一种工艺过程流体强化装置

介绍了一种提高工艺过程效率的强化装置,即通过在过程设备上设置振荡装置,使过程设备内的流体产生扰动,破坏流动边界层,使流体获得附加雷诺数提高流动的湍流程度,达到强化过程设备内工艺过程的目的。该强化装置的调节弹性大,适应范围宽。调节强化装置中转子的转速、几何尺寸、空间位置和方向等参数或更换挡板形式,就能适应各种工艺过程条件。该装置可用于传热、传质及化学反应等多种过程,以提高过程效率,节约能源和资金,减小设备体积,并可将机械搅拌类的间歇过程转化为连续过程。     

水工隧洞内消能工的研究及应用进展

对于高水头、大流量的水电工程,以往的消能工具有一定的局限性,研究表明,把大面积遭受高速水流作用改为局部承受的消能方式,是高坝泄洪消能的一条有效途径。内消能工主要有孔板(洞塞)式消能工、旋流式消能工、消力井等3种形式。实践表明,内消能工对改善大坝下游水流流态,保护下游环境,保障下游边坡稳定等有积极作用,综合考虑,旋流式消能工具有较大优越性。对水工隧洞内部消能技术尚需开展进一步的研究与实践。     

Prediction of spectral reflectance factor distribution of automotive paint finishes

It is necessary to determine the accurate reflectance of painted surfaces for the review of paint finishes by computer graphics (CG) before actual painting of the exterior color of automobiles, and for quality control during production and inspection processes. We have optimized a method for measuring reflectance by using a statistical technique. We have found that the reflectance of a painted surface is best measured at an incident angle of 60° and at five aspecular angles of 10°, 18°, 28°, 40°, and 90°. Our method makes it possible to accurately reproduce reflection characteristics of paint finishes containing special flake pigments, such as pearl mica. Also it was proved that our method can apply not only to solid and metallic coatings but to all painted surfaces. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 激光二极管线阵光束变换研究

推导出激光二极管线阵光束通过透镜系统的光强分布表达式，分析了出射光束的传输特性，设计一种凹柱透镜的光束变换系统得到一维均匀光强分布。此外，给出扩展角宽度的计算公式。     

尺度目标识别中的若干技术问题

从工程应用的角度阐述了现代鱼雷常用的尺度目标识别原理，讨论了影响识别距离的若干因素和措施，提出了小尺度模拟靶通过亮点延时算法以弥补尺度不足及其试验技术，试验结果表明，该方法可以获得良好效果。     

生物膜法处理2,3-二甲基苯胺废水试验研究

采用缺氧折流板生物膜和循环移动载体生物膜反应器处理2，3－二甲基苯胺废水，结果表明，缺氧折流板反应器具有厌氧滤池和厌氧折流板反应器的优点，当水力停留时间为10．5h(缺氧5．5h，好氧5h)时，系统去除率可达89．7％。     

Wake and aerodynamics loads in multiple bodies—application to turbomachinery blade rows

Two-dimensional, unsteady flow around bodies of complex geometry (or multiple bodies) at high Reynolds number is simulated using the vortex method. This method is modified to take into account the sub-grid scale phenomena through a second order velocity structure function model adapted to the Lagrangian scheme. The dynamics of the body wake is computed using the convection-diffusion splitting algorithm; the convection process is carried out with a Lagrangian Adams-Bashforth time-marching scheme and the diffusion process is simulated using the random walk method. The pressure distribution is obtained using an integral equation derived from the pressure Poisson equation, which was first developed for a single body. Results for the numerical simulation around a linear cascade of airfoils are presented. As the flow is periodic in the y direction, the discrete vortex shedding need only be considered for a reference airfoil. The flow characteristics around the NACA 65-410 series airfoils are calculated and comparisons are made with results available in the literature.
