A total of 5,459 Israeli Holstein cows, daughters of 11 sires, were genotyped for 29 microsatellites spanning chromosome 7 and analyzed by the daughter design for 9 economic traits: milk, fat, and protein yield, fat and protein percentage, somatic cell score, female fertility, herd life, and milk persistency. Quantitative trait loci at chromosome-wise 0.05 significance were obtained for fat and protein yield, fat percentage, somatic cell score, and female fertility. Peak F-values were obtained at 29 cM for fat and protein yield and fat percentage, at 60 cM for somatic cell score, at 74 cM for herd life, and at 11 cM for female fertility. The 0.95 confidence intervals for quantitative trait loci locations were 20 cM for kilograms of fat, 27 cM for fertility, and 51 cM for somatic cell score. Two loci affecting fertility at opposite ends of the chromosome are apparently segregating in the population. A quantitative trait locus for fertility near the centromere was confirmed by application of the modified granddaughter design to a single family. Estimated frequency of the economically favorable allele in the Israeli Holstein cattle was less than 0.5. Significant genetic gain for fertility seems possible by marker-assisted selection. 相似文献

正确分析TCSC次同步频率阻抗特性是研究TCSC抑制次同步谐振(SSR)能力以及进行TCSC参数设计的重要基础。基于对TCSC次同步频率阻抗模型的研究,绘制了三维频率阻抗图,分析了TCSC次同步频率阻抗特性,特别提出了次同步谐振导通角的概念。基于内蒙古上都电厂串补输电线路模型,在满足工频基波阻抗调节特性的前提下,根据次同步频率阻抗特性研究了考虑TCSC自然抑制SSR时其主电路参数的设计原则。通过对上述系统各模态频率阻抗特性的综合分析,讨论了TCSC控制参数的选择方法。仿真结果证实了次同步频率阻抗特性分析结果的正确性。 相似文献

鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格东部地区中二叠统盒8段为主力产气层,厘清其沉积相特征对指导该地区的天然气勘探具有重要意义。鄂尔多斯盆地东北缘府谷剖面与苏里格东部地区具有相似的物源体系与沉积环境,通过对府谷剖面进行实测,结合剖面岩石颜色、岩石学特征、微量元素特征、岩相特征等相标志分析,对盒8段沉积相进行准确划分并明确其沉积特征,可以弥补苏里格东部地区盒8段研究大部分局限于钻井、地震等方面,缺乏露头沉积相支撑的不足。结果表明:府谷剖面盒8段以灰绿、黄绿色粗—中粒岩屑砂岩为主,结构成熟度中等—较低; 微量元素V/(V+Ni)值表明盒8段沉积时期为氧化—弱还原过渡环境; 共划分出12种岩相,其中,块状砾岩相(Gm)、槽状交错层理砂岩相(St)、板状交错层理砂岩相(Sp)、平行层理砂岩相(Sh)为河流沉积中的典型岩相,不同岩相组合构成盒8段沉积体两种不同的垂向沉积序列; 盒8下段—盒82上段为辫状河沉积,盒81上段为曲流河沉积; 辫状河的垂向沉积序列由滞留沉积(Gm-Gst-Gsp)→心滩(Gst-Sq-Sp-St-Gm-St)→河道充填(Gm-St-Sh-M)→废弃河道(Sh-Fr-Mh-Sh-Fr-Mh)→越岸沉积(Sh-Fr-Mh-Fr-Mh)→泛滥平原(M-Mh-Mc-Mh-M)等6类微相构成了一个二元结构不明显的正粒序沉积序列; 曲流河的垂向沉积序列由滞留沉积(Gm)→边滩(Sp-St-Sm-Sp-St-Sh)→河漫滩(M-Mh-Mc(Fr)-Mh-M)等3类微相构成了一个典型二元结构沉积序列。 相似文献

