引进型国产300MW汽轮机窜轴事故分析及防止对策

通过引进型国产300MW汽轮机在启动试运中出现的一次窜轴事故,根据计算机追忆打印的有关图表、数据分析了产生事故的原因,并提出了为防止类似事故重演应采取的措施和建议。经采取措施后该机组多次又在相同情况下启机,已安全运行。说明分析正确,措施得当,值得同类型机组借鉴。

Catalytic steam reforming of methane over La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 based Ru catalysts

La_0.8Sr_0.2CrO₃ based Ru catalysts were studied as potential new anodic materials for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells directly fed with methane and operating at intermediate temperature under water deficient conditions. Two kinds of materials very close in composition were obtained following two different preparation procedures. Catalyst samples were characterized by physicochemical methods (XRD, SEM, BET and Chemical Analysis) and studied in methane steam reforming under water deficient conditions. Carbon formation during catalytic testing was studied by temperature programmed oxidation (TPO). Both types of catalysts were found very active and resistant to carbon formation. The unusual oscillatory behavior of the catalytic activity observed for one type of catalyst was discussed.     

秦山核电厂蒸汽发生器水位控制试验

简要介绍了蒸汽发生器水位控制系统的运行方式和试验方法。试验项目包括旁通阀控制试验、主给水阀控制试验和旁通阀与主给水阀的切换试验。文中给出了试验结果,即在液位扰动和核动率扰动时,蒸汽发生器液位的变化过程。经过两个月的运行和瞬态试验,证明蒸汽发生器水位控制系统满足设计要求。     

焦化加热炉爆管故障分析与预防

焦化加热炉炉管内的物料通常为有杂质容易结焦的混合渣油,如果设计不合理、操作控制不当、运行周期过长等,极易造成炉管爆管事故。以2005年9月大庆石化分公司炼油厂焦化加热炉爆管故障为例,阐述了焦化加热炉的爆管原因、故障处理及预防措施,认为注水量小、渣油中含催化剂、负荷偏离设计工况、烧焦周期和烧焦速度不当等引起严重结焦是爆管的主要原因。     

注蒸汽开发稠油油藏采收率计算公式探讨

从辽河油区的地质条件和开发特征出发．立足单因素分析，在着重研究渗进率、净总厚度比和单层厚度对原油采收率影响的基础上。利用《价值工程》中的“功能重要评价法”，优化出不同类型稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱开发阶段的采收率计算公式．经实际资料验证，该公式对油田开发前期确定采收率丰和可采储量，具有较好的适用性。     

以技术进步促进蒸汽能源的节约

本文运用“软科学”一即通过建立数学模型，进行系统分析和系统优化，阐述对蒸汽管网优化运行的方法及原理，达到提高供热效率及节能降耗的目的．     

In situ regeneration of the Ni-based catalytic reformer of a 5 kW PEMFC system

The paper reports the results of on-site regeneration catalytic bed of the natural gas reformer in a 5 kW PEM fuel cell system. The Ni catalyst previously poisoned by sulphur from the available natural gas, could be re-activated by injection of pure water steam, following the method developed for industrial reformers using the same metal catalyst: this method was shown to be perfectly efficient, provided no natural gas was fed during the operation. Results of the tests conducted are presented and discussed in relation to published data on S-sorption on Ni surfaces.     

Technical risk involved in long-term operation of steam turbines

The scope of the paper is the assessment of the technical risk involved in long-term operation of power units. Detailed analyses have been conducted for steam turbine components. The sources and consequences of risk have been identified and the probability of turbine components failure calculated. The quantitative assessment of the risk has been made and possibilities of its reduction discussed.     

PbS-Sb2S3-FeS三元系在水蒸气气氛下的铅锑分离

在1073K下通过测定三硫化锑和硫化铅的挥发速度,研究了PbS-Sb_2S_3-FeS三元系在水蒸气气氛下的铅锑分离规律。X-射线衍射结果表明,焙砂由PbS、Fe_3O_4、FePb_4Sb_6S_(14)、Pb_5Sb_4S_(11)和FeSb_2O_4组成。当试样中FeS含量在5％～7％时,铅锑分离效果最好。当试样中FeS的含量≥10％时,铅锑分离效果较差,这时过量的FeS会与Sb_2S_3和PbS形成复杂的硫化物(FePb_4Sb_6S_(14)、Pb_5Sb_4S_(11))或被氧化成F4Sb_2O_4,使锑的挥发变得困难,导致残留在焙砂中的锑含量升高。
