西南油气田建设用地面临的困难及其对策

从四川盆地油气勘探开发建设用地特点入手,分析了西南油气田用地现状和新形势下油气勘探开发建设用地在保证工期、控制成本、提高效率、政策支持、关系协调等方面所面临的挑战,提出了下一步为保证生产建设用地按时、有效、科学、合理、合法的取得而应采取的有效措施。     

日本关西宽带实验网印象

本文根据实地考察内容，结合宽带网络技术和业务重点及实施策略，全面介绍了日本关西宽带实验网发展背景，通信与广播电视综合应用实验和Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ实用化实验的进展以及ＮＴＴ所起作用。文章最后就关西宽带实验网的借鉴意义提出了几方面意见。

MIM隧道结的电子输运特性和发光研究

论述作为一种新型发光器件的ＭＩＭ隧道结的发光机理，报告了该器件的发光现象和Ｉ－Ｖ特性曲线中负阻现象的实验观察。数据显示，结中表面等离极化激元（ＳＰＰ）与粗糙度的耦合是引起光发射的主要方面，ＳＰＰ对隧穿电子的阻塞作用导致了电子输运中的负阻现象。此外，还观察到了直接辐射的紫外峰。     

Method of increasing the output signal-to-noise ratio in passive multi-element antenna arrays

A method of processing complex signals in passive multi-element antenna arrays based on an analysis of the natural values of the correlation matrix of the signal is considered. By means of the method it is possible to substantially increase the output signal-to-noise ratio. An iterational process by means of which optimal estimators of both the signal and the amplitude-phase distribution may be obtained, is proposed. Theoretical estimators of the efficiency of the method are given. It is proved that, in terms of the efficiency, the approach considered in the article comes close to the technique of matched filtration. Results of statistical modeling that confirm the statistical results are presented.     

Quantitative non-destructive characterization of damage in graphite-epoxy composites

We investigated the effect of controlled damage on the residual strength, failure mechanism and acoustic emission (AE) activity of graphite epoxy composites. The controlled damage was introduced by indenting unidirectional tensile specimens using a hardness machine with a diamond indentor. The specimens were loaded parallel to the fiber direction. The damage progression mechanisms operating upon subsequent loading and the failure modes were found to be different for sound and indented specimens. The difference in mechanical behavior affected also the AE, as displayed by the statistical moments of the peak amplitude distribution. Specifically, the variation of moment values with stress level were found to be different for the two groups. This difference can be used to sort sound from defective material during loading. In addition, this approach can in future be used as a means to ratify the soundness of structures, if a reliable database can be generated.     

真空微电子三极管几何参数的设计考虑

真空微电子三极管是近年来兴起与发展的真空微电子学中的一类重要器件。本文从真空微三极管的工作特性出发,分析了这类器件中所需考虑的几何参数和工作特性的关系,并给出了一些理论和实验公式,为今后的设计提供一些参考。     

一种8毫米波变张角,半径突变多模圆锥馈源

我们研制了一种8毫米波变张角、半径突变的多模圆锥馈源。计算出其模比并推导出其辐射方向图公式;给出其在两个主平面——E平面与H平面上的辐射方向图和波束场分布特性的测试结果以及电压驻波比VSWR的测量结果;同时给出频带和旁瓣特性。分析与测试共同表明,在34.5GHz～37GHz频带里,该多模馈源的辐射图在大于24dB范围内获得幅度等化且不出现旁瓣,因此具有一定的应用价值。     

美国大联盟高清晰度电视地面传输系统野外测试结果

本文概述了ＧＡ－ＨＤＴＶ的地面ＶＳＢ传输系统的野外测试验情况。此次测试由联邦以通信委员会高级电视业务咨询委员会负责组织。