文章针对静止无功补偿器(SVC)在抑制次同步振荡(SSR)方面的应用进行研究,对串联补偿电路中次同步振荡的产生机理进行了分析,对SVC抑制SSR的基本工作原理、控制策略进行了总结。在IEEE次同步振荡第一基准测试模型的基础上,建立了SVC的真实时域仿真模型,通过时域仿真验证了SVC在抑制SSR方面的有效性。 相似文献

以谷氨酸棒杆菌(Corynebacterium glutamicum)23798为原始菌株,对其进行常温常压等离子体(ARTP)诱变,以磺胺胍抗性和氨基酸与茚三酮特异显色为筛选标记,以期得到高产L-异亮氨酸的诱变谷氨酸棒杆菌,并对其遗传稳定性进行研究。结果表明,原始菌株23798经过ARTP诱变处理180 s后,经0.4 mg/mL磺胺胍抗性筛选、多孔板高通量筛选、发酵培养复筛,选育出一株高产L-异亮氨酸诱变谷氨酸棒杆菌(Corynebacterium glutamicum)B1。该菌株在摇瓶中发酵培养48 h,L-异亮氨酸产量达18.5 g/L,比原始菌株提高62.03%,且遗传性状稳定。 相似文献

The relationship between genetic diversity and phenotype in olive, instrumental to improve the efficacy of olive clonal selection, is still far from being fully understood. This work reports on a comparison made between plant SSR genetic data and quality of monovarietal olive oils. Nine monovarietal oils produced by selected genotypes were characterised under chemical and sensory profiles. Fatty acid compositions were determined to evaluate quantitative differences among oils; some fatty acids are actually highly correlated with the genetic matrix, and PCA of fatty acids composition explains 85.53% variability. Moreover some oils characterised by high levels of oleic acid appeared interesting from a nutritional standpoint. Organoleptic profiles evidenced differences especially for the attributes defined as “pleasant flavours”; oils obtained by different genetic matrices were characterised by different flavour intensities of tomato or artichoke, almond or aromatic herbs, correspondence analysis among sensory pleasant attributes and olive oil samples explaining 91.68% variability. 相似文献

Tillering is a crucial agronomic trait of wheat; it determines yield and plant architecture. Strigolactones (SLs) have been reported to inhibit plant branching. D14, a receptor of SLs, has been described to affect tillering in rice, yet it has seldomly been studied in wheat. In this study, three TaD14 homoeologous genes, TaD14-4A, TaD14-4B, and TaD14-4D, were identified. TaD14-4A, TaD14-4B, and TaD14-4D were constitutively expressed, and TaD14-4D had a higher expression level in most tissues. TaD14 proteins were localized in both cytoplasm and nucleus. An SNP and a 22 bp insertion/deletion (Indel) at the exon regions of TaD14-4D were detected, forming three haplotypes, namely 4D-HapI, 4D-HapII, and 4D-HapIII. Due to the frameshift mutation in the coding region of 4D-HapII, the interaction of 4D-HapII with TaMAX2 and TaD53 was blocked, which led to the blocking of SL signal transduction. Based on the two variation sites, two molecular markers, namely dCAPS-250 and Indel-747, were developed. Association analysis suggested that haplotypes of TaD14-4D were associated with effective tillering number (ETN) and thousand kernel weight (TKW) simultaneously in four environments. The favorable haplotype 4D-HapIII underwent positive selection in global wheat breeding. 为解决相控阵雷达事件调度问题中调度成功率、时间偏移率与算法时效性三者之间的矛盾,本文提出一种基于分支定界法的调度算法;该算法首先在现有调度结果上调取所有可执行事件,即获得若干"节点",多步递推后由多"层"节点形成若干条备选"分支",扩大解空间范围,提高算法性能;然后通过"删减"操作删减掉收益较低分支,将解空间控制在一适当范围内,减小搜索盲目性,降低算法计算量.仿真实验表明,与基于综合优先级算法的调度结果相比,利用本文算法调度时调度成功率提升了52%;与基于时间指针算法的调度结果相比,本身算法时间偏移率降低了61%;与基于遗传算法的调度结果相比,本文算法调度耗时仅为前者1~2%. 相似文献
