The Tb40(Fe49Co49V2)60 films were fabricated by magnetron cosputtering from a multiple target arrangement at different argon pressures.The samples were investigated using X-ray diffraction,magnetic force microscope and vibrating sample magnetometer.A strong perpendicular anisotropy was obtained for the sample prepared at 0.4 Pa.The easy direction of magnetization could be turned from perpendicular to in-plane direction either at high working pressures(P Ar >2.0 Pa) or by annealing at temperatures higher than 250 °C.An excellent magnetic softness with coercivity below 3 mT and saturating field of 20 mT in film-plane direction was obtained for the sample prepared at 0.7 Pa and then annealed at 350 °C.  相似文献

The thickness of CoP thin films prepared by wet chemical deposition is of crucial importance on magnetic property and recording perform-ance. The coercivity of CoP films decreased with increasing film thickness. The coercivity was 45.37 kA m 1 at the thickness of 300 nm, and decreased to 21.65 kA m 1 at 5.7 μm. Recording performance tests indicate that, for drums with the same size, different recorded magnetic pole density have different thickness requirements. In this paper,a spiral magnetic field electromagnetic stirrer,which can separately induce two different magnetic fields,is introduced. The corresponding central magnetic flux curves of the stirrer were measured by two different probes of the Tesla meter. Meanwhile,the mentioned spiral magnetic field electromagnetic stirrer was used,the effect of the two different magnetic fields on solidification of Sn-11% Sb binary alloy was studied,and the segregations and metallographic structures of the ingot samples were analyzed. The research results show that,with the same electromagnetic stirring parameters,the spiral magnetic field electromagnetic stirring is more effective in reducing the composition difference between the upper and lower parts of the ingot. A magnetic nanosensor‐based method is described to screen a library of drugs for potential binding to toxins. Screening is performed by measuring changes in the magnetic relaxation signal of the nanosensors (bMR nanosensors) in aqueous suspension upon addition of the toxin. The Anthrax lethal factor (ALF) is selected as a model toxin to test the ability of our bMR nanosensor‐based screening method to identify potential inhibitors of the toxin. Out of 30 molecules screened, sulindac, naproxen and fusaric acid are found to bind LF, with dissociation constants in the low micromolar range. Further biological analysis of the free molecules in solution indicate that sulindac and its metabolic products inhibited LF cytotoxicity to macrophages with IC50 values in the micromolar range. Meanwhile, fusaric acid is found to be less effective at inhibiting LF cytotoxicity, while naproxen does not inhibit LF toxicity. Most importantly, when the sulindac and fusaric acid‐bMR nanosensors themselves are tested as LF inhibitors, as opposed to the corresponding free molecules, they are stronger inhibitors of LF with IC50 values in the nanomolar range. Taken together, these studies show that a bMR nanosensors‐based assay can be used to screen known drugs and other small molecules for inhibitor of toxins. The method can be easily modified to screen for inhibitors of other molecular interactions and not only the selected free molecule can be study as potential inhibitors but also the bMR nanosensors themselves achieving greater inhibitory potential.  相似文献

Supercritical carbon dioxide–assisted synthesis of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)–ferrite nanocomposites was carried out by polymerization reaction of N-isopropyl acrylamide monomer in the presence of ferrite nanoparticles. They were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometry analysis. Drug loading and release profiles were studied. Nanomaterials showed pH-dependent drug release profile. Polymer nanocomposites in comparison to ferrite nanoparticles showed impressive drug release activity, with a release percent of 20.98–76.54%, and greater biocompatibility in breast cancer cells, with a cell viability of 81–93%. This pH-dependent drug release activity and magnetic property of polymer nanocomposites can be used for controlled and targeted drug delivery.  相似文献
