The chloride stress-corrosion cracking behavior of stainless steels under different test methods

Chloride-induced stress-corrosion cracking (SCC) is one of the failure modes of stainless steels. Highly alloyed austenitic stainless steels S32654, S31254, and N08028, and duplex grades S32750 and S31803 possess much improved resistance to SCC compared with S30400 and S31600 steels. With the development of a database, SSData, experimental data collected from calcium chloride tests, autoclave tests, and drop evaporation tests were evaluated. Stress-corrosion cracking data generated by autoclave tests agreed well with the practical service conditions and can be used to discriminate alloys for SCC resistance in sodium chloride solution. Drop evaporation test data can be used in situations where evaporation may occur and cyclic loading may be involved. The SCC resistance of alloys under each method increased with increasing molybdenum equivalent Mo + 0.25Cr + 0.1Ni. For a given alloy, the testing result depends on the stress state and environment; different test methods can give different ranking orders concerning SCC resistance. The performance of duplex stainless steels in a chloride-containing environment at higher temperatures was not as good as expected when dynamic loading was involved.     

Improvement of the methods of reproducing and transferring the dimensions of the unit of sound pressure in an aqueous medium under free-field conditions

超越离合器内星轮对数螺旋楔合面的设计

通过对采用平面楔合面内星轮的超越离合器的受力及磨损对其使用可靠性影响的分析，从而提出了用对数螺旋楔合而代替平面楔合面的设计方案，并对两种方案进行了比较。     

地基辐射阻尼和库水对拱坝非线性地震响应的影响

针对拱坝坝体—地基—水库系统的动力计算分析，采用考虑无限地基辐射阻尼、坝体横缝非线性和自由场输入的模型程序，以溪洛渡拱坝为工程实例，对不同库水位下，考虑或不考虑地基辐射阻尼的工况进行了系列的计算对比研究。研究结果显示，低水位是横缝开度控制工况，高水位是坝体应力控制工况；对所有水位，地基辐射阻尼都带来坝体地震响应的全面降低，但不影响反应的总体规律。     

热系统简捷计算在火电厂再热机组中的应用

在火电厂运行机组的热经济指标的分析计算中，以等效焓降为基础提出等效凝汽焓降和等效凝汽系数的概念并将其用于再热机组的计算中，通过一个算例说明该方法有准确、物理概念清楚、便于计算的特点。     

Activity measurement of the constituents in molten Fe–B and Fe–B–C alloys

The distribution ratios of Fe and B between molten Fe–B alloy and molten Ag were measured at temperatures between 1573 and 1923 K. Also, distribution ratios of Fe and B between molten Fe–B–C_satd. alloys and molten Ag were measured at 1873 K. It was found that the excess Gibbs free energy of mixing in molten Fe–B and Fe–B–C alloys can be expressed by utilizing the Redlich–Kister polynomial. The activity curves of the elements in molten Fe–B alloy and Fe–B–C alloy were estimated.     

Silver electrodeposition from air and water-stable ionic liquid: An environmentally friendly alternative to cyanide baths

The influence of temperature on the kinetics and the morphology of silver deposits obtained from an air and water-stable ionic liquid (the 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate) was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. The nucleation and growth mechanisms have been investigated and the effect of temperature evaluated up to 200 °C. Dense, pure and very thin (about 0.3 μm) silver coatings, with decorative properties, have been obtained on commercial copper electrodes at different temperatures. The characterization of the deposits morphology has been performed by visual investigation and SEM microscopy. Data about thickness were acquired by Calotest® measurements. The deposits result constituted by pure silver as determined by combination of EDX microanalysis and Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES). The deposition method promises to be a new, environmentally friendly, method for silver electrodeposition which is the reason for the absence of cyanide and volatile toxic solvents in the electroplating bath.     

游离胆备醇酶传感器的研制

本文初步研制了一种测定游离胆固醇的酶传感器。该传感器用于流动注射法的最佳工作条件:磷酸盐缓冲液作载液(pH=6.3,0.1mol/L),流动速度为0.5mL/min,温度为27℃,检测限为0.15mg/mL～1.14mg/mL,线性响应范围0.25～1.00mg/mL,斜率0.08μA·mL/mg,响应时间为0.5～2.0min,工作寿命15d。已将该传感器用于样品分析,取得初步满意的结果。     

利用电阻场板提高SOI-LIGBT的性能

通过在SOI-LIGBT中引入电阻场板和一个p-MOSFET结构,IGBT的性能得以大幅提高.p-MOSFET的栅信号由电阻场板分压得到.在IGBT关断过程中,p-MOSFET将被开启,作为阳极短路结构起作用,从而使漂移区的过剩载流子迅速消失,IGBT快速关断.而且由于电场受到电阻场板的影响,使得过剩载流子能沿着一个更宽的通道流过漂移区,几乎消去了普通SOI-LIGBT由于衬偏造成的关断的第二阶段.这两个因素使得新结构的关断时间大大减少.在IGBT的开启状态,由于p-MOSFET不导通,因此器件的开启特性几乎与普通器件一致.模拟结果表明,新结构至少能增加25%的耐压,减少65%的关断时间.
