Full scale thermal testing of latent heat storage in wallboard

Full scale thermal storage tests were conducted in a room lined with PCM wallboard having latent heat storage capacity. The results were compared with those obtained from tests conducted in a similar room lined with ordinary wallboard. The research showed that PCM wallboard can function efficiently as a thermal storage medium which can be applied to peak load shifting, improved use of waste and solar heat as well as more efficient operation of heating and cooling equipment.     

大型储罐的罐壁设计

根据十万立方米浮顶油罐罐壁板应力测试的实测结果，运用应力分析程序，对罐壁板应力分布情况进行了分析和比较，通过调整罐壁板的厚度，使新设计储罐的罐壁板应力分布更加均匀、合理。     

光盘用光学头物镜性能的综合评估

论述了采用波象差均方根、点扩展函数、光学传递函数对高次旋转对称非球面光学头物镜性能进行综合评估的方法。作者在正则坐标理论基础〔１〕上编制了光学头物镜性能综合评估软件。给出了评估实例。     

提高铌钽标准液显色反应能力并延长其有效贮存期的分光光度法研究

铌，钽的酒石酸，柠檬酸，草酸铵标准液的显色反应能力及有效贮存期，同铌，钽的原始标准溶液ｐＨ有很大关系，铌酒石酸标准液（原始溶液ｐＨ１．４），其显色反应能力仅在８０％～５０％之间（视放置时间长短而异），但如何采用ｐＨ４．５～５．０的铌酒石酸标准液，其显色反应能力达１００％，即使贮存４４０ｄ后，仍能保持原有的显色反应能力，铌柠檬酸标准液（原始溶液ｐＨ１．２），无论用本法（Ｎｂ－ＢＰＲ－ＣＰＢ法）还是用     

Pressure Behavior for Spherical Flow in a Reservoir of Non-Newtonian Power-Law Fluids

The pressure variations during polymer flooding of oil reservoirs for oil recovery projects can be used to analyze the flow in the reservoir which is especially useful for the partially perforated reservoirs. This paper presents a relationship between the viscosity and the shear rate which is similar to forms developed for radial flow (Odeh, A. S., Yang, H. T. ([1979]). SPEJ. AIME (Jun.) 155). The power-law viscosity model is used to give the variation of the fluid viscosity with the spherical radius for a mathematical model of unsteady spherical flow for non-Newtonian fluids with wellbore storage and skin. An analytical solution for the wellbore pressure responses derived in Laplace space is used to analyze the behavior characteristics at early and later times to interpret the well-test parameters. The pressure variations are similar to those for a Newtonian fluid at the early times, but at later times, the variation of the viscosity with the power-law exponent is important, so the pressure response differs from that for a Newtonian fluid. The solution has significance for interpreting well test parameters for non-Newtonian spherical flow.     

Carbohydrate content of potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers treated with Isopropyl-N (3-chlorophenyl) carbamate under different storage conditions

Post harvest application of Isopropyl-N (3-chlorophenyl) carbamate considerably reduced the degradation of starch when potato tubers were stored in an evaporative cooling chamber. The starch degraded at a faster rate when tubers were kept under refrigerated and room storage conditions.     

Influence of Storage Time and Temperature on Absorption of Flavor Compounds from Solutions by Plastic Packaging Materials

ABSTRACT: Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), oriented polypropylene (OPP), polycarbonate (PC), polyethylene terephthalate (PET film and PET bottle), and polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) were stored in a model solution containing 10 flavor compounds at 4, 20, and 40 °C and flavor absorption by the plastic materials was followed in time. The absorption rate and/or total amount absorbed increased considerably with temperature from 4 to 40 °C. Depending on storage temperature, total flavor absorption by the polyolefins (LLDPE and OPP) was 3 to 2400 times higher than by the polyesters (PC, PET, and PEN). Therefore, in the factor of flavor absorption, polyesters are preferred over polyolefins as packaging material.     

非化学计量LaNi5型储氢合金的性能

采用富La混合稀土与Ni、Co、Mg等元素组合，获得了一种非化学计量LaNi5型储氢合金、用金相、XRD和SEM-EDX等方法分析了该合金的组织结构，研究了合金的气相储氢特性以及电化学性能，结果表明：在1.6MPa氢压和温度29℃下，该合金的储氢量达到1.58%（质量分数），该合金的放电容量为380mAh/g。经300次循环后容量保持率为55%，该合金的基体是CaCu5型结构的LaNi5相，但有第二相（LaMg)Ni3析出，这种第二相的形成是导致该合金大容量的关键。
