为了研究带缝空心钢筋混凝土结构房屋的动力特性,进行了1∶3.0模型6层结构房屋的模态试验及拟动力试验,获得了结构的周期、振型、阻尼比、动力放大系数等动力特性参数。在试验研究的基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对结构模型进行了模态分析。研究结果表明,带缝空心钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构是一种介于框架结构和传统剪力墙结构之间的新型结构形式。试验结果与ANSYS模拟结果吻合较好,利用ANSYS软件进行仿真分析是测试结构动力特性的一种可靠方法。  相似文献

Based on new rolling-sliding compound bearings,the wear between the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller and the ribs of the inner and outer ring of rolling-sliding compound bearings is reduced by innovational structural design. A new left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller is proposed to replace the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller. The finite element analysis models of ordinary cylindrical rollers,one-way spiral hollow cylindrical rollers and left-right spiral hollow cylindrical rollers are respectively established by ABAQUS.The axial displacement of their center mass and the stress distribution of left-right spiral hollow cylindrical rollers are compared and analyzed. Theoretical study results show that this new left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller not only inherits the advantages of one-way spiral hollow cylindrical rollers,but also avoids the axial offset and the serious wear of the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller. And the theory research conclusion is verified by the experiment. The left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller has the advantages to overcome boundary stress concentration like logarithmic convex roller. The rolling-sliding compound bearings equipped with the new rollers can be better to adapt to the impact of vibration load.  相似文献

为了解热轧无缝不锈钢管材料性能,分别对取材自奥氏体304 Φ216×16 mm热轧不锈钢管的光滑和缺口圆棒试件进行单调和循环加载两类试验,获取了应力-应变关系及基本材料参数,得到滞回和骨架曲线,标定钢材循环强化参数,并观察了断面微观破坏特征.研究表明:国产热轧不锈钢管加工工艺对中厚管材性影响不大;奥氏体304不锈钢在循环荷载作用下具有良好强化效应和耗能性能;宜采用随动-等向混合强化材料模型描述其行为,所标定循环强化参数可用于复杂应力状态下的数值模拟;不锈钢材微观破坏特征异于普通低合金或低碳钢.  相似文献

A systematic study of air gap distance effects on the structure and properties of poly(vinyl butyral) hollow fiber membrane via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) has been carried out. The results show that the hollow fiber membrane prepared at air gap zero has no skin layer; the pore size near the outer surface is larger than that near the inner surface; and the special pore channel-like structure near the outer surface is formed, which is quite different with the typical sponge-like structure caused by TIPS and the finger-like structure caused by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS), because of the synergistic action of non-solvent induced phase separation at air gap zero. The pore size gradually decreases from outer surface layer to the intermediate layer, but increases gradually from intermediate layer to the inner surface layer. With the increase of air gap distance, the pore size near the outer surface gets smaller and a dense skin layer is formed, and the pore size gradually increases from the outer surface layer to the inner surface layer. Water permeability of the hollow fiber membrane decreases with air gap distance, the water permeability decreases sharply from 45.50× 10^-7 to 4.52× 10^-7 m^3/(m^2-s.kPa) as air gap increases from 0 to 10 mm at take-up speed of 0.236 m/s, further decreases from 4.52×10^-7 to 1.00×10 ^-8m^3/(m^2.s·kPa) as the air gap increases from 10 to 40 mm. Both the breaking strength and the elongation increase with the increase of air gap distance. The breaking strength increases from 2.25 MPa to 4.19 MPa and the elongation increases from 33.9% to 132.6% as air gap increases from 0 mm to 40 mm at take-up speed 0.236 m/s.  相似文献

Poly (vinyl butyral) (PVB) hollow fiber membranes were fabricated via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The effects of coagulation bath temperature (CBT) on the structure and performance of membranes were investigated in detail. The morphologies of the membranes were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the performances of water permeability, rejection, breaking strength and elongation were measured, respectively. The results indicate that all the membranes have the asymmetric morphology and the thickness of the skin layer decreases and the pore size of the outer layer increases with the increase of CBT. The permeability of membranes prepared at air gap 1.0 cm and take-up speed 0.253 m/s increases from 1.047×10-7 to 5.909×10-7 m3/(m2·s-kPa) with the CBT increasing from 20 ℃ to 40℃, and sharply increases to 35.226×10 7 m3/(m2.s.kPa)once the CBT arrives at 50 ℃. While the carbonic ink rejections have no significant decrease, totally exceed 98%, but that of acid-maleic acid copolymer greatly decreases with the increase of CBT. Both the breaking strength and elongation decrease with the increase of CBT.  相似文献

针对装配式空心板桥的防水粘结层的力学性能进行了研究,同时评价了HUT-1桥面防水涂料、SBS改性沥青和乳化沥青三种防水粘结材料的粘结性能,其测试结果是在-25℃条件下HUT-1桥面防水涂料在1.4kg/m2用量下抗剪强度达到最大值,SBS改性沥青和乳化沥青都是在1.2kg/m2用量下抗剪强度达到最大值,25℃条件下不同涂抹量的抗剪强度试验变化趋势与-25℃条件下不同涂抹量的抗剪强度试验变化趋势相近,说明自然环境温度对粘结层力学性能的影响不大.  相似文献

Hollow spheres of nickel oxide (NiO) and silver, gold, and platinum nanoparticle loaded NiO composites were successfully produced by using polystyrene (PS) latexes as hard template. Due to the presence of tertiary amine based diblock copolymer stabilizer on the surface of PS, the tertiary amine functional groups provided homogene deposition of nickel hydroxide, and then the precursor NiO salt production on the surface of PS latexes with a controlled precipitation technique. Then, NiO and NiO/metal NP hollow spheres were produced by calcination at 600 °C. Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the amounts of NiO and NiO-composite after calcination were in the range of 21.1–29.7 wt%. The diameters of metal oxide spheres were in the range of 2.0–2.7 μm and the shell thickness were in the range of 250–350 nm. These structures had very low densities due to their porous and hollow structures and had outer layers with highly rough surfaces due to formation of nanosheets, which may offer important advantages for catalysis studies.  相似文献

研究了电极板中空结构对熔体微分电纺过程的影响,探讨了中空宽度对射流数量、射流间距、纤维直径及均匀性的影响。结果表明:电极板采用中空结构时纺丝模头上所产生的射流数量多于实心电极板,且可有效提高电场击穿电压,验证了中空结构的可行性;电极板采用中空结构后,纤维平均直径及直径均匀性均有明显提高,但随着中空宽度继续增加,射流数量减小,射流间距及纤维平均直径增加且直径均匀性变差,从实验研究结果可知,电极板增加中空结构可提高纺丝效果及质量,但中空宽度不宜过大。  相似文献

采用纺丝-烧结技术制备了具有内表面致密皮层的外支撑式金属镍非对称中空纤维膜,并用于乙醇自热重整(EATR)制氢,研究了温度、进料流速、吹扫气流速、水醇比(S/C)以及氧醇比(O2/C)等操作条件对膜制氢性能的影响。结果表明,金属镍非对称中空纤维膜既具有优异的EATR催化活性,又有良好的透氢性能。在500~1000℃、S/C=4、O2/C=0.8的条件下乙醇可完全转化,H2产率和H2渗透通量可分别达到81.59%和13.99 mmol/(m2·s),增加进料中氧气含量可显著抑制膜表面积炭,但同时也会降低氢气产率和一氧化碳选择性。  相似文献
