点的坐标,然后计算炮检距,再进行校正。这种校正处理的效果也是明显的。但实验表明,对于观测系统误差较大的数据,不宜作坐标计算,只作炮检距校正尚可完成部分校正。处理中要根据数据的性质选取校正方法。     

The development and maturation of humanitarian psychology.

Humanitarian psychological support as an organized field is relatively young. Pioneers in the field were involved primarily in providing psychological support to refugees and internally displaced persons in conflict and nonconflict situations. This article describes basic principles for the design of psychological support programs and interventions. The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) began a psychological support program in 1991. The IFRC chose psychological first aid as its model for implementation in developing countries. Psychological first aid fits all the principles for psychological support program design and is adapted to individual communities. The first generation of psychological support programs differed dramatically depending on the countries in which they were developed. A second generation of psychological support programs evolved in response to the earthquake/tsunami of December 26, 2004. The Inter-Agency Standing Committee international guidelines consolidated the advances of second-generation programs and provided a clear indication of the wide acceptance of the importance of psychological support. A glimpse is provided of the third generation of psychological support programs, and an admonition is made for a more empirical evaluation of the effectiveness of interventions. Pure perceptual-based sequence learning.

Learning a sequence of target locations when the sequence is uncorrelated with a sequence of responses and target location is not the response dimension (pure perceptual-based sequence learning) was examined. Using probabilistic sequences of target locations, the author shows that such learning can be implicit, is unaffected by distance between target locations, and is mostly limited to first-order transition probabilities. Moreover, the mechanism underlying learning affords processing of information at anticipated target locations and appears to be attention based. Development,construction, and use of pneumometric tubes for measurement of steam flow in the steam lines of PVG-1000 at NPP

A system for the direct measurement of steam flow in steam lines after a steam generator, which utilizes a special design of pneumometric tubes and a computing unit that accounts for variation in steam pressure, has been developed to improve the quality of water-level regulation in the steam generators of VVéR-1000 power-generating units in the stationary and transitional modes. The advantage of the pneumometric tubes consists in their structural simplicity, high erosion resistance, and absence of irrevocable losses during measurement of steam flow. A similar measurement system is used at foreign NPP. The measurement system in question has been placed in experimental service at the No. 3 unit of the Balakovo NPP, and has demonstrated its worthiness. This measurement system can also be used to determine steam flow in the steam lines of NPP units with VVéR-1000 and VVéR-440 reactors, and PBMK-1000 power-generating units. __________ Translated from élektricheskie Stantsii, No. 3, March 2007, pp. 23–26.     

高校组织建模方法研究

从高校组织元素的构成与描述方法研究入手,分别建立了高校组织机构视图和高校办学活动过程模型.通过人流、物流、资金流、信息流在组织机构视图与办学活动过程模型之间的交换,建立了各组织元素之间的链接关系,从而构建出了整体性、系统性的高校组织模型.引入学科专业作为建模构件,通过基于进程的办学活动过程分析,反映了高校组织的特点,基本满足了高校组织建模的复杂性、特异性要求.     

Measurement System of Uniformity between Breech Horizontal Platform and Datum Tube Axis of Rocket Artillery

The purpose of this development is to detect the parallelism between the breech horizontal platform and the datum tube axis of the rocket artillery. The located aiming mechanism at the muzzle and located adjustment mechanism at the breech are designed in the system. Besides those, the system also uses an autocollimator with accuracy of 1″ and a collimating mirror together to determine the axis of the datum tube. An electronic level with accuracy of 2″ is employed to measure and display the value of the included angle and the parameter of the inclined direction. The entire accuracy of this system is σ≤± 9.1″. This paper describes the composition and the operating principle of the system and analyzes the accuracy. The development of this system supplies reliable measurement method for new rocket artilleries and artilleries, and this technology is of a good application prospect.
